Honourable Sir, I had ordered power bank which shiping date 20.11.2015 & order no. was S[protected]. i received that product on 27.11.2015. But that item was defected. So certainly i send as per their refund policy to that address Way2online Retail Private Limited, Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016 on 03.12.2015 through Professional Courier. And they had received it on 09.12.2015 in between 11.38 a.m to 12 noon which DRS No. was DHYD14318793. Next i send my account details through mail to their mail - [protected]@whaaky.com on 15.12.2015. and they reply to me refund money with in 7 th business day. But they do not any reply either mail or call. I had been calling to their no. which was[protected] chargable) day to day continue for long time( 80 - 100 times), but none any person received call even i had carry out call charges . Next 15.12.2015 i had connet phone call they continue fraud with me that was promised u get refund with in 3 days, 4 days, 3days seperartly. last i connected in phone call 12.01.2015 and told me u get refund within next 3 days otherwise u can go to court for case against us. A thing their working hours is monday to friday 8 a.m to 8 p.m. so i call their no.[protected] from 5 p.m to 8.10 p.m on yesterday also 108 times but i could not connect to them. Sir u can not belief this i spend Rs. 85 for 108 times calling to them. so i requested to u please taken any steps for this misguide to consumer . Even i spend much money (call, courier etc.) than cost price of product what would they refund this expenses charges ( excluding product).

      there is no response till now from whaaky.com/way2online. its being more than a week now after returning the product(memory card). I have not received my refund till now. there is no update regarding that they have received the returned product. they have received the same and they are not updating the same. how much fraudulent they are. please do something.

Please find attached offer of whaaky.com Samsung guru mobile two handset I pay to courier executive INR 1299+150=1449 it is a fake company and sale wrong product no invoice, damage mobile and charger etc..

            1) I have placed an order of Adidas Springblade Imported Sports Shoe @ 2599 (Order ID: S[protected] and Order Placed on:[protected]:11:55 and Payment Mode : CREDITCARD). IT's been 2 months almost but nothing happened. no product, no refund. 2) Have not received any product as yet, i'm keep asking for refund but Whaaky is not concerned about it. 3) I'm keep trying to connect with Customer care executives but nobody is answering my call, neither calls nor emails. 4) I always spend lots of time to connect with customer care but fails to connect, it waste lots of time and energy of mine. 5) I have called the Whaaky support several times from the day one. apart from that i'm sending emails. i have sent over 10 emails but no response yet.

              Sir, i purchased a sony power bank on[protected] and item delivered via online shopping and payment .Item was not according to my desire and returned back to company by me .I got the email from whaaky.Com that have received the item and they refund me the amount.Since their mail in my id from last year to today i have not got the amount and i have called them alot time they do not pick or ignore to pay even they i have mailed me thrice or more that they will pay me in account in 24 hours but therre is no payment found. The item sony power bank and the amount both is kept by the whaaky.Com please do needful for me if you can

                Call received from Mr. Thakur of as Consumer Forum and he said that he will refund my amount which I have already paid to www.whaaky.com and further cancelled my order and asked him to refund the amount to my account. Today I received a call and he told to go to ATM and then Transfer and then Card to Card Fund Transfer. Then he said to enter 1478600 (Ref. No.: RFCSB1478600AZ) to send but when I saw the amount option, I cancel the transaction. A Ref. No. can't be puted on the amount option. After that he will not pick up my phone and when pick up he said slang languages. The Ph. No. is [protected]

                    Sir, i have booked 5 Koustons shirts for Rs. 1099/- which was booked on 22.12.2015 which has to be delivered by Jan-5 2016 but still the product is undelivered and there is no proper response of customer support, in last support when my call was attended they told to refund my amount if the product doesn't reach me by 13.01.2016 from this date i have been trying to call the support the call is either not being attended or being blocked sometimes. i need a perfect response from the support about my product as soon as possible if not delivered today please make the refund by tomorrow.                                         I have received two product. It's not a original product. It's a duplicate product. I will call daily no response. I am waste my time waste my money calling charges. Arrange refund immediately.
