I had ordered for a pair power bank of mi3 of power 10400 mAh in combo offer of Rs 1000 for a pair of power bank but when i recieved the item i did get two power bank but something was strange...the weigth of the power bank was much less. On closely noticing the bottom of the power bank i observed a fake sticker with fake mAh covering the bottom then when i removed it the the actual MAH was scrubbed by a marker. my bill id 5188

I have purchased Mi power bank through Whaaky site .They delivered faulty product at that time i have return the product to their address but till now they are not responding my money or replacement ?Customercare also not lifting the calls ...What i will do ? so do needfull help...

From Whaaky.com I have ordered Xiaomi Powerbank 20880 mAh order No. S80825234 on 8th may 2015, next day i received a call from their hyderabad office to confirm the order. I asked about delivery period and replacement period, they said it will dispatch in 8-10 days and 3 days replacement. I cancelled the order on phone itself because large lead time and 3 days replacement policy. Next day I received a confirmation mail informing me that being special case my order will be dispatched in 3-4 days. The order was dispatched and reached 3-4 days. The product i received was a duplicate product . I charged it 8-10 hours and then while charging mobile it discharge within 1 hour. After same condition 2-3 times I mailed them within 3 days of this issue. They asked me so send the snaps of the product within 48 hours. Without wasting anytime i sent snapshots of their fake product. I received a reply that they will do replacement for my product but i have to do self-shipment of the product. I sent the material baring the cost of courier. After sending the mail i have not received any update on receipt of material. I Sent mails also but there was no reply. After i called them and asked and then the lady customercare lady checked and said now we have received your shipment. After that she sent a mail that new genuine product will be dispatched within 4 days. After 4days I have sent several mails about update on replacement of product but there is no reply still. Hi, I have been delivered a non - original power bank from Xiomi and no one from customer care picks up the phone, I want to return the package and get my hard earned money back. If this query is not addressed at the earliest, I will be raising it legally against whaaky.com. I do not trust the site for which customer care is so irresponsible even to pick the calls. I am Simon, bought a product on whaaky's site Order No: S80802678, Product: 3 C-DOT Trousers-PENGUIN, on the website it says its a formal trouser and the images shown are completely different on what i received, I got casual pants which fitting is completely terrible, I repeatedly followed up with them and they are not ready to refund me my money, I did not want a replacement on the same product which quality is very poor, I better of buy stuff from the road than ordering it from whaakys site, i have bought products inititially wen whaaky had started that time the products were good, but now i am cheated and wants to complain about this site as they are cheating alot of people with their fake cheap products.

My name is Suresh. I purchased Battery bank for Rs. 1199/-. But it was not working and of inferior quality. I contact customer support and after couple email one Syed Sajid responded asking for picture of the product. I sent the picture and got response to courier it back for replacement. I couriered it via Professional courier c/n # BLR74925594 and sent details to Syed. It is been 5 days now and I have sent 10 emails. I have not received any response. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I doubt if ever get refund, return or a credit note. I feel cheated.
