Dear sir i ordered 5 koutons checks casual shirts for rs 1099 on 11/12/2015 but till date not received my order. I had prepaid the order online. Also their customer care is not picking up my calls. Please look into the matter and help me to get my money back or my order

I ordered 3 nos of 32gb memory card at Rs 1099 on dated 19/09/2015 but till date not received and not refunded my money which was paid by credit card so kindly refund my money or give me my orderd item.

I ordered 5 casual shirts at christmas day. I received at yesterday ie 3/1/16. It was qualityless and mismatch with my body size.. when I call to u, but u simply reject that call. I don't no why. And u don't response my mail till now. I have no much time to replace my order. Please respond me.

I have ordered a combo of casual shirts and I received that too but I received a different size shirt and also a very cheap quality fabric bcoz the one which they showed in add is different then the one which has been delivered and its been 3 days now nobody picking up the phone on the given number for customer support.

Sir i placed an order on dt.28/12/15 for 5 shirts and paid an amount of Rs.1100/-. My Order No. is S[protected]. But they did not send my order till date

Please cancel my order the no is S[protected] and S[protected] are the items ordered before 5 days but i am not interested too buy this i heard that this company is fraud and making forgery please refund my money worth of 2200 rupees do the needful

Samsung mobile was ordered before 5 days and order no is s[protected] the shipping is very slow I need it within 4.1.16 on or before the mentioned date the mobile was in correct price but also deliver it carefully without any damage the product delivery must be as soon as possible

The order no is s[protected] the item was ordered before 5 days but not yet received the jeggings so please quickly send and take some severe action and I should receive it within Monday 4.1.16 please see that carefully and send it on or before the mentioned date

I have brought 3 memory card from whaaky.com but that memory card are not working i also send the faulty memory cards return to whaaky now i called them for refund but they dident respond to mi Order No: S[protected] Product: 3 Samsung 32GB Memory Card

My order is dated 11-Dec-2015. Order no. is S[protected]. Still time order not received. Awaiting my full refund. Weather consignment shows delivery detail but according to courier company, they said they have not received items from whaaky.com. item order no. - S[protected] Courier Name : DELHIVERY Courier Consignment No :[protected] I have done so many calls to customer care in last 3 days but nobody is lifting the phone. I have mailed (with two times reminders) on 29.12.2015 but no reply from company. I want justification for my order.

Order no S[protected] and S[protected] received on 18/12/2015 is not wokring and found damaged. And i had already returned back the product in 72 hours ...kindly refund as soon as possible Inspite of many email and call no answer and call is not received by your executive... Refund of 1200 Rs and 200 Paytm balance is pending Kindly refund the money as soon as possible

I have ordered size L jackets, but received size S jackets. I have complained that provide me the actual size jackets which i had ordered or refund, but I still waiting for reply.

Order S[protected] I placed that orde on 16 dec but till now i hav not received any details of shipment nor I am getting the response from the support team. Please help the amount I have already paid. Thank you

On 4th nov 2015, i have placed an order (S[protected] in whaaky.com as they advertised offers. But i haven’t received some products so far. And some of the products which they sent was old one (Mis sold). So i request to refund the money back. But so far i haven’t got any response from them. When we tried to call the number which given on the website[protected] monday to friday from 9 am to 7 pm / saturday from 9 am to 4 pm) no one reposponded. I need someone to look into this problem and make sure that this website should be blocked.
When i send a mail to customer support, simply got an reply email stating that phones lines are busy and sorry for inconvenience. That was not the promise you given to the customer. More than a month, i[censored] can’t able to deliver a product then why you advertise. We plan to buy the products for christmas and new year. Almost christmas gone, now new year as well is about to come.

S[protected] buy 3 stylish tees @ 399 - still not received. But i saw in the tracking, stating that its been delivered.
S[protected] casual shirts for men @ 999 - fake advertisement - sold old products - i want refund of my money.
S[protected] mi 20, 000mah power bank & 3 branded deo for men @ 799 - fake advertisement - sold old one - i want my money back.
I would like to conclude that if all my requests is not handled properly, then i would like share this with hindu and times of india. And also i am ready to face this issues legally. I would like to check the signature of the product from courier office (S[protected], because i haven’t received this product.

VERY BAD experience with this company as i order 3 sun glasses & have got the same in damage condition. my order no S[protected] & call center representative saying to reverse the consignment own self going to courier company. we will pay the full amount of consignment to your account & reverse delivery charge will be pay in foam of mobile recharge. when we saying that i use postpaid connection amazing he will saying the we will pay partial in the same. i amazed after to listen his knowledge. overall after this confirmation i had courier the same charge pay from my pocket. and not get any intimation after even they get delivery in previous day. also i had mail them POD detail when i couriered. Now when calling for consignment status (same is sowing delivered in courier company site for yesterday) the confirm that they receive the same on yesterday. And now decline to pay for all courier charge (I. delivery charge - 100/- rupees & II 250/- reverse courier = total - 350/-) where product value is 299. It is a serious concern in and in my view fraud with consumer. please be aware. IT IS TRUE.

I Ordered Sony Power bank on 18.12.2015 in net banking transaction that he taken money in my bank account and still (30.12.2015) product not received after may i try to land line customer care no.[protected] any person not picking and send mail also any reply not coming please block this company for cheeting issues purpose... future any person not order wise please kindly help me.. My Mobile no.[protected]

Today, after 21 days of my order for SONY Power Bank 25000 mAh, I've received the product (Power Bank) which is purely a local product. It is neither a SONY product nor it's capacity is 25000 mAh. It seems to be a second hand local product with no model no. mentioned and just a sticker of Sony is pasted on it. It's capacity is mentioned as 16800 mAh with an MRP 2999/-. I've enquired to the SONY Customer Care and came to know that they have no tie-up with this website. This website is a complete fraud.

I purchased 2 things from whakky.com where 1st was 3 jeans n 3 tees n 2nd was 5 casual shirts. when 1st product delivered to me i got 3 tees n 3 jeans but size is 30 or 32 local market place jeans where i ordered 36. i complained but i didn't get any reply from them again i got next product where i got only 4 very dirty n worst quality shirts where i ordered 5. i complained again but they never reply. pleaae somebody help me to get back my 1600/-Rs. vipin [protected]@gmail.com
