It is in the reference to my order no S80705616 for mobile, I order to whaaky.com online shopping, the material i have received through Courier Name : ECOM, Courier Consignment No :[protected], Date of shipping :[protected]:23:18.0, for Rs 1099/- COD Basis, When i open the above said consignment i felt so much harrassed that i have spent money on dust. the material i have received in the consignment is a mobile having value of rs 200-300, charger, headphone and a small battery which was not of that mobile, it was small then the place of battery.. Sir, it is requested to please do the needfull for refund of my money which i have spent on most popular company whaaky.com online shopping's dusty material. I have ordered a3 jeans and 5 Shirts vide order number S80678347 and online payment for the same on 12/12/2014. Although I have received the jeans but I'm still waiting for the shirts to be delivered. Its more than a month and they are still not shipped and these are not even responding to my emails. I even messaged them on facebook page but to no good. Also, they never pic the calls on the number given on the website. I will request you please look into this urgently. Order Number S80703403 Order Date [protected] I receive my 5Shirts yesterday. I had placed order for Classic Formal shirts. L - Medium size shirts. All shirts received are MIXED _ Medium & XL size shirts. Some of the mare printed with patterns on it. Some are plain. & height is 1 of the Shirt is Half sleeve. 1 of the Shirt is of such a BAD quality that threads are coming out of the collar & it looks like some one worn that shirt earlier also has printing on back side. Attached please find the Pictures of the 5shirt. Except 1 shirt which was Packed properly, all other shirts were just put in plastic bag. I require MEDIUM size shirts ONLY OR --- "L " SIZE ONLY. I would request you to please take back this consignment & would newer ever deal with WHAAKY & also inform my friends & relatives regarding such type of cheating being carried out on WHAAKY. When a person orders for FORMAL Shirt, he should not be given such type of wrong consignment. Kindly look in to the matter. I would not return this consignment unless an until, I have been sent my proper consignment back as I no longer have faith in WHAAKY.

I paid through netbanking so as per their policy they should have returned that before 7-10 working days. My Self is Rani ; For the first time i had ordered an jeans from online portal Whaaky. It is really very worst experience i have ever faced in my life. The products i had ordered was deliver to me in a very bad condition. The products were not at all ar per the order place; they were all tear; not as per the order size;very very old jeans very bad condition; only we can give it to poor people to wear that was sure. I had complaint about the same to whaaky ; they ask me to return the material and also send snap shots; which i did. Now its been five months now i am yet to receive my refund. From last five months i am continuously taking follow ups but no result. All my friends who are dealing with Whaaky; i request you to not to deal with this company anymore; as they are big cheaters;today i am made fool by them; tomorrow your turn will be there.

We have made online order of the 2 products on www.whaaky.com vide order no. S80705231. However, the product delivered was not of the size ordered. While we have drawn their attention to the same though email, they have asked for the snapshot of the products and cover within 48 hours else the claim will not be admissible. How the online shopping portal like Whaaky.com can give such services. Are they not checking their vendors and their track records? And on their fault, they are making us responsible? Ordering for reply within 48 hours?

I have received call from your executive Mr rajeev kumar gupta mobile number [protected], and another executive Mr ... contact no [protected] they were asking about my bank detail which I have told to them . They promise to refund the amount of my order.
please check and confirm are both of they are of your executive or not.
I am also trying on the email id of whaakky.com but the same is not delivered to them.
i am receiving failour notice from that id on which i have mailed more then 10 times successfully

I have a video of the same product but same is not uploaded on thissite

DON'T BUY FROM WHAAKY I was referred to whaaky.com by a promotional email. On visiting the website, I came across branded and non-branded (but good looking) clothes and other things being offered at great discounts and deals. Before ordering, I checked the customer review and found that all were happy with Whaaky. Not even a single grievance!!! I thought, whaaky could be a new startup and may be they have good such a good reviews. So, I was enticed to buy a 2 in 1 jacket vide order no. S80695770. First the product did not reach me in commited timeline. I tried calling customer care but no one picked the call. Repeated calls were also futile. Then I dropped an email and received the courier name and courier no. It was then delivered after 2 days. The moment I opened my consignment, I was shocked. I ordered a 2 in 1 jacket ( check on whaaky website) and got a , ugly, disgusting, beige coloured jacket (website claims blue and black jacket). Immediately I called customer care and again no reply. I dropped an email and someone asked me to sent the image of the product. After sending the image, i got a reply that we have checked with the quality team, and the product you got is as per the specs. Whaaky closed my complaint without a mutual consent. I asked that i wil ship the product back.They didnt have the courtesy of taking the product back. I am feeling very much DUPED. Guys, STAY AWAY FROM WHAAKY. It is just a dubious website. DON'T BUY FROM WHAAKY...

Refer Order No S80697131, I have received the product of Very Poor Quality Product, which i never expected. Also it is very surprise to know that after informing the Whaaky Rep on the quality requirement while confirming the order. Its a very poor service from Whaaky. Please arrange to re-collect the product on immediate basis & to arrange the refund of the amount INR 1199.00, which i have paid. One more suggestion & request, please give good service with good quality of product. Customers are not behind the Brand, but they are behind the quality of the product, if they get good quality product from unknown brand, even they will promote your product, otherwise it is very difficult to survive by this kind of product & service. I have booked a product from whaaky.com on 2nd January 2015 vide order No. S80698849 at the same time whaaky.com confirmed the booking of the product and Rs. 999 has been deducted from my debit card. After some time the website sent another mail that the "payment failed". After all this, I am trying to contact whaaky.com via call or email but they do not give any response to my calls or email. I request consumercomplaints.in to do the justice in my case so that i can get my money back.
