I placed an order to buy T-shirts online from a website named "Whaaky.com" on 02/11/2015 for which I got the delivery very late near about after 25 days. Then when i received the courier after opening I noticed all the T-Shirts were old, Torn, Damaged and with stains. As soon as I noticed it I called the delivery boy of ECOM(Courier Company) on which he said mail the support team then only after their mail to us we will refund/replace the order. So soon after the cal I emailed the photographs and details information to whaaky.com support team on there mail id "[protected]@whaaky.com". But no reply came from them till now. I also tried there customer care number which never gets connected or answered, the number is "[protected]". Now so I again emailed them which is giving failure report stating domain not available. even their website is not opening now. The address given on the website was "Address : Way2online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. "

Hi Team, As I received below ordered item today, but when I opened it i found 1 power bank & 2 jeans but both with same colour and size is different/bigger size when it size was order for 32. Kindly look into this & get the same changed. Hope a positive response.

I booked combo of 03 jeans and 03 T-shirts bearing order no:S[protected] and dispatched through ECOM delivery but, the dispatched cover was repacking many times than original packing.when i was trying in phone they don't received[protected], )and no reply for mail. Please do needful in this matter.same was repeated in my surrounding are about 03 times.

Order No. S80977419 Mobile No. [protected] In response to my frequent complaints and return of 32 GB Samsung memory cards (set of 3), which were not working, through DTDC Courier, I received a mail from Whaaky on 12.11.2015 that I would receive my amount of Rs.1099/- to my online account within 7 days, which I have paid through online on 13.10.2015, while placing order. I confirmed the same information through whaaky customer care. But, till today i did not receive my amount of Rs.1099/- to my account as per assurance of Whaaky on 12th Nov, 2015, and it is being so long period that i returned the said material and also getting no response, when I used to call since 18th Nov, 2015. It is not fare of Whaaky to not responding to the customer complaints like this. I am not satisfied this type of online shopping and correspondence. Hardly waiting to receive my amount back to my bank account immediately, as I returned the memory cards and Whaaky received the returned memory cards (set of 3) in the month of October, 2015 itself. I have ordered 2 hood jackets from whaaky.co.in for Rs699/- But the issue is when I received the product it was completely different from the images shown on website and the quality was also not so good .My order no. is S[protected] & the contact no. of whaaky is [protected] & mail id is [protected]@whaaky.com.. Sony Power Bank 10, 000mAh whose order no is S[protected] purchased on 15th Nov, 2015 doesn't charge my mobile. Mailed to the shoppers but did not getting positive response. They asking me to deliver product at their company after that they will replace product. I have tried to send at their address but Currier service provider are not taking delivery and also company is also not taking responsibility to replace product by their currier service.

My friend ordered 7 Linen shirts and he didn't receive the order and he left the issue. I tried to check whether they will send or not, they have sent the shirts. But it is very cheap quality and worst shirts i have every seen, it is not about the cost if they don't deliver a good product why to keep the offers. I am filing a case against Whaaky.com company
