On opening the box, I found that the actual quantity of branded watches is 5 and not 7 whereas the ordered quantity was 7-Branded Watches. Please check and revert asap. I received the parcel and also an e-mail having below mentioned contents : "Your order S80635678 has been successfully shipped. Please find below the tracking details. On the top of the parcel its clearly mentioned that the parcel contains three formal trousers of size 32. Hence Ipaid Rs. 949.00 to that delivery boy. But now I found that you delivered me a parcel which contains three formal trousers of size 28; whereas I ordered for size 32. So please its my request to you that kindly send me the exact size of 32 which Iactually ordered for. And take back the previous parcel from me which I kept intact as you delivered. Please do the needful at the earliest. Because these trousers are of no use for mine. You said in a mail that the complete product has been delivered after a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same. So, you want to say that I have to keep the wrong size trousers which are good for nothing for me. I am Puneet Pal I was register a complain against my product after that I get a call from company [protected] (His name Rajiv) regarding give details for refund amount of my product but when i give detail's of my debit card after sum time aprox 5 thousand transferred online from my account to other account and after that when i try to call Rajiv who call me from company side he is not picked the phone...

If this issue not sort-out I will make FIR on it and also made case on company from court...

hey I have purchased a double bed sheets with pillow cover which is not the standard of your company name. I have never seen this type of quality in my life. However the items revived by me want to returned back to your company and refund the amount to me. Let me know how to send the items back to you. Further it is informed you that the cost of double bed sheets is only 75 to 100/- each and not more then that. The quality of clothing items is more better those persons selling the clothing items in the footpath.

I ordered the product (Two jackets) on Whaaky.com on 21.11.2014 and paid the money through debit card of State bank of india i.e. Rs. 999. My order no. is S80661506 which was messaged me by Whaaky.com, and on 25.11.2014 i received a message regarding shipment of my product through First Flight Courier having shipment no. F[protected], but still i did not got my product and when i track my order on First Flight Courier site, it is showing no result, i called many times on customer care no.[protected] and on [protected] but did not get any response.
so please do the needful ASAP.

Whaaky is a online shopping but they are blamming the people by not delivering the items in-time .if i call to customer care and local numbers they are not even lifting the phones.so, people becarefull about the whaaky specially online shopping.My order no is:S80651980.

Hello Sir/Mam, We had an order (S[protected] dated on 28 Dec. 2014. The received package seems quite opposite as the ordered. There are certain issues we want to bring to your notice. 1. The colour of the jeans does not match as desired. 2. We ordered size 30 but it is very rediculous that size/s are 26, 28, 28, 30, 26. 3. It was promised that Jeans of Dennim company will be delivered but they are local and seem that they have been used many times. 4. Not unlike, they are wearings of female not for male. 5. The zip is shorter than the size of 30 and zip covers of two jeans are pasted wrongly. It is our request that either replace the items or refund amount within time. We hope that any action will be taken soon from your side, otherwise we have to take any strong action against your company. We are waiting for your fruitful reply.

Paid 999 INR vide HDFC bank wire transfer on 10th NOV to whaaky.com I get a mail from them that the address is in a non serviceable area. My home is in heart of the town. How can this be a unserviceable area? Secondly, it was so, why was a mail sent to me that the order is dispatched? No one attends the toll free number. No reply to mails My order number is S80651287. I will not get these guys go scot free. I need a refund for my money. This is a fraud company.
