I order three branded shirts from whakky but out of three two are defective and One is Not of size. After that I call toll free no but no one is attending call. I also sent mail to whakky support services, they replied and promising to supply correct items but after three months also I haven't receive my items. Pls help what to do with such online services.

Hi Sir, I have ordered a Branded Shoe with Polo T Shirt, but they delivered duplicate Reebok shoes and the T-Shirt also not Polo Brand as it was mentioned in the Advertisement. And when I am calling to the Toll Free Number No one picking up Toll Free Number. I think it is completely Fake Site, and Just for Cheating Customers. After seeing online advertisement of whaaky.com, I felt very happy I thought they are delivering good products at cheap prices.First time I ordered 3 bed sheets, they sent, they are O.K .Second time I ordered for Two full sleeved shirts with different colors as displayed in the picture ad.But the delivered one half hands shirt & other full hands shirt of almost same (white) colors.O.K I adjusted as both are fitting to my body ( XL) size.Third ime when asked for 28'' size Trousers as shown in the picture ad, they sent all are of different size and even one pant is not fitting to my waist nor even to my son's waist.When I asked same thing to Support Whaaky.com, they replied as :-- Support Whaaky <[protected]@whaaky.com> 4:20 PM (7 minutes ago) to me Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. Order no. s80650128 Sir On 13nov i had received the given order but when i opened the same i was totally shocked about items condition was not upto the mark. I can't explain it But i am dam sure nobody will wear the same even bagger also. Sorry we dont want any product with u. Your all the product are worse and if you are showing the branded product then how can you sent the other items with less quantity. I just want the refund one not replacement of the items.

with reference to order no S80658019 i received the product on 19 Nov 14, but unfortunately the size i received is not what i have ordered, instead of size 38, i received was a M(medium) sized casual shirt which is not suiting my need. Again the quality of the shirt was very poor and is completely different from the illustration on their website. I have send them a detailed mail explaining my problem, But the response received was like this "Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. My order no is S80655631 which received just now and opened and found that it is not upto the mark and quality mentioned and delivered is not same. I Request you to replace the suit as the the size is 42-32 and i need 42-36 and dark color also it is not of koutons. kindly change the product as soon as possible.

I order for koutons blazer size of 38 but I received 44 size so I want to return it other wise return my money and colour is also different it is old blazer not a new please don't do like this with us (costumer) we believe on whaaky.com so plz solve my problem. I am from anantapur, i ordered 4 trousers order no.S80543509 DATED: 17.08.2014. and they were delivered with worest qulaity and unsized they look like used and footpath goods, i reported to customer care and they accepted to exchange the order and i returned my order to them, and when i make a call to customer care, no one are responding and not lifiting the calls, some customer care person responded through mail that our return ordered is not received, but the courier pupil is showing that order is delivered/returnted to the address, whaaky online purchase is the worest and please don't purchase from this site specilly.

Please take legal action against this online company. I'm one among many people who was cheated by their product. I ordered 3 belts for levis(28) size and received all fake products with different sizes 36', 38' and I have wasted 800 Rs by ordering on this website. They display nice images on the website but the receiving product is a third class quality. Please stop this website before they cheat other consumers. The customer care number they have provided on the website is fake and they don't seem to attend the calls at all and even the email id is fake and they never reply. Please make sure that this fake website is removed asap.

S[protected] Ordered 3 trousers of size 36. Its a perfect size for me for other every product. But the trousers received from you are not as per the size 36 and are not good in fittings. I tried to communicate with the customer care, no one is receiving the call and no one is replying to my e-mail. Do you people have any refund or replacement policies? Even if you have it its not at all working as it was suppose to work. I do not know how may people have lost there money by investing/trusting you. Be scared of God. He knows everything.
