I had purchased three formal trousers for Rs.999/-. The size i had ordered was 38, but the size i received was 36. I tried calling the Whaaky.com customer service at[protected], but it keeps on saying all representative are busy for almost an hour and then the call got disconnected. I had mailed to [protected]@whaaky.com stating the issue, but they cooly sent a message stating everything is good in quality and quantity. Regards Bhaskar C [protected]

Recieved the cell phone. Not working the cell phone, batter is also not getting charging. You have shown some mobiles but sent another cheep quality mobile. I order 2 items in whaaky website.Order No S80551656 Details 1) 5 nos shirts (First flight courier F[protected]) 2) 4 nos of pants.(First flight courier F[protected]). Hello, I have orderd blazer and three watch set combo offer on the date of 29 Oct 2014. In the box there are three sunglasses in the place of watch's and the blazer was worst with the size of 44 old grand father model. Even a beggar can wear better then this.. I have booked size of 40 new stylist which was shown in webwebsite. There is no any bill regarding purchase... Company members are cheeters they cheated me. I want to slap who done this stupid company in online shopping. For whakky company owner I want say it is better to beg money then doing fraud business...

I booked your product on 7-Sep-2014 with 2 quantity that means I booked 6 deo of Zuska or 2 nova trimmer, but I found only 3 deo or 1 nova trimmer after one month or after my 20-25 mails, now my one quantity of 3 Zuska doe or 1 nova trimmer pending from your position. I explain these things on my every mail because you are not serious about client satisfaction because you got the full amount by debit card on 7-shop and still on 29-oct after 53 days of my order placement I got nothing I paid the full amount, but you neglect to deliver my product on time Can you please tell me the hesitation free customer mail or first come, first serve theory of your governing body because you can't stand on your words, it's very shameful you are not reply me on my mail and not offered to deliver my product as soon as possible... Order id: S80626900 i received this product on 25/10/14, there is problem with the mobile its not getting switch on the power button (Call End Key) Is not working. I am not able to switch on the mobile. I raised one complaint in this regard on 27/10/14 to customer support of whaaky.com. I received a reply from them on same day that complaint cant be acceptable as they checked the quality of the product before dispatching. They sent me faulty product but not understanding customer issue. If i have a major problem with the mobile how can i use it. I request you to take a necessary action on this. Please help me get replacement or refund.

the company is selling goods as offer and all the goods are not as per specifications i.e. company is doing business in a falsified manner. no call has been pick up by the company regarding any compliant and no refund has been paid and no courier charges are being reimbursed.

This is regarding the online purchase order S80630225. It was shipped to the billing address on 24th October. The Pair of shoes ordered are not of same sizes and bears no resemblance to the product that was ordered. As It was Diwali vacation and since the billing address was my office address i didn't receive the package on the same day. When i received the same today morning(27_Oct_2014), It was a complete shock. One shoe is of size 41 and other is 44. Another defect is that both the shoes are for the same leg. Other than the brand( Wrangler in this case) nothing was as per my expectation. I request you to please return it back immediately.
