I had Orderd Of 3 Pair Ladies Jeans of Cotton County 28 Size But I got Size of 30. also Jeans Which i got its look like old (like already its used by some on ) My Orderd No is S[protected]Pack of 3 Ladies Jeans - Cotton County Brand) Orderd On 31 July. Can You Please re-place my order.

I was order Koutons Denim Jeans. They sent a worst product. They sending me different size of jeans. I was clearly mention that my size is 36. They sent me duplicate things. And they are not give any refund or replacement. Please Help me.

Worst garments they had and don't trust the images which they provided, which will not be at least 20 % equal to that in terms of Quality or Shirt colors/designs which they shown over there. We all really lost the hope with them and looking forward to return it back and get back my Money. Also, the other worst is the Support which no one will pick and looks into blank. BEST THING DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND ONLY THE IMAGES SHOWN MORE VALUABLE NOT THEIR PRODUCTS, FRAUD COMPANY. They lost of hope of peoples buying through Online and this needs to be investigated going legally. Also notify all Online traders to look into and try removing these peoples in the market.

Way2online Retail Private Limited (Whaaky.com) is a online fraud. I ordered four jeans on Whaaky.com by COD and after a month they delivered the wrong product i.e I ordered Size-34. They sent me Size-30. After that I sent the product for replacement. Still they have not sent my product. My order no. is S80445230. They are replying the same mail saying that they have received my product and when they get my size then they'll send to me. But I have doubt about that. Please help me. This is my first but worst experience with Whaaky.com for online shopping; I will definitely not recommend this website for online shopping. I had ordered for 5 full sleeves KOUTONS formal shirts and paid Rs 999 in advance however; I have received 4 full sleeves shirt of " FUSION brand " I have never heard of this brand. I just need the product that I have asked and paid for. I tried to contact WHAAKY.COM on the number provided on the website which clearly says " WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU[protected] " but there is no one to help. Send me 5 brand new KOUTONS full sleeves formal shirts or REFUND my money immediately.

The Replacement for the Order Number: S80410152 has been dispatched on[protected] through FIRSTFLIGHT courier & the consignment number is: F[protected].You can also track your order using the above consignment number in the FIRSTFLIGHT website after 24 hours of receipt of the email. It is not fair. How many times should I ask u regarding my order? No update in the courier website.You sent it on 10th.. Now its 4th august. Please do something. Give me the courier reimbursement charges as per your policy.. Make it fast.

The above mentioned order was given on 4 July 2014 and it was communicated to me that it will reach me within 7- 10 working days. Later I received only one item (Raincoat) of the 2 that I had placed (other order was set of 3 Bermudas) and since then, I have been pursuing them to give me a proper explanation. Every time I get the same auto reply that your order will be fast tracked. No proper follow up have been done. I have attached the mail chain and the description of the order. Although this is the matter of a product that costs only Rs 699 but this is serious as such frauds with multiple people can lead to a huge scam altogether. I hereby request that a serious action to be taken against such frauds and the consumer forum should set up an example against all others who are engaged in such practices. I have ordered Koutons Shirts 7-10 days before with a price of Rs. 999/- but they have delivered me some pathetic quality material which I want to return and get my money back but Whaaky.com are not replying to returns its product neither on phone nor via mail and their delivery was also very late. Please have a strict action against them.

I have ordered for four (4) formal shirts of Kouton Brand of 44 size. But on opening the pack after having paid cash to the courier ARAMEX I found four shirts of different sizes and different make. I have telephonically made complaint to Messers Way2online, begumpet Hyderabad and One Mr. Kalyan has come on line and have assured me to replace with original kouton shirts. This was on 26th July. But sofar no action has been taken. The act of the supplier is fraudulent as on the cover they have mentioned as Kouton of 44 size, which action attracts penal provisions of the Law of the land.
