Respected Team, I have not received my product till date, as I have placed the order at http://whaaky.co.in on 9th August 2014. My order no. is (S[protected] for FILA SHOES & TRACKSUIT, product amount is RS. 999/- . I already dropped 3 mails(Regarding cancellation also) to [protected]@whaaky.com for which I got common reply for all mails. The status of the order is still showing as PERPARING FOR SHIP from day one. ***Requesting to help me on cancelling my order(S[protected] and refund my money back as earliest. Sir, I had placed an order online on[protected]. My Order no. is S80518126 for 4 Koutons Full Sleeve Shirts for Rs.999/-. I received the parcel on[protected] and to my shock I found only 2 Koutons Shirts and two other shirts of some other brand. Out of them 1 shirt is a damaged, dirty and defective and a logo of some company is printed on it and it has already been returned by someone as his name is written in the collar. I have already returned the damaged and defective shirt on [protected]. And thereafter I Received the mail from your Whaaky's confirming the shipment returned back on[protected]. The said mail stated that they will be sending the shipment (replacement) within 4 working days. It is almost 20 days and I havn't received any replacement nor any information about the consignment number and courier name thru which it is sent. I am really shocked of such unprofessional approach from Whaaky's. Kindly send the Replacement of 1 Kouton Shirt immediately. Thanking You, Victor Lucas.

I purchased a pair of wrangler brand shoe for 1099 on 23.07.2014.Order number is S80505890 and mobile [protected].Pls track u all on whaaky.com.On 09.08.2014 their tracking shows its dispatched and they have given the tracking number of IPS courier also. Its CY[protected]IN.I tried to track it on Indian Postal Service website there is no such shipment. If they had dispatched by tortoise also it would have been reached earlier. Its totally fraud. So people please don't jump into such this type of website which sells very low price. Before placing a order please have review of that online selling websites through google or some other searching engine.

Hello Sir, I have been cheated by WHAAKY.COM. i purchased a product ru online and till date i have not received. they had given first flight tracking number. i called the courser company and thy says the tracing no does'n not exist. please help me on this

I have never ever come across such a third class fraud company. They just cheat their innocent customers. Their products are roadside, cheap and expire dated. They never pickup phone calls. They never call their customers. This company should be locked and its staff should be thrown behind bars at the earliest. I request my friends at hyderabad to initiate action against them.

Hi, My order number is S80541604 and I have ordered 4 denim jeans of 34 size. They sent 32 size of different brand. I have sent it back to them and they told sorry and the product will be dispatched in 4 business days. It is almost 10 business days but no response. They have given me their extension number for connecting through call but it is not connecting. Very frustrated with the service. They don't have proper size and brand.

Their products are all defective, local in house made stuffs just tagged as Big Brands, each product must be of Rs 100 or Rs 150 maximum, , please request everyone don't ever buy from Whaaky, these people are openly cheating us .. No call center representative( mind you for solving issues only puppets for confirming orders, when asked about their seniors or supervisors, they give excuses as they dont have any management they say, , or tell taht they are in the bathroom..as if the firm is having only one senior who is the head and tail of the firm) .. Only when you order something yes yes will get 2-3 Times Confirmation calls to gain yo0ur trust ..this is the strategy they are using ..the cheap tricks cant work for much time ., ...after delivering wrong these people never pickup phone calls. And secondly never call back their customers to understand what went wrong with the goods or items purchased from them. After writing to them at least 10 to 15 mails, they have no courtesy to respond to the mails, just one standard auto generated mail, saying send the pictures, after sending the pictures what ??? no solution .. This company should be shut down and its staff should be thrown behind bars at the earliest. I request every one who have been hit by these fraud to start a petition to initiate action against them. Request the victims to really fight against this company. There are Several Ecommerce companies across India and globally, who are functionally very professionally with authentic products and excellent customer care, hence we order on online, but this experience with Whaaky has been the Worst any one can imagine of.
THIS COMPANY IS SELLING ALL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS ONLINE . I HAD BOOKED Clothing from whaaky AND THE DELIVERY FOR THE SAME CAME AFTER 3 MONTHS, WHEN I OBSERVED THE PRODUCT are all wrong sized i had ordered for 36 and I get is 32, etc tec..all different sizes, in next 10 mins on the same day i had written by to them regarding expressing my issues till date i haven't got any solution for the same. WE UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS A LOCAL PRODUCT WHICH DID NOT EVEN HAVE NAME ON IT . THE NAME HAS BEEN STAMPED BY Whaaky .COM BY THEMSELVES . THEY CLAIMED TO SELL ORIGINAL . I FEEL HEAVILY CHEATED .

After complaining they responded and asked to send it back... i did sent it back and they confirmed the receipt of my returned product and mentioned they will redispatch in 4 working days... it has been 11 days now and are not even replying to emails... I have purchased an online product from Whaaky.com vide my order number S80541408 on 10/08/2014. I already paid Rs.799 by my credit card. But still i.e. till 29/08/2014 my order has not been delivered yet. Various communication via email to [protected]@whaaky.com did not give me satisfactory answer and not tracking my order. Everytime they are send me a default email for apology without any specific reason and even customer care number:[protected] is always engaged. Even they are not contacting on my mobile number.They told me via email that my order has already been dispatched through FedEx Courier.After enquiry with FedEx Courier, they told they have not even picked up my order from seller.We have already informed about all this to whaaky.com but they are not even responding.Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
