My self sk jober parvez, At/Po-kusunpur, ps-ghatgaon, dist-keonjhar, state-odisha, pin-758027 Mob-[protected], [protected], before one month i was make a order on online store name WHAAKY.COM order no is S[protected], via cash on delivery by indian postal service.but unfortunately the product is damage and duplicate.when i have give complain to company .but company contact no not receive any one.i was call several time but no body pickup the phone.after 2 days i was send a mail to company after 10 days the have replying me please send the defect product .on above address ...i was return the product that mention address. but till now they have not send new product or money.they are not pickup the phone and i was several time sending mail about this problem but no body replying me.the company is cheating with me.so i request to you please return my money or good product.thank you.
i have mention below the company adress and one mail.which mail company send to me.
Also i attach the return parcel bill which is provide me by indian postal service.
