I purchase tracksuits online in whaaky.com all are track suits are of different size and are not 100% cotten material so it is requested to buy back the order and refund the money

Three days ago i will complaint whaaky.com customer care center but still today i could not return the money from your company.

My order number is S80306830, i have ordered for a combo of 5 KOUTTONS DENIM jeans pants of size 36 on 11th april of 2014 which cost around 1199 and on 21th july 2014 i received my order by paying rs 1199.
But when i opened the packet, i was shocked to see all the 5 pants were of different size and they are old fashioned as well as of bad quality, not even the brand KOUTTONS which they have mentioned. I already complaint about that on their personel website.Moreover they are not even taking my calls.
I want my 1199 rupees back. I dont want your clothes, and refund my money.

I have surfed with the deals available and found one of them interesting with “ 3 Peter England shirts and a mobile phone “. But since not very convinced with the company profile never paid it online.

But within two days I got a massage on my mobile indicating that the order has been confirmed and product is dispatched for delivery
On Friday 18/07/2014 at 12 noon somebody from somebody from JAVAS mob no. [protected] has called for delivering and address conformation. We directed him to come in evening since we all were on work at office.
However he visited on Sunday at around 2 P.M. and delivered the parcel on the road asking me to come and collect as he cannot come in my premises and when asked to open he told I cannot open the parcel as it is sealed, ok any how I collected the packet by paying him 1100/- Rs Cash to him.
When I opened the packet I found only two shirt and a mobile in it.

Following are the discrepancies found with the products

1) Both the shirts were of inferior quality with the fraudulent logo cut in middle attached to it showing “PETER ENGLAND”
This purely proves violation of the branding of the product.
2) The mobile delivered to me was from Vodafone 136 ( an offer launched by Vodafone a year before ).
This mobile phone does not switches ON and even does not charges with provided charger.

Hence I am not happy with the product and need immediate refund of my money and ready to return your product unused, else I don’t have option to log complaint with police and with consumer cell.

Sir, I had booked 5 formal full sleeved shirts through whaaky through order No. S80471509. I got a mail from you that the order was dispatched through FEDEX courrier service on 12.07.2014. But even today I did not receive the same. Please pursue the matter and send me the parcel immediately.

Pathetic service. Ordered for 4 jeans (Order ID : S[protected] for 1349 Rs. Recieved the order after 1 month . Very poor quality material. Ordered for size 32 and got size 28. I will never order from whaaky again. nor will recommend to my friends. I am going against them through consumer court

Dear sir, I received my order on 14-07-14, but it's not my order. Same day I call on your customer care no. He asked me that, send ur pictures of shirts with order no.. I sent my complaint with pictures Next day on [protected]@whaaky.com. It's m still waiting for your reply. U send me one shirt 38 two shirts 40 And one shirt is 42. And it's brand is piter port I ordered 4 shirts of koutons

According to Whaaky email & SMS which i got, My order S80365071 has been shipped by FEDEX:[protected] on[protected] but status for the same on FEDEX tracking site is - "No record of this tracking number can be found". So please do something. Its already 11-12 days passed from your shipping date and i am still waiting for my products. The order date is 10 May 2014. Please update me regarding this on [protected]@wzj.in.

How many days more for delivery of Order No S80450691 placed on 25-6-14 what happening why so late are you a fake bogus company staff I had earlier warned you about legal action I did not take till now are u waiting for FIR to registered at Warangal and Begumpet P.S.and in cyber crime PS, I AM Jr. Accountant in HR Depatment Telengana State. Dear Whaaky I really irritated with the service you provided. I place an order for Denim pants combo of size 38 and in delivery I got size of 30. After receiving wrong product I tried customer care more then a hour but no response from them I think in your dispatch section and in a warehouse section even in customer support peoples are in sleep mode. When customer order for a thing, its your duty to deliver correct products, other wise inform customers that, we are unavailable to full fill the orders. Don't collect money stupidly with customers. It is not good way to deal with customers. Don't play with customer one fine day you will be answerable for that.

F991L0381940 in june 1 st month of shoes SIZE - 9, lotto watch and goggle ok but the online procedure shows that if in working 7 days order are not come upto you we provide a free gift and my june 1 st week order comes in july 12 / 14, BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIER i want my gift for late delivery either i ll return my order.

Whaaky ads n commitment for 2 cantabile paint & a formal shirt. But it is not up the mark. These items are very third grade u can see the pics of your sending items which is attached. I have no concern for rs. 700 but a big company also a commitment for cantabile paints n send a third grade quality clothes. this company use the cantabile name also it is wrong. I am going to consumer court n cantabile company customer care also to make a learning for your organization. This is totally fraud with a customer it is not tolerable. I have a new order with you please cancel the order no. S80480488. If you could not taken a fast action n not feed my requirement to me as per commitment n your ads then I will go consumer court n cantabile company also. I have ordered 3 shirts on May 19th, 2014 and after 40 days I received them. The shirts colour shown in the website while I am ordering was completely different from what I have received. Also the size of the shirts were small. I contacted Whaaky regarding this and they asked me to self ship the product. I self shipped on July 3rd by wasting my money. But till now I haven't received the product back. I contacted them several times but no response from them. I also requested them to refund my amount and as-usual no response from Whaaky.

Hi, Kindly requesting you to exchange the shirts i got casual shirts when i order for formals since two days i am calling you but i didn't get any response and they done same thing with size i told them to bring 38 and the brought 42 so I guess you will be solving my issue as soon as possible.
