Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a combo of 3 track pants on 25/06/2014. I have received the order on 07/07/2014. My order number is S80451787. I have size mismatch and I have returned to Whaaky for replacement on 20/07/2014 as they said. Whaaky Customer support didn't reply me. When I ask them through mail, they replied and told that they are working on it. On 06/08/2014 they replied that they send the consignment through FIRSTFLIGHT courier and the consignment number is: F[protected]. When I check through First flight website tracker, I didn't get any details till now. I need the product back or my money back.

My order no. Is s80469220 ordered kautons 4 full sleevs shirts of size 40 and four jeans of size 34,

They sent me class 4 shirts of peter point the unknown brand with under measurments insted of 40 it seems to be hardly 38, stuff with poor %age of cotton, normaly useless for a middle class people. Now next sent jeans with under measurement and very low class stuff and i tryed one wich has class 4 fitting. They never take away there products even after having there own faults. They expect that cunsumer should sent product to them.

This is not fine on the part of the company to cheat customers

All the stuff sent by this company under this order no is useless. Is there any body to help me regarding this issue

Sir I have ordered shoes but they were not the same as shown online. Whaaky customer care team said to return them back. I have returned them back and asked for the refund. Hi Whaaky, My order no [protected] via Aramex This is a bad impression on the whaaky online company, i had order for the Men's Jeans and Cargo, but i got the ladies Jeans, i don't want the product, send some one and collect the product and refund the amount ASAP, this action need to take serious, i already wasted one week of time behind this issue... I am calling to the whaaky online number which provided in website and person who had call for the product from whaaky, i had contact so many time on this number 33003300, he is picking the call and not responding properly, i had wasted my total amount on call more than 150Rs about this complian, I need the Amount Back as soon as Possible.. i will not couries any product, send some person to collect the product and refund the amount.. Customer services lines are busy 24 hours a day. I ordered 3 jeans in 36 size. They sent one jean with 40 size and the other 2 jeans in 36 size but they dont fit. Worst quality in products and services. A fake company. Please do not buy anything from this company. I will use the jeans to clean my floor..lol..!!

Its is an waste online Store I have ever seen Please do not buy any type of product in their website. the show picture is different then what we get. and the manufacture date is will be 2001 and below dates. they not have any fresh stocks and they not dispatch any original stock. its an very fake website. I get old shoe. its manufacture date is 2002 and its not the original reebok shoe. and I ordered for size 7 but they send size 8 shoe. I send that shoe for replacement. but still now I not get any shoe from them. Hi Team, I had ordered a combo offer 5 - shirts the size delivered is not correct and the colour is also not the same. 3 shirts are with the same colour. I had ordered a combo offer 3 – Ladies Jeans the size delivered is not correct and the design is also not matching with the image. These people doing fraud with us by showing the different product and delivered different product.They take payment for original product and delivered the fake product very cheep and dull quality .we purchase 4 product tomarrow and these are like dust product.

I had ordered pack of 2 shirt & 2 Pents jeans for 999 in July and was received wrong size of 30 instead 34 (pents) and 40 instead of 42 shirts when i have sent the pack for replacement, i rec the mail on 6-8-2014 that they rec the self shipment & they send the replacement within 4 days but till today[protected] i did not get the replacement Also there was a refund of 100 for the courier charges which was for sending the parcel back to their warehouse at my cost this is also pending as they agreed. my order no. is S80481933

Dear Team, Its really shock to see the prodouct that i have recived . There was 3 deo from Zuska in this combo offered . I would say all the 3 deo are duplicate . The fragnance is like worst smell i ever smelled . 1 deo is manufactured in Aug 2012 and other 2 i dont even think i should explain . When i opned the product that was full of dust . Please rectify the service quality and the product that are been offered to customer. I have done several online shopping but have never faced such such poor products . I have ordered a combo offer, products in this offer were 1 Nova trimmer, 3 Zuska Deo, 1 leather belt and 1 wallet. The trimmer which I got is damaged.
