Sir, i brought items from whaaky on 20th dec 2015 . It was deliver by 26 th dec 2015 and first thing is that it is totally defected . Then according to their refund policy i do courier my items by myself and rs.200 from myself is credit and i had already send the defected piece images to their email [protected]@whaaky.Com and their reply was come for the shipping address for defected item . After that my item is shipped via on dot courier to their address on 2/3 jan 2016 . But amount of rs.999 is not refunded and i also send many complaints to their but they didn't reply me . Recharge of rs.100 is also not done to my mobile according to their refund policy . Please take strict action against their company and as fast as possible please refund my whole amount of rs.1200 as rs.200 hadn waisted on courier . My shopping details is following ..Please return my money order no: s[protected] product: mi 20800mah power bank + 2 jeans-om sai thankyou sourabh soni

    Respected sir, on 29th december i gave order on whaaky.com for buy 3jeans and 3tees @ 799 & i gave order 2 sets of the product so the total amount is 1600/- & i do online payment for the product from my brother debit card from icici bank.. they told us that the product will be delivered with in 7-10days but they did'nt do that, then i do call to them but they are not responding, after 10 calls they received my call n they told very rudely that the product is already dispatched, then i wait for 2days, , again i do call after 2 days & they told that we will do refund your money, , i ask for the reason but the dont gave us any explanation & cut the ph. last call i did at 11th jan & they told for the refund, today i also call many times but they dnt responding my call & still i didn't get my money refund back.. my order no is - s[protected] & s[protected] they told that they dispatched via ECOM[protected] & ECOM[protected] Sir please tell me what to do because 1600/- is not a matter of jokes please help me out

      I ordered set of pants, shirts deo and powerbank. I received pants and shirt but all are defect products. I tried to call them but they are not picking phone. i have mailed them also but got no replies. Deo and powerbank yet to deliver. I don't think they will deliver. whaaky cheating with people. I will file a case in consumer court. Please guide me how to do that.

        Booked order on 10-01-16 vide order no S[protected], till yet no information has been received and infact no one is picking the call after long try. So guys please check the review of online company before order something and suggest you that go for COD instead of online payment, you cannot do anything like me after making the payment. So please suggest if anyone have the option for refund.

              I have been regularly trying to reach over phone, but the calls are not picked at all, and several mails to the customer support remains unanswered. My Order ID : S[protected] which was placed on Jan 2, 2016, with a payment of Rs.999/- still is pending for shipment. The status on site shows 'Preparing for Ship', but am sure they are cheating lot of people out there.

              Still not heard from Whaaky. Trying to reach them on their listed phone number and also via mail, but no response. Really pathetic response. I see they are still listing offers and products cheating customers. I see that complaints keep on accumulating against them, but no action from them so far!

              Once again standard reply from Whaaky! They dont seem to be processing the order. Given below is the mail received from them for the third time:

                    My Order ID. S[protected], I ordered 7 linen shirts of M size, but i received the various sizes, so i returned the product and they approved refund. They received the product on Dec 10, 2015 but they say as per their record they didn't receive the product yet. I mailed the Delivery Run Sheet challn (DRS Copy) which i get from the Professional couriers but i got no reply. I hereby attached the scan copy of DRS copy, it is the proof that they received the product.

                    I returned this product on Dec 8 2015 and you received Dec 10, 2015. It has been more than 40 days, in the mean time i bought the similar product from another website. I thought about replacement only when i return the product, but now I want refund. I already informed you and you accepted refund. So kindly arrange me refund as soon as possible.
                    I have not received any mail from whaaky regarding replacement or refund.

                              I purchased 2 leather jackets worth ₹1149(inc. shipping charges) from whaaky.com. They delivered a product of cheap quality, defective and short size. Now i am mailing them calling them regularly 8-10 times a day but they are not responding or replying now. I am giving them warning again and again but they are not bothering at all. Please help me.

                                  The order # was S[protected] woth of item 2747.0 Ordered date and time:[protected]:02:23 I did received couple of items which were of poor quality, however the last time woth of 1099 is yet to bee received and status is been showing as PREPARING TO SHIP.                                     Ordered on: 12Dec15 Order No: S[protected] Product not received even after one month. When inquired, product is dispatched through DELHIVERY Couriers. Tracked the status and understand that the product is returned since courier agency does not serve said location. Asked for cancellation and refund and again get reply that the product when received at Whaaky, would then be taken for refund. Customer response is crap. Once when blasted on them, they just hanged down the call and now blocked my number. I need a legal procedure to sue them. Can anybody help?

Which they are making consumers Big Fool by offering low Rates and not sending the materials which I had made Debit card payment for my order no. Will send out Order received, I waited for long they are commonly a Cheaters they Cheat us by taking money in advance and telling huge difference while first pay instead COD had huge price also Customer s for whaaky bewaree of Fraudulent s online as I got fooled don't ever trust this site also I had made a call to them but the party didn't pick our call and speak instead they keep us hold and make our currency empty for long and again they Fool us in this matter. I am giving Police complaint against frauder and also in every aspect I will not leave my money instead I spend much money on complaint in all aspects.
