I had ordered size 34 jeans (4 pairs) from whaaky.com, i paid money on delivery but on opening the package, i found 3 size 32 and 1 size 28 jeans. totally useless for me. i contacted whaaky, they asked me to take pictures of the jeans as proof and send them the pics. later on they asked me to send the jeans back to them to be replaced. i spent 340/- on courier to send the jeans back. according to the courier site, whaaky had taken delivery of the goods within two days of dispatch. ten days later, on contacting them they lie to me saying that they havent received the product and will replace them once they do recieve them. i have paid money for the product, took pains and paid money to courier them back and even now whaaky refuses to send over the product i ordered. I beg you to do the needful. Details are as below - 1) Order No: S80511330 Product: 4 Branded Denim Jeans, 2) I was asked to send the product at the address: Way2online Retail Private Limited Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016 3) I sent back the products by fedex courier, tracking number[protected], I have saved the web page as proof.

I ordered 4 pants and when i received the order i was shocked to see those old pants. There sizes were also which is ordered. Fitting was not up to the mark. They send me used pants. One pant was informal while it clearly displayed 4 formal pants. Customer care is not responding

Hi, I have asked for replacement of a product and sent mails. Initially they were responding well by asking photo of the product. After i have sent the photo of the product, NO REPONSE :( I have called customer care. Its always busy and no call back from them. I need a reply and a replacement for the product. This is for your information that I have ordered a consignment of suit in last month, but still I haven’t received the correct order, but instead of suit I have received shoes with 2 flying T-shirts through Aramax courier service. So I mailed to supportwhaaky.com regarding the same so they asked me to return it back through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES. Which I did on 5th August 2014, it is almost 17 days but, still there is no reply. My ORDER NO: - S80506473 & Aramax delivery No:-[protected] I has sent the parcel to Mr.syed Sajid, Way2online Retail Private Limited.
No-1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016, through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES. POD NO EM[protected]IN, Counter No:-1, OP-Code:-06.

Kindly, look into the matter and send my correct consignment or else refund my money 1099/-
+ Postal service charges 201/-, so the total is 1300/-(Thirteen hundred only).And I also have all your mails if you not revert me now I will take this matter to consumer court. Because you people have harassed me a lot.

i had ordered ladies denim and mens denim for 1600. the whaaky people had delivered different one which is stupid. and now to exchange it, it's being a month yet now they have turned up for exchange . i had called them four times but they respond that they ll do it. but when?????

I had ordered for a set of 4 formal trousers on 2014-aug-11. Till now i have not recived the order, i cant even track the shipment by the courier details provided by the whaaky team.
I am totally diddapointed with this. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Dear Team Its not illegal but depending on the use it could be considered shady. For call centers it should be an accepted practice to avoid angry callers from taking their revenge out on the person who answered. However, if you are running a one man show hosting operation and use different names for answering tickets to make it appear as if there are a lot of people employed by your company, I would consider that to be very shady. __________________ Why do they call them fingers? I never seen them fing. Oh, there they go. I am fed up of the process. I made my payment immediately for a big sum trusting Whaaky . Apparently the seller had the item ready for shipment. Snap deal has infrastructure issues with its courier partners. Fine. But in this case why is my refund not being processed immediately as well? Rather than trying to solve the issue, the support staff seems to be only interested in delaying tactics. For a person like me 999 is a huge amount. I'd be the first person to tell my friends to not trust Whaaky with their hard earned money after this. I just don't understand how a supposedly respected international group can let things come to such pass. From the forum discussions it seems Whaaky India is least concerned about its buyers or sellers. Do not want to do even a small amount of extra work and just get its fees. But they have send me 3 Shirts of Park Avenue of Size 40 & 42 and different colours. i am samuel, i ordered 4 jeans pants from whaacky for 1400 and i got it, but due to size mismatch, they asked me to send the package back with my own expense, it took me 300rs to send it back, and they said they will give 100 as mobile recharge fr it, now after i sent it, they are not responding to my calls or emails, and now they say they have not received the product back, but i have the tracing number and it said its been delivered... i need my money back sir... my order number is S80494564.. thank you...

According to tracking details my defective product is delivered to Whaaky office on 11-Aug-2014, through bluedart.

they also written in their mail after received my shipment on 11th Aug- 14 that:[protected]

"This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you
shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we
would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and
courier name."

So, today is 19th Aug - 14, according to them 4 business days is still not
over, firstly they are sending defective products then, no response after receiving my product.

I am sending several mails to dispatch my replacement, But they are not receiving calls or not replying me through mails also. Means after 11 Aug 14 they are not able to response me through mail or phone.

I am also sending you them the courier bill copy, even they can also contact me @ my number, but they don't.
So, what i think now, that my don't to replace or they want to stole my money. Firstly, they send me defective products, when i informed them they told me to send back that same product & after receiving my product they they confirm me also but after that they stop every communication from their end.

Please Help me... Please help me
