I have recd 2 somy 10000mAh powerbanks which are totally fake. They do not recharge at all and seems to be old cranky. I have mailed to the supportwhaaky.com immediately.but has not recd any reply regarding how to return them and get a tefund. Till toaday i have mailed atleast 4 times from 9th dec 2015 onwards. Kindly look into the matter and teply immediately.

Respected Sir, With respect to Order Id: S[protected], I have place the Order on: Nov 9, 2015, 7:47 PM, It is now 20 days since I have place the order. I have made the payment in advance with Debit Card as Mode of Payment: But yet whaaky have not shipped the Item. I also have placed many emails to Whaaky customer support, but no response at all from them. So, request to please help me get my money back or let the ship the item.

Dear sir,

I was booked a product from whakky .com vide Order No. S80950317 booked on 28 Sept'2015 and an amount of Rs 499/- has already been paid . But till date the above item neither received nor get any response from whakky.com and their vendors. Customer help line number always shows busy/un available .

A msg received from BW-Whaaky on 15 Oct' 2015 that item has been dispatched via PROFESSIONAL DEL[protected] .

When you did not supply the item, you should be refund the amount with interest otherwise I will take the case with consumer court..

Dear Sir I placed an order on whaaky.com for "Samsung 32GB Memory Card- Pack of 3" vide order No. S[protected] and received it on 24.11.2015 When I inserted these Micro SD cards in my phone it has shown "damaged card". I tried many times but it not working. I tried to contact whaaky support but nobody has picked the call. when I visited the Samsung Service Centre (Supertone Electrical Centre- Authorised Sevice Centre of Samsung) located at Okhla and shown them all three SD Card to them, they have confirmed that these all sd cards are not genuine as such they were unable to replace these cards. They told me to contact the seller. I told them that I have purchased these cards from Whaaky' website. They also advised me to complain to samsung regarding these cards. I dropped an email to whaaky regarding replacement but they didn't reply and till todate I have tried to contact them thousand of time through phone and email but nobody is giving any response and I think they understand that ingenuine SD card are being sold at at their website Whaaky under Samsung brand name but by giving no reply they want to close the issue. Hi All, This is fraud company and don't buy any product in their website : Whaaky.com I have booked order # S[protected] for MI 20800mAh Power Bank + 2 Branded Jeans @ 999 for Rs.999 on 31st Oct 2015, with lots of follow-up with both Email and customer care number... resulted with No response. Finally on 28th Nov 2015 got message that my order has been dispatched through PROFESSIONAL courier Consignment No. DEL[protected], but again checked with courier company this is fake consighment numbers. cheated me again. Can anyone Initiative to block this company website and take legal action against them..

I purchased a product solar powebank in website named www.Whaaky.com . I paid 799to that product by payment under citrus through internet banking... From that time onwards no one responded for my mail, call and they provided tracking id is fake .please take a sevier action on this frouds...websites ..

Hello SIr, My name is Ashutosh Kaushik My mobile no- [protected] I am writing this forum regarding whaaky.com. This is totally fake company and they are not ready to respond anywhere. Actually i have ordered a couple of SONY POWER BANK of 2nd November 2015 and i mailed many times to know my order to [protected]@whaaky.com but they were not responding and after 1 month above on 10th December i received my order very low class and that both item is not working also. I had ordered sony power bank, and i got fake duplicate product. my order no. S[protected] . i mailed them regularly and they told me to send it back. after that i have sent it back but from then i have not got any reply from them. i have mailed them several times but they are not responding. I had ordered t-shirt from this sight on 15 November.after placing the order I received this sms Dear Customer, Your Order S[protected] has been confirmed. You will receive an SMS as soon as your shipment is dispatched. I got a call on the 8th of December from this numbe[protected].stating my order has come.This person did not allow us to open the package till we gave money. He took the money and went. The 5 koutons shirts are very cheap and poor type like second hand shirts.so I want my money back otherwise I submit the FIR against you for fraud malfunctioning...

This company send product to customer not working products, I think this company taken failure products from manufacturing companies that products send to customers.

I had placed an order for men accessories bearing order no.S[protected] on 02/12/2015. I have already paid the amount through internet bankig. I have not received the men accessories till now. Dear sir, I saw there are so many customers who are cheated by whaaky.com and till now they don't have received any response from the company. My humble request to you guys please take necessary action against this fake online portal. At least they will not cheat other people.

I had bought 5 combo shirts recently. In that some are already used once, some are dirty, some are teared and not even the size and color are matching.
