            Please Cancel my order S[protected] placed on 18th Oct. 2016. I have still not got my order. I was told that i will get my order delivered on 21st October. If you are not able to provide good services to your customers kindly shut down your site. My biggest mistake is that i have already made the payment. I ordered it as i wanted it in festive season which is already over. With this bad and worst services i dont expect my order any more. Refund my payment at the earliest that is what i can request to you now. And definitely will advice my friends and family not to order a single piece from your site at all.

            Please do the needful at the earliest. I really feel cheated. It is a fraud site.

                            On 4th nov 2015, i have placed an order (S[protected] in whaaky.com as they advertised offers. But i haven’t received some products so far. And some of the products which they sent was old one (Mis sold). So i request to refund the money back. But so far i haven’t got any response from them. When we tried to call the number which given on the website[protected] monday to friday from 9 am to 7 pm / saturday from 9 am to 4 pm) no one reposponded. I need someone to look into this problem and make sure that this website should be blocked.
                            When i send a mail to customer support, simply got an reply email stating that phones lines are busy and sorry for inconvenience. That was not the promise you given to the customer. More than a month, i[censored] can’t able to deliver a product then why you advertise. We plan to buy the products for christmas and new year. Almost christmas gone, now new year as well is about to come.
                            S[protected] buy 5 stylox jeans - still not received.
                            S[protected] buy 3 stylish tees @ 399 - still not received. But i saw in the tracking, stating that its been delivered.
                            S[protected] casual shirts for men @ 999 - fake advertisement - sold old products - i want refund of my money.
                            S[protected] mi 20, 000mah power bank & 3 branded deo for men @ 799 - fake advertisement - sold old one - i want my money back.
                            I would like to conclude that if all my requests is not handled properly, then i would like share this with hindu and times of india. And also i am ready to face this issues legally. I would like to check the signature of the product from courier office (S[protected], because i haven’t received this product.

                              VERY BAD experience with this company as i order 3 sun glasses & have got the same in damage condition. my order no S[protected] & call center representative saying to reverse the consignment own self going to courier company. we will pay the full amount of consignment to your account & reverse delivery charge will be pay in foam of mobile recharge. when we saying that i use postpaid connection amazing he will saying the we will pay partial in the same. i amazed after to listen his knowledge. overall after this confirmation i had courier the same charge pay from my pocket. and not get any intimation after even they get delivery in previous day. also i had mail them POD detail when i couriered. Now when calling for consignment status (same is sowing delivered in courier company site for yesterday) the confirm that they receive the same on yesterday. And now decline to pay for all courier charge (I. delivery charge - 100/- rupees & II 250/- reverse courier = total - 350/-) where product value is 299. It is a serious concern in and in my view fraud with consumer. please be aware. IT IS TRUE.

                                  Today, after 21 days of my order for SONY Power Bank 25000 mAh, I've received the product (Power Bank) which is purely a local product. It is neither a SONY product nor it's capacity is 25000 mAh. It seems to be a second hand local product with no model no. mentioned and just a sticker of Sony is pasted on it. It's capacity is mentioned as 16800 mAh with an MRP 2999/-. I've enquired to the SONY Customer Care and came to know that they have no tie-up with this website. This website is a complete fraud.
