I ordered a 5 Polo T shirt and 2 Mi headphone dated on 27.05.15 but till now i not receive any product from whaaky side. I tried to their customer care no. They simply response two times as sorry sir, we are received over order so we deliver within 24 hours second time they said and promised to me refund my money incase of fail in delivery. Daily i send mail to [protected]@twhaaky.com but they replied all the times as follows "Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. Kindly bear with us. Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customers in-case your running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24hrs." I don't know what they given service to me. I totally depressed due to this order and follow up regularly.

Got a fake product. Returned the same and claimed for refund. The mailed me that the refund initiated and will receive my refund within 5 working days. Still did not receive any refund after 20 working days. I am attaching their confirmation mail as a proof. Want my money back as early as possible.

Sir I have ordered 5 tees and 1 Branded shoe My Order ID : S80852134 Payment Mode : CREDITCARD Order Placed on :[protected]:41:37 But until now I don't received any information about the product from you it has been 15 days but on the tracking status the product is still prepairing to ship, so I want to Know How many days more I have to wait to get my products.

I ordered for product (5 half sleeve shirts) and paid 999 through debit card on 29th may. Still I didn't receive the product. I called many times to their customer care number but no one attended the phone. So that I want to register complaint against them. Kindly do the needful.

Sill today we have not receive my order product if you are not in position to deliver please cancel my order and refund my order amount at the earliest. I have maked a complaint about duplicate xiaomi powerbank 10400mah deliver by whaaky shopping site as a result i recived a mail by them about replacing the power bank so i have sent them back to there givean address in the mail so i have sent them on on[protected] on saturday by madhur courier service but till now i have no information about my item. In the mail it is written that they will send original power bank to me but till now i have not got a single mail by them, i have sended altest 4-5 mail abou5 this problem but i have not been answered by them My order no. is S80831476 so i want that they send me original xiaomi 10400 mah powerbanks to me or give me refund ie my money back to me so please see through this matter My order no. is S80831476 I have sent back the item on[protected] so send me original product as fast as possiable

Defective MII Power Bank was supplied to me by the above company (whaaky.com). I made complain to them. They accepted my complain and informed me to send the same to them by courier. Accordingly I have sent the defective to them and they received the same. Now they are not replacing the product and even not responding by email. They are not responding over phone given in website[protected]. Please do needful and take action against him.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a Power Bank named MI 20800 POWER BANK -OM SAI on 14th April 2015 and paid Rs.899 through Internet Banking. My Order Number was S80802891. They have promised me to despach the goods within 8 to 10 working days.They have sent it vide consignment No.Z54365561 through DTDC Courier on 27/04/2015. I have received it after 5 days. I found that it was not working even for 5 minutes. As per company's advise I returned the same through BLUE DARD DHL CO. vide AWB No.[protected] on 14/05/2015. Company has received the consignment on 19/05/2015. After receiving the consignment, they have promised me to supply fresh Power Bank within 4 business days. I have sent more than 8 E-mails to the company but till today they have not send the replacement. Therefore, I request you to take necessary action against the said company and obliged. I have already complained about the duplicate xiaomi 10400mah powerbanks sent to me by whaaky so by making the complain on consumer complaints i have receaved a mail from whaaky to sent bank the duplicate item at there givean addres and they will send the original so i have sent the duplicate item by madhur courier on last saturday ie on[protected] but till now i have not got any information about sending me a original product by whaaky i have send about 5 to 6 mails also but no answer have came to me. order no S80779775 ordered on 19th March 2015. i received product on 31st March 2015 but received product is not matching with the one which i ordered. i sent back the product with my own expenses of 150 rupees. Again received product on 07th May 2015 which is not matching with my ordered product as usual i sent the product back with my expenses of 275 rupees. After sending back two times Rajesh and Nandini representatives of Whaaky told me that durong last week of May. THey mentioned that currently we dont have stock stock will be available after one week as soon as stock available we will dispcatch the product to you. After that i send mails soo many times and i called to them many times. No reply to my mails and no response to my calls till now

Hi team, This is to informing you that I purchased 10 leggings item through online on 18th June order no S80833685 and the parcel was send through Aramex. I didn't receive the product till now. It was showing in Whaaky's records delivered but I did not received yet. As per Aramex records it was delivered to wrong person. I need ethier my product or refund my money. I have purchased 2 powerbanks from the whaaky online shopping site. But the delivered item was defective. So i returned the defective item on 11/06/15 through TrackOn Courriers. My Name is Avshesh Kumar I had placed an order with online shopping portal whaaky.com on 28 June 2015 and paid Rs 1099 through my credit card. The order (S[protected] was confirmed on 29 May 2015 and the delivery time was informed 7-10 business days. However, till date I have not received the delivery. Today is 18th of June 2015, I have never recvd my order, The customer helpline – [protected] is engaged all the time. My voice mails have also not been responded to and since today i.e. 18th June 15 there is no response on this number. My email reminders have also not yielded any satisfactory reply. On visiting the company's Facebook link I realised that many other people are also victim of the same nature. It is requested that suitable action may be initiated against the company and effort should be made to recover my money at the earliest.
