Hi All, Whaaky is the biggest fraud company in the whole universe. They pretend to be professional but they are absolutely non-professional guys. They will display such attractive products but when you actually get them, you will find them to be such a low standard items where size does not match to the market standards Also the way they communicate with the customers is pathetic. Even a one man store does not run that way. Really crazy and cheats. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM OR YOU WILL REPAY LATER AS I AM DOING NOW My story of the dealing with Whaaky goes like this 1. I ordered a set of vests on 09/06/2014 having order number S80418227 2. Finally the item got dispatched on 23/06/2014 (i.e. 15 days later than the actual order). They were of really below standard size i.e. their XL size was smaller than the standard S size 3. When I filed a complaint, I received a message on 26/06/2014 stating “Snap shots should be sent within 48 hours. No claim will be accepted after 48 hours” 4. Then I mailed Whaaky the snapshot of the product and a snapshot of the normal XL size and the difference between the two on the same day i.e. 26/06/2014 5. Unfortunately I did not got a response on the same, therefore sent a reminder on 01/07/2014 6. Then on 02/07/2014, I received a message from Whaaky stating “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a replacement. As per our replacement policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address” 7. Then on 04/07/2014, I replied to their mail for the refund instead of a replacement as the product was of very inferior quality / size 8. Again on 05/07/2014, I reminded them for the same 9. Then on 07/07/2014, I got a message from Whaaky stating “Currently we do not have return pick up facility. You may ship the product to us and we will ensure to reimburse the same through a mobile recharge. As per our company policy, self-shipment charges of 100/- will be paid in the form of mobile recharge.” 10. On 08/07/2014, I courier the product back to Whaaky for replacement / refund 11. On 12/07/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name.” 12. Repeatedly I mailed Whaaky on 20/07/2014, 24/07/2014 and 25/07/2014 and again I got the same reply that the product will be dispatched in another 4 days 13. On 25/07/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days” 14. Being so FRUSTRATED, finally on 28/07/2014, I posted the whole discussion and their unprofessional behavior on Mouthshut.com and did informed Whaaky about the same (in anticipation that they will at least show some professional behavior now). Unfortunately and as expected, they DID NOTHING ABOUT THAT AS WELL. I just got a reply back stating “As an exceptional case, we have considered your request for an urgent dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name” 15. Again on 28/07/2014, repeatedly on 01/08/2014 and 05/08/2014, I requested them to dispatch the product or refund me my money (along with the courier charges that I spent to send the product back). 16. Finally on 06/08/2014, I got a mail from Whaaky stating “This is to inform you that we have replaced your product as per your complaint. The Replacement for the Order Number: S80418227 has been dispatched on[protected] through ARAMEX courier & the consignment number is: [protected] 17. I then informed Whaaky on 11 Aug, repeatedly on 13 Aug that neither I have received any product till now, nor have got any response from Whaaky (as expected from this unprofessional company). 18. Finally on 16/08/2014 (i.e. days after the original purchase), I got the product from Whaaky, however it is the same product which I have sent back to them for the replacement. Again their XL size is smaller than the standard S size of other brand. Also I never received the mobile recharge of 100 rupees which they committed against the courier charges that I have paid. Best part of their customer support is that they never keep the communication chain so that their unprofessional behavior does not get highlighted easily. Every time you get a response, it will be in a new chain and that too without your order number in the subject line or anything else from which the actual chain could be traced. I have consolidated all the communication with Whaaky so that others may not end up wasting their time and hard earned money dealing with such a STUPID / FRAUD / UNPROFESSIONAL company like Whaaky. I assure you, that I will not shop anything from your site further. Neither anybody else known to me will ever buy anything from your store. Every time you get a response, it will be in a new chain. That’s the reason I have consolidated all the mails in the reverse order of date and have attached for you quick reference. If you have any conscious left and really want to do some business in today’s world; I would expect a prompt action on this mail? I have already paid Rs. 799/- through credit card but neither items shipped nor my amount refunded by whaaky. Kindly solve my problems (i.e. Either my items shipped or my amount refund quickly). I have already paid Rs. 1998/- through credit card but neither items shipped nor my amount refunded by whaaky. Kindly solve my problems (i.e. Either my items shipped or my amount refund quickly).         I am contacting you at 3rd time but my problem not yet solved (neither my booked items shipped nor my amount refunded by whaaky) and no any reply my mail. I have mailed almost 10 time to whaaky. Kindly solve my problems (i.e. Either my items shipped or my amount refund quickly). Thanks..

