    my order no S80631208 booked on[protected] its shipped by FIRSTFLIGHT F[protected] but still iam not getting firstflight costomer saying its returned back to from address but whaaky costomer service no body picking my call what can i do already 15days over.

    I am also facing the same issue. They are not replying for my mails also.
    I thought this website is not correct and don't purchase anybody ok no problem i am going to higher authority.

S80635678 on[protected]:09:11at belowShipping Address :Amitabh BiswasDD16 3rd Floor Narayan tola East, Baguiati, NORTH 24 PARGANAS, WEST BENGAL-700059.with the payment mode COD.Yesterday I received the parcel and also an e-mail having below mentioned contents : "Your order S80635678 has been successfully shipped. Please find below the tracking details.Courier Name: ARAMEXCourier Consignment No:[protected]Date of shipping:[protected]:47:00.0Your Contact number: [protected]Your order should reach you latest by[protected].You may track your shipment through ARAMEX or directly in the Whaaky website through the link given above. If you have questions about the delivery, Please call Whaaky on[protected] or contact Customer Support."On the top of the parcel its clearly mentioned that the parcel contains three formal trousers of size 32. Hence I paid Rs. 949.00 to thatdelivery boy. But now I found that you delivered me a parcel which contains three formal trousers of size 28; whereas I ordered for size 32. So please its my request to you that kindly send me the exact size of 32 which I actually ordered for. And take back the previous parcel from me which I kept intact as you delivered. Please do the needful at the earliest. Because these trousers are of no use for mine. I already spoke with that delivery boy came to me.           I had purchased 3 Branded Denim Jeans of size 36 from Whaaky.com and made payment through debit card. When i received my product, i found 2 local brands jeans of size 38 & 40 and 1 short pant of size 38 instead of 3 Denim brand jeans of size 36 as it was showed in the advertisement on your website. There is no link on your website for exchange/replace. Sent an email to [protected]@whaaky.com but no response. Tried to contact the customer...

          Hi Sir, I have purchased a product from Whaaky on 24th Oct for an amount of Rs 1, 099/- with order no : S80635366. I made the payment through my credit card and received the product on 1st Nov. Before booking the product I gone through all the return and cancellation policy. As per their procedure If there any issue in the product we have to raise a complaint by calling their customer care number within 72 hours. I have received the product by Saturday evening, and the product received was not fit or comfortable for me. As per their return procedure I emailed on the same day for asking the return procedure and the process. I tried to reach them on Monday morning through Call because sunday they are not working. Contact number as [protected], I have tried more than 12 times but the calls are getting connected and disconnected automatically within 3 sec. I got an email from Whaaky support team stated the product has been dispatched after proper quality check. I have replied them again there is no issue in the product quality the product size is not fit for me. I'am using the same product size from different brands with no issues, I have ordered a set of Jeans(3nos). I have replied requesting for the return procedure but I haven't received any proper response/reply from the team as of yet 04/11/2014. 7:30 PM. I need my money back, I need the procedure to return the product. Please help me.             Respected sir, My name is Jissin M Philip, I'm already registered a compliant against Whaaky.com (Compliant id No. ID: 946899). But till the time the company hasn't responded.[protected] was the ordered date, the ordered no. S80571485, the ordered item was 5 Formal Trousers. But the Whaaky team responded the next day The consignment was returned to orgin as you were not available to receive the delivery despite several attempts. Then[protected] they send a mail i.e. This is to inform you that the product you ordered has returned to origin as your location falls under the non-serviceable location. Therefore, we have gone ahead to refund the amount back to you. You will receive the amount in your account in 5-7 business days. But till they have no action for my complaint and not refund the amount. Please help me for solve the problem and give me the amount.

              Dear Whaaky, This is chandrakanth jadhav placed the order no.S80642310 for 2 formal shirt & paints size 38shirt 28 paint but i received shirt size 1 for 38 & 2 for 40 it is not good online shown colors are different i received different which i dont like & pints size 34 where i placed for 28 quality also not good both are different. I received on 2/11/2014 on sunday iam not happy with quality and wrong size colors are different.so i want no exachange i want refund the amount only do the needful as soon as possiable.

                      Hello sir I order 3 casual shirts @ 899/- size 42, full sleeves, double pockets, checks with full collar shirts and what they dispatched size 42 full sleeves, single pocket, , stripes, half collar type.i never use that type of shirts.So i want to return the product.Then i try to call customer care[protected] and[protected].at there mention time Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm / Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm but every time i call they reply they are busy on attaining another customer even i got this message at night 12am, then i try to contact on email [protected]@whaaky.com I tried many times the above two numbers but nobody is lifting the phone. So please tell me the exchange this shirts and send me the order given double pockets, fullsleeves, checks, full collar 42 size. If that product is not available please refund my money.Tell me the refund procedure. Thank you sir.

                            Hallo respected mad Sir I have order blazer and three sunglasses set combo offer on the date of 27 Oct 2014. In the box there are three sunglasses in the place of watches and the blazer was worst with the size of 44 old grand father model. Even a beggar can wear better then this.. I have booked size of 40 new stylist which was shown in website. There is no any bill regarding purchase... Company members are cheaters they cheated me. I want to slap who done this stupid company in online shopping. For whaaky bokka company owner I want say it is better to beg money then doing fraud business...

                                    Every time i complain through email they gave me same reply, i mail them my all
