This item received on 06/08/14 order no- S80511765. but most unfortunately it to be said experience is worst as the item is totally different what I have ordered. Self shipping cost is 350/- but whaaky is denying to reimburse the same. And their customer support is asking to send via general post. How this is viable I am shocked. This is like a robbery on net. And we should make aware to people such fake seller.

I am Mahesh Shankar from Bangalore, i ordered and 2 pairs of pant from whaaky.com, which i received after 1 week when i opened it and found the product i recieved is worst quality ever like i mean buying in footpath, i tried many mails to them, no proper response and everyday i user to call them more then 10 times number busy or goes to voice mail, they are not bothered to respond i am wasting my time with this whaaky, atleast they need to respond which they are not doing, when i ordered i received mails and messages, calls to confirm but now when i am not happy with product why they are not responding, please do the needfull team, help me to spread awareness in regards whaaky what are they how they respond and service .. Its been a month that I have been chasing for the replaced product. Finally Whaaky.com shares a consignment number - HYDWOL602040P which is invalid. I have been dropped multiple emails but not received a single revert from them. Please find the below the chain mail for the same. I believe the company is fake and need to register FIR for the same. After few days I have received a parcel with extreme non branded jeans with 30 size. Which we can't buy in platform side shops. I was shocked and keep on call the customer care they answered after two days. They told me to resend the product to their address. I did. Still there is no response from Whaaky side. Again I'm keep on calling them. Why the seller doing this type of mis-behaviour after the sales happen. How can I suggest the seller to others? But suit condition is very poor &amp; bigger. I want to returned but whaaky customer support, told me replaced my order. Don't returned, I have to called more times, they are hold me so this is very embarrassing. I lost my money . So what I m doing. not a positive feedback form whaaky.com

i have ordered shoe from this website which is worth 499/- but they dispatched wrong product and i informed that thing to them they asked me to resend the product i did as well they acknowledged receipt of my product which still they didn't sent my product back its like cheating they are doing!!

I frequently buy many things Online, I got used for Online shopping. Thus, I shopped twice with Whaaky as I was attracted with its low price but the Whaaky products are worst quality and their service is worst service I ever seen with any Online shopping sites in India.. This time My order number is S80506778, for which I paid in advance on July 23rd 2014 but upto now nothing is processed even I lodged five to six complaints on their website and when I tried to approach Whaaky customer care number they never ever responded to my "N" number of calls.. Guys, my sincere advise for all online shopping friends is DONT EVER CHOOSE WHAAKY for buying anything at any cost.

About Whakky.com, i have purchased the Eye Catching offer!!! 5 Full Sleeved Formal Shirts I bought from you on 21st- July-2014 lead to the great disappointment. I was thinking about buying this product. Before the purchase I conducted a research and it seemed absolutely great according to the information I obtained through the Internet. I waited for a 10 to 15 days, but still not received anything from whaaky.com as all shopping portal can give delivered items within 2 to 3 days. I have purchased the product but due to not proper product as per order I returned it and it was received by Whaaky on 18th july and as per confirmation on 19th they received the bank details to which the amount has to be credited.

On August 4th i received a confirmation mail after so many calls for the refund as per below mentioned:
Transaction Ref id / Cheque No: 182097(It will be credited in 5-7 working days)

But rechecking from my bank i came to known that it is still not credited and i am not getting the reason for the delay and don't know how to contact higher authority as the number mentioned in the website is [protected] which is always busy and get a message that our executive are busy with other clients.

As I told already informed you in my mail to you that I have placed an another online order with you vide order No.S80469023 for 2 shirts (red coloured and blue coloured stipe model) shirts as displayed in website at the time placing order). Today at around 1.55 pm I took delivery of the consignment from JAVAS Courier by paying Rs.1, 099/-. In the presence the courier staff, I opened the consignment and surprised to note that instead of two shirts for which I placed order after watching it in your website, you have despatched two different model old pattern 38" size shirt and two trousers (Black and dark blue - 34 size) for which I never placed any order. I have placed order for two attractive colour shirts and the size opted is 40" (Large) and not placed any order for Trousers (My Trouser size is 36"). I really don't understand what you are doing there. You are not even properly checking the orders of your valued customers and without checking simply you delivering things. This is the second time I am cheating by you. By trusting your website, I am placing online orders and paying cash as COD. But you are continuously cheating me. This is really cruel.