        After you notify whaaky.com customer support as on 16/08/14 but no any response by whaaky.com (i.e. neither my above ordered items shipped/dispatch nor my amount refunded till date). Kindly keep on your process again to whaaky.com for refund my amount or delivered my booked products.

              On 8th august i ordered..But .'still not even dispatched.'
              Order id : 10080694 expected delivery date : august 14, 2014
              Mode of payment : credit total amount : inr (Indian rupees) 1481.

              On 13th august.After repeated complaints on call and on their site..
              They saying.. ''dispatched in multiple shipments with new order no. 10145706, 10145708 "
              But the new order no. Still shows "ready to dispatch.".
              God knows for how long i have to wait...They are not picking up the call..

              Please do deliver it...I need the products.Please do somthing..Or refund my money...Cheaters!!!

Contact No. [protected] Order No. S80539915 dated 09 August'2014 Items details 1. 3 Ka Tadka!!! 3 Peter England Shirts @Rs 999 2. Buy 4 Export Quality Polo Tees @ Rs. 799 Product got delivered on 13th August'14 Complaint: 1. It does not contains 1st Item - 3 Peter England Shirt at all. 2. Also, They have shipped some local brand four T- Shirts on my address (Of same colour and design while in the adv. they told to send different colours T-shirts of Polo Brand) Mine address- Rohit Kumar H. No. 163, 5th Cross, Kaveri Road, Udaya Nagar, D.V.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I bought two items online from Whaaky.com - URL: http://www.whaaky.com/ located at- Way2online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. Contact No. [protected] Order No. S80539915 dated 09 August'2014 Items details 1. 3 Ka Tadka!!! 3 Peter England Shirts @Rs 999 2. Buy 4 Export Quality Polo Tees @ Rs. 799 Product got delivered on 13th August'14 Complaint: 1. It does not contains 1st Item - 3 Peter England Shirt at all. 2. Also, They have shipped some local brand four T- Shirts on my address (Of same colour and design while in the adv. they told to send different colours T-shirts of Polo Brand) Mine address- Rohit Kumar H. No. 163, 5th Cross, Kaveri Road, Udaya Nagar, D.V. Nagar Post, Bangalore-560016 Contact No. [protected] Also, I dropped a mail to their customer support and tried calling them but they are not answering the call and mails. Please take stringent action against these fraudster so that they may not fool the customers and compensate me accordingly for my pain and time. Thanks and regards! Can you please confirm why it was not delivered. Are you fooling customers? Also, It was mentioned in the Polo Tees Adv. that all 4 T- shirts that will be shipped will be of different colors and designs but originally three T-shirts are of same Blue color and one brown color of a local brand. What is this ? Are you fooling customers again ? Please send the Three Peter England Shirt of three different colors asap or refund Rs. 999 back into my account without any further delay. Also.                     I bought a product from whaaky.com (Jeans and Cargo Pent combo offer) but they shown in website branded product and then I select to buy then he send me local products.When I called them to change they talk with me very rudely and after one call they never pick my call also. I mailed them also but they did not replied my mail regarding this issue. I paid 900 Rupees for this product. Before this they did one more time. After that he make some payment now he saying server problem so amount deduct from your account but in 24 hrs amount will be refundable.                                   i had ordered pack of 3 jeans for 599 in may and was received wrong size of 30 instead 32 and when i have sent the replacement, stilll not received the replacement order Whaaky order reference is S80420556 [protected] Also there was a refund of 200 for the courier charges which was for sending the parcel back to their warehouse at my cost this is also pending. if this is not sorted please process the credit of 800 back or arrange d vouchers

                                      I have ordered one combo pack on 8/7/14 and i received a courier pack but the products are not my actual requirement, so i returned that to the company told address, but the replacement pack is not yet received me. One month over i had ordered the products. Order Number: S80474529 This is a advanced paid order and also lost the pack returned courier charges. So this is a very poor servicing.
