I have purchased a MI Ear phones with Order No : S80798376 buy 1 get 1 free, they have delivered the product after 35 days. When I opened the pack then I realized that Whaaky is a fake site I got the fake MI ear phone product. Then I have mailed them as per their response agreed to return the item, I have returned the item back on 28th May'15 and reached to their address on 1st June'15, Now there is no response from them and no refund for my amount. I have send many mails.I request don't buy any products from these sites. Please look at this issue sir..

I have ordered 2 xiaomi 10400 mah powerbanks of rupees 999 on 15 may but i have get them in the first week of june and they are fake. One ia not charging my phone even it is fully charged by me and another one get fully charge in 5 to 10 minutes and when i connect my phone it get discharged in 10 min increaseing phone powwr level by only 10 to 12 percent.By net t i came to know that they r fake i am also sending mail to whaaky but no response my order no. is s80831476 iam also sending images of powerbank with this do some thing for my problem. Give me original product or give my money back to me also if they dont give real one i will do some legal action against this Please see through this as fast as possiable because i have cheated by them

Dear Sir / Madam, I ordered the "special offer" Mi (Xiaomi) Twin Power Banks for Rs. 1099.00 dated 2nd may 2015. payment done through credit card Rs. 1099.00. The product was delivered in twenty five days and was well wrapped and properly delivered by DTDC Couriers. However, when I charged the power banks and then tried to use them they would not even charge my any mobile. I tried re-charging the power banks and then using them again but no success. I have tried calling their Customer Care but no response for the last 10 days. I have also sent them three e-mails to Customer Support but again no response. My order number was S80819265. I paid a total of Rs. 1099.00 for the two Power Banks. They are still advertising the same product on their website. Please help to resolve this issue. I would like to get my money back as having seen several similar complaints as mine on this site, there is no point getting a replacement. It will again be a faulty product. Hii i am saroj kumar behera here I have ordered on 13.05.2015 my ordered no S80829305 did try to buy 5 branded jeans of Rs 1599, and blue eagle 5 casual shirt Rs 1099 from your site and after making the payment of 2798 online through net banking via your Citrus payment gateway the site did not navigate to your website not showing confirmation message but my amount got deducted from account. I mailed you the same on your support email and called you so many times, this was my first time that i bought something from your site after seeing so many complains feels like cheated and made a great mistake since i did not receive any reply to mail and calls. Please please return my money.

Whereas I received only 1 power bank, but I paid money for both the power banks.I called customer care & complained about the same & also sent a mail at [protected]@whaaky.com. I had placed an online order & purchased 2 Denim Shirts + 2 Polo Tees @ 999 from whaaky.com on 23-May-2015 but still didn't received said order . I paid amount in advance via credit card and also wrote couple of times mail to support team of whaaky. It seems that Whaaky company is known for this kind of fraud & very frequent users are facing such issues.
