I had ordered size 34 jeans (4 pairs) from whaaky.com, i paid money on delivery but on opening the package, i found 3 size 32 and 1 size 28 jeans. totally useless for me. i contacted whaaky, they asked me to take pictures of the jeans as proof and send them the pics. later on they asked me to send the jeans back to them to be replaced. i spent 340/- on courier to send the jeans back. according to the courier site, whaaky had taken delivery...

I ordered 4 pants and when i received the order i was shocked to see those old pants. There sizes were also which is ordered. Fitting was not up to the mark. They send me used pants. One pant was informal while it clearly displayed 4 formal pants. Customer care is not responding...

For call centers it should be an accepted practice to avoid angry callers from taking their revenge out on the person who answered.
