I have ordered 3 Henley Tshirts and Nova Trimmer order No. S80585613 on 12-09-14 and I have also paid for this product through online but I have not received any confirmation regarding dispatch details of this product. This is the worst online site I have seen. I will suggest that please close this site and suite a register complain to whaaky.com as they are trying to cheat people in this way.The worst online fraud site I have ever seen.     I have ordered Fila shoes and tracksuit combo. I received it very late and on top of that the quality was the worst. No proper customer service. eveytime i have to write a mail and need to wait for 3-4 days for their reply. I asked them for refund but they refused it and got ready for replacement. they said that courier charges will be refunded in the form of mobile recharge. i have not yet received my replacement order and even the refund. i would not recommend this to anyone. Dont just go for the deals with lower prices. Its the pathetic site.

      I placed an online order for 1 pair of Reebok Shoes, after placing order your Company personnel called me and ensures me that the product is ORIGINAL, But very unfortunately your company made a FRAUD and I have received one pair of Duplicate reebok shoes in name of Reebok. I want Original Reebok Shoes other wise I am going to file a Case against your company in CONSUMER COURT, Hence, I request either refund my money Rs.999/- or else provide me the ORIGINAL reebok shoes which you have shown in picture for online presentation. I am ready to pay extra money for ORIGINAL one pair of Reebok Shoes but I am not at all interested to keep this Duplicate Shoes.         Dear Sir/Madam, Nnm.I had placed an order for combo patiyala salwar suit for my sister which was costing to me Rs 999, I booked the order through my online net banking on 19-Aug-2014 and got a confirmation no.S80554502. But after booking i call and ask several times vial mail or call they only answer we process your order, after 16-17( days when I took the follow up about my order through their call center no . [protected] and got the feedback by some their executives that my order has been cancelled due to non serviceable area by their courier service and ensured me that my amount will be refunded at my bank account within 6-7 business days. I waited kfor that after 7-8 days I dropped a mail for the status but no response... They did not respond neither take my calls. My amount is not refund till the date.it almost takes 1 month.but they not answer at all.

I had ordered for 4 pc. pack of jeans having 38 size, but the product supplied to me is of different sizes. out of 4 pcs 2 are of 36 size, 1 of 38 size and 1 of 40 size. Hence, its does not fit to my order, so I request you to kindly cancel my order and the amount thereon with return shipping charges kindly be returned to me as early as possible. I am sorry to attach any photo proff due to insufficient facility. If agree, I can sent back the products through courier.

              I purchased jeans of waist 30 76cms but i am bulking now so it dosent fits to me i want to return the product
              Company's commitment for the product is very poor. Products are not upto its standard and size.
              This is a poor company, probably it has no customer care executives. Company just grab money from customers, never think about customer wellness. Dear customers please do not purchase from this site.

But after 02-03 days when I took the follow up about my order through their call center no . [protected] and got the feedback by some their executives that my order has been cancelled due to non serviceable area by their courier service and ensured me that my amount will be refunded at my bank account within 6-7 business days. I waited for that after 7-8 days I dropped a mail for the status but no response acquired by their side. I rang up at call center but their call center remains always busy or it seems that my no.s has been blocked by them. Their responses are extremely poor and again I dropped some hard mail subjected on some consumer actions but they ignored them & just dropped a mail that they will refund my amount soon. But non of their executive or concerned manager shown courtesy to talk with me.                       Dear Compliance Team,

                      After posting a comment on 27-Se-2014, I received a call from some of the member of "Whaaky" team, in which they shown their disability for the refund of payment due to the failure of online refund process and assured me that they will pay my amount in cash via depositing through their SBI ATM card and asked me for my account & ATM card no. details which denied due to feeling uncomfortable by sharing these important details. How can I trust these guys who are delaying the refund of my amount. I am ready to share my account no. but not the ATM card details which is extremely riskful. Even for that I tried to call back on that mobile no. I called it was remained switched off continuously. I request you to take some action on this it is almost more than one month over till now they are able to refund my money through any means, I am surprised which kind business & financial activities are being dealt by this company or how responsible the employee are over there. How can trust some one to these people. Kindly take some action on them at the earliest..

                              I had ordered (Order No: S[protected] sets of watches arnd 2 months before and I received it a week before...but received broken watches and disfigured shaped coverings/boxes...I complained it to whaaky support it but they just sent a single mail always...'We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would be dispatching the replacement very soon. Kindly bear with us.' But still very soon never comes... Its because I had ordered (Order No: S[protected] a product before and still I have not received any information atleast a sorry msg that the product is not available at stock ...it was around 6months before...every time i mail they say the same statement as above...Still I m not expecting any reply for that but I want the received product to be replaced.

                                      Toady 21sep14 i had received my order no S80570967 shipment but on that i had to supposed to get 3 sunglasses oF loto, , blackwood, &rodeo but all sunglasses are duplicate brand and supposed to receive 2 suite but get only 1suIte and the very chip material..i want my money back kindly Call me on my nos other wise i will case on consumer court.
