Reference to order no S80616671 via Aramex [protected] I have returned the product by courier almost 8 weeks ago but still no response from your side. At present I, don't have the product and no exchange or refund. I asked for refund according to information given on your website but they sent me replacement. Again I return the product and send mail regarding refund. But know there is no response. Nobody picks up the call. I call 30 times and mailed many time but no one called me. Kindly help me. Find the attachment of the courier receipt.

Hi Customer Support, I Mirza Faheem Hasan from Lucknow order W267 New Branded Blazer (Sky Blue Colour) order no S80677604. But when today I had received my consignment I was totally shocked to see that whaaky has send me used Blazer and that also in black colour . Blazer don't have buttons and it's having various spots in it, stitching of sleeves are coming out. What the he'll it was I am very unhappy with unhealthy way of your product delivery . Kindly change the product and send that what I had chosen and adopted to buy. If you don't have the same one refund my paid 899 amount on urgent basis. I Mr.Nilesh patil booked my order as on dated 6th of Dec 2014, sat my Order id: S80673569 i ordered my 2 piece suit size 1-40 but i got size 1 -42. so this piece not comfortable to me & also the dress code means colour & the desing of suit which is in your website add is different the suit piece which i got so look into the above matter & replace of this order. Again i would like to mention size 1-40 & size 2-32 & make sure suit piece should be provide the which one is viewing (showing) on the online shopping web of whaaky.com. my con nos [protected].

I purchase the product on Whakky and i would like to cancel the product immeditely because of wrong product i chooses, so I called customer care with this number[protected] and[protected] from Friday afternoon to till now and no response from their side for picking the call.. So I sent two mail on Friday to cancel the product before it got shipped and very late response they provided me on Monday and about not able to cancel the product because it is shipped. This is not my fault for their late response. My order number is S8043822 and keep on mailing to [protected]@whaaky.com and still now there is no response or single reply from them. Please cancel the product and return my money back, really worst type of service and highly disappointed about their service..

I Have paid an amount of Rs 999 through Credit Card for Order No. S80667851 for Purchase of Buy Gamexy E1500 Mobile on 29.11.14. The item got despatched through DOTZOT courier Consignment Note No. I[protected] DT 02.12.14. However when the courier delivery person has come to my house he started demanding Rs 1099 as COD charges. I have denied the payment as I have already made the payment through Credit Card and the package was taken back by the delivery person. They have also given one more No.[protected], this gets disconnected after the first ring. I am yet to receive the item for which payment made by me. This is the most useless online shopping site I have come across. Please do not trust them, after seeing this complaint Forum I firmed up that there are so many other people who have been cheated by this Whaaky Online Shopping. S80671592 which I received today, and was not same which was shown on the Whaaky.com site as I was trying to connect with customer care of Whaaky.com but there was no response from their side. Brown shoes - contains for both legs but there is a slight issue on the left legged shoe it seems that sole was not cut properly from the outer side. Attaching pics for both the shoes.
