    Hi, I placed this order on[protected]:45:03. Received the product after 20 days. I ordered 2 MI 10400 Mah Power bank which I received but defective. I doesn't even charge half of my iPhone. I contacted them so many times but none of them respond to calls. Then I dropped an email for which they replied after 4 days sayn that send the product to us, I already sent the product but there is no response from their end. Whenever I call them, none of them answer to that. When I mail them, I receive an autogenerated mail specifying they have not received my parcel yet. The product quality is pathetic and they provide fake product I want my full refund along with 180 rs courier charges.

I have order 20800mah capacity of power bank and it was found scratch in lavel and sticker of paper 20800mah, I am sending you pic of product with attach through this complain.         Dear team I have purchased one combo offer from whaaky.com at 1099rs on 24 april 2015 which should contain two piece of the MI power banks with power of 10400mah. So once i received that i saw that is duplicate product also with defect. So one day i called up whaaky customer care and they just pick up my call annd put it on hold with out saying anything . Then i sent email twice and then i got response that i have to send it back to get replacement. So i did that and sent that to the prescribed address by paying 180rs courier charges. Now its over aa week i did not received my product . So i called up but no one picking up the call.. also i sent mail twice but no response received . Then on 2nd of june i received one mail that with in 4 working days my product will dispatch but till now no information or product received. This is the way they are cheating customers . I want the original product with penalty . Please do the need ful.

          dear sir ! i am a ph.d student in hindi dept of central university of karnataka, gulbarga. i made aorder on 9th june...ist was 2 jeans 799.00 inr and 2nd was 3 shirts 999.00 inr. and i got delivery 15 june 2015 via overnite courier. but it was only 2 jeans in packet. i send many mail...and call whaaky custmer care byt they not give any type response. what i do ? plese see attached file

            my order number is "S80784710". i waited for nearly two months but when it was not delivered i mailed many times to "[protected]@whaaky.com" but no reply given... then i tried to call on the customer care number "[protected]"... on my first call they said that i will be refunded my money to the same account from which paid the amount "rs 1100" in next 24hrs but no refunds were given and now they are not receiving my calls...kindly give suggestions what should i do regarding this...

But i got some other brand product and the quality of product is very cheap so i would like to return that product but company is not picking the phone even not replying my Emails.                 hi this is vipin katare from indore i ordered 3 shirts on whaaky.com order no. is S80845961 on 03rd june 2015, after confirmation of order you people confirmed that my product will deliver within 7 days after confirmation of the order but till date you have not even ship the product. i am calling you on customer care number again n again but nobody is picking up the phone, i mailed you 3 to 4 times but nobody is replying even on mails. I think this is the fraud company and it should be blacklist immediately, people are suffering and they do not even bothered. fake people and fake company. Regards, Vipin katare [protected]

                  I ordered for Power bank on 07/04//2015 by paying Rs. 1099 with order no. S80797205 through internet banking. Till today, not received product . Infact I tried calling many times to customer care and sending mails . But no response received . Infact, today morning around 11 15, a person called Deepak called me and saying I am calling from Whaaky, will refund your amount . pls share your credit card details, when I told I cant share. He asked me Debit card details, thinking that there is online transfer facility now through ATM cards, hoping that I will get amount I shared details and even OTP s. Immediately after few minutes got message that 3 debits with Rs. 8999, 3000& 3000 with transactions IDs S13235854, S13238636 & S13238989 was debited . When I called back to the number, it was not reachable or switched off . Now what I should do ??? IS 16k penalty for me for ordering power banks . I am going to lodge complaint on Whaaky. Anyone can help on this with Whaaky Customer Care Number .

                      My Order no is S80848094 I received 7 t-shirts on 14/6/2015 but some are in damaged conditions. One t-shirt is having a hole, one is having yellow marks patches, and one is completely dirty. The t-shirts sold at the street give better quality then these t-shirts

                        I booked 3 lenin shirts in whakky.com on 18th May 2015 and the payment is already made but still the product is not delivered. I mailed to customer care thrice and daily I call to[protected] but no response till now. They were cheating people by sending advertisements. So please don't pay online. Go for Cash on Delivery if want to buy.

                          I have order 5 shirts on 29th May, 2015 still after 17 days order is yet to be delivered. Whaaky assure me that they will deliver within 10 days but due date is lapsed. I just want to request if they can't make order than kindly refund my money which is 1099. This is my third time complaint ... but still no satisfactory reply I got.

                              Here is the my own story in which I become the victim by these accused whaaky.com. ############## Hello there, It's very hard to again mailing you about my refund that still after the confirmation of product returned to your office at Hyderabad, there is no information and credit/ refund of my money in picture. So, kindly requesting to REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY which I paid by credit card and now the waiting time is more than one billing cycle of that card for which I already paid it's bill.                                 Myself Rani Pohare Whaaky is really a big cheaters. They only know to cheat people. 1 year have been pass n they are yet to return my money. Company... Even Third Class category is good. Whaaky doesn't have any class. I request all my colleagues that do not deal with this company. All ur money will go in vain.

I have received only 1 item -luck buy chance only. It is not as similar as in describe in your website. it is very cheapest item. If you can't send a proper described item in your website, why you open this fake type web?. why you making fool of customer?. it is totally fake and dis-casting site. Every item is useless, not as per described items and may be used which you are sending at customer hand. When will you send my pending item (Buy 3 Dri-Fit Polo Tees - Yellow, White & Blue @ 599, Order no.-S[protected]. If you cant able to send at given time plz refund my all amount.                                         At is also most 2 month since I order I did not received my order till date from your end .if you cannot send me the order please cancel my order and refund my money back urgent. If not I will book any complaint on your website any in court.
