I Order two nokia phone from this website, both the phone and battery are fake plz refund my order num ber is s[protected]....

I've ordered sony headphones on 11th Jan'16(Order Id:S[protected] and still the item haven't shipped.

I've mailed to [protected]@whaaky.com but still haven't received any update.

Could anyone please have a look and advise me on this.

I have ordered a sony headphone(my order no.S[protected]from whaaky.com on 07/01/2016 and I received the same today 13/01/2016. But the product wasn't good enough, all the three headphones doesn't hearing good.so I wish to return the product and I want my cashback... But from them no response till now..their customers service also worst... Please do something... Like this online shopping website doesn't exist anymore... Thanks...
