I have made an online order for 3 koutons shirts and Addidas Spri gblade shoes. The payment os INR 799 and INR 2599 respectively was made online on 05.Nov.15, to gift it to relative on diwali. The website claims to deliver the goods by 10 working days. Unfortunately it has been 1.5 months now and the goods havenot arrived. Many times I have tried to call them and writemails but no response has been received.They always told to see this matter with priority and later forget.There customer response is disappointing and frustrating.       Sir, I have ordered a product named 2 Sony Power Banks- OM SAI on 19 nov 2015, at 23 nov 2015 product delivered to me. When I checked it, it was MI power bank and it was not working, then I complaint it to Whaaky customer care, they said to me that if I courier the wrong delivered product then they refund my amount into my account. On 4 Dec, 2015, the product is received to way2online Retail, They said to me that they will refun my money in next 7 to 10 working days. Now, even after 20 days the are not going to refund my money.         Dear Sir, Someone called from whaaky.com with contact number (+91-[protected]) and he is asking me about my card number, my card valid through date and my card CVV number to process the payment. I am not liable to give this 3 details to anyone over the phone. I told him that he can send me NEFT/RTGS in my account number, the details along with IFSC code I am ok to give.           Dear Sir, I have placed an order in whaaky.com on Dec 9 (Order No : S[protected] and the product is not yet delivered. Even when I track my order it is showing "Preparing to ship" in Shipment status. I paid in advance through my debit card and now its been about 16 days. I will request you to look into the matter at the earliest and please contact me as soon as possible in my mobile number which I have provided below. I am very much disappointed with the customer service because I had called customer support number for over 50 times but no one is picking up the call. Also i have send mail to "[protected]@whaaky.com" 3-4 times but no resolve was made.                     On 4th Nov 2015, i have placed an order (S[protected] in whaaky.com as they advertised offers. But i havent received some products so far . And some of the products which they sent was old one (MIS SOLD). So i request to refund the money back . But so far i havent got any response from them. Whe we tried to call the Number which given on the website[protected] Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm / Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm ) NO ONE REPOSPONDED. I need someone to look into this problem and make sure that this website should be blocked.

                          Dear Sir we make an order before 50 days from whaaky.com(order no.:S[protected]after one month they send the Trackon courier no.:[protected]on 4th December srinagar office had received this but unfortunatly from many requests they response finally that we did not receive the parcel we receive electronically but physically we not able to find it.Cklearly they said we did not receive anything. Now my request is that neither they deliver the order which is made almost two months before nor they refund the amount. Kindly request you to take an immediate and swift action regarding this matter and let me know asap. Thanks & best regards,

                            On October 28, 2015, I had ordered a set of 4 trousers (order no. S[protected]. I hadn't received shipment from two months and i had also cancelled one of my order no. S[protected] and i had paid Rs.2198 for both orders with credit card on your online payment option and don't got any refund for it.. I am really disappointed, And no one is reponding to customer care number even after droping a number of mails on their mail id. I will look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.                               This guys are fraud they send me cheap cloth instead of linen they offered power bank case with iron rod inside its really a online frauding iam also complaining to cyber crime department about this not going to leave this issue without solving it

                                This is to inform that I would like to inform you that an order for purchase of Nike make shoes was placed by me on 14.08.2015 against which the shoes supplied to me on 19.08.2015 which were duplicate and different with regard to colour, design & quality to those as shown in the picture. The same was returned by me and accordingly, I had requested for refund of the same. I was surprised to know that another pair of shoes was sent from your side on 13/12/2015 which was also a duplicate shoe and not in any kind of similarity as selected by me. This product is also totally different from as shown in the picture/advertisement. I am not satisfied with the quality and design of the shoe . I have been in touch with your good office since a long time but not yet received any positive response from your side. I would request you to refund the amount of Rs.2150/- back to me at the earliest. I may mention here that I have been bearing the cost of Parcel being sent to me again and again without any reason. Since the company is selling duplicate product and the quality of material is not upto the mark. Such kind of material was never expected by me and not at all acceptable to me. Under such circumstances, it is requested that refund of the same may please be processed at the earliest otherwise I shall have to forward my case to the Court of Law which may cause defamation to the company.

                                    My Name : Hitendra Kamli My Order ID : S[protected] Payment Mode : DEBITCARD Order Placed on :[protected]:07:58 Order Details : MI 20, 000mAh Power Bank & 3 Branded Deo for Men @ 799 I did not received my product. Charges was deducted from my debit card when order was booked. Today I visit the webpage but not open and getting error. I send email about this and Reply me is "We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request. Support representative will be reviewing your request and you will receive response within 24 to 48 hrs. Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customers in case you’re running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24 to 48 hrs. Thank you for your patience. Thanks & Regards, Your friends from Whaaky.com" I read is type of statement of other customer complaints. So I Cancellation My Order No.S[protected] and refund my amount. I read many complaints of Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail. So Please Refund Rs. 799 as soon as Possible.

                                      On website they advertise sony power banks and in package they have send mi powerbank. Although there is no 20000 mah xiaomi mi powerbank in market but they cheated me and Rs 1400 have gone waste. Neither the power bank charges nor it works.
