I have order three different products online from whaaky.com. When I receive my order I saw that all the three product are mismatched products such as I have ordered pants of waist 32 but I had received pant of waist 34 and in other product I have ordered ladies jeans of waist 32 I got two of waist 28, one of 30 and in third product I have received second hand used dirty blazers. I have been sent many mails regarding there product what they have delivered to me but there is response from them. I have ordered three different products/items all the three are mismatched and used item

So plz dont purchase whaaky online service that company on of the most fraud company and service.

they are frauds, they are palying with customers emotions pls dont order anything now...i would suggest you to prefer other online shoping site like paytm, amazon, flipkart rather than whaaky.

and keep on trying calling them may be after 1000 attemps they will respond your call to return the product.

I have ordered 5 men formal trousers(combo pack) in Whaaky.com and received my order but the size of the product was mismatching to my fit so I requested to replace my order with other size and they also accepted to replace the product so I self shipped the products to their returns section, they accepted to dispatch the products in 3 to 4 business days, but till date I have not received my product. I bought shirts from Whaaky, but they sent me rubbish material, so asked them and they said that return the product and we will replace it and we will recharge your mobile whatever the courier charges will be. I had returned the shirts long back, but no replacement yet. Now, they are also not responding to my mails. Total amount of shirts were 1000 + 100(courier charges) + 240 (my courier charges of returning the packet). Please help.
