          Hi, I would like to tell you that that i have been cheated by whakky.com. As i ordered on 25/11/2015 Order No.(s[protected] amount Rs. 1049 on which 2 sets of iron and a sets of accessories .when i opened the product delivered all were useless .2 sets of iron none of them in working condition and same with the sets of accessories..i complaint to the customer care of whakky.com but the response was so arrogant and pathetic. i would never suggest anybody to purchase anything from whakky.com .please initiate mine refund or replace the product. contact no.[protected]

                    I placed a order for 'Sony Power Bank 10, 000mAh' but i have received a fake product instead of the original Sony Power Bank. Product which i have received is defected & totally different from the picture which you have shown on website (Color, pattern etc). I really disappointed with your services.                           I received my order No.S[protected]Shipment No.CD[protected]IN via Indian Postal Service). I was disappointed by the product received. i, e. Power banks (20400mAH)-2Nos. (Rs.1249+ Rs.150) They are third class, low quality, china items. When I opened the box, I was literally shocked, by seeing MI power banks and rusted connecting cables. I charged them for about 08 hours and all lights were glown indicating full charge. And when I connected them to my phone, charging automatically started and I could able to charge only 20% and they were drained off their power. Power buttons were not at all working. I sent them back on 01.09.2015 (shipment No.BCK[protected]IN) through Indian Postal Service) and the same was delivered to them on 07.09.2015. Till today I have not received any response from Whaaky.com. Customer care is not at all responding. The parcel was sent to Way 2 online retail Pvt. Ltd. Syed Sajid Begumpet, Hyderabad.-16

                                I have ordered 3 items almost 1 month back. One of the items received but its not genuine. Other 2 items with order numbers S[protected] Sony power bank rs 799 rs and S[protected] Adidas shoes rs 2599 not yet received. Already paid money. Tried calling many times and mailed also. No reply. Don't buy anything. Its fraud.

                                        My order number is s[protected].I am ordering 5 koutons shirts and 4 c-dot trousers (32 size) and 1 waterproof mattress, but i received only 4 c-dot trousers (32 size) and 1 waterproof mattress its also duplicate product .And i not received 5 koutons shirts.Many time i call in company and also mail but no any response in thir side.Thir call center also fraud no buddy can received phone.
