Dear Sir I have got advertisement mail for purchase a woodland shoes limited. I ordered on 22 July, 2014 my order no. is S80503836. its delivered but its not my order. I had ordered woodland shoes limited but I recived product name w280. Now I send this order returned but replacement ordered is okay with my choice. Because I have paid money for replace courier.

Hi I have ordered for denim jeans in whaaky.com, the product shown was denim4 jeans with different color. When I ordered I got the courier, where receipt was mentioned 4 denim jeans over courier pack but when I openedthe courier there was garbage jeans. some kind of fashion brand jeans with same color. When I tried to call there customer support no one isanswering the call although they are not replacing or refunding the product when i email to them.

I got email that its against companypolicy to refund or replace. When i posted comment on whaaky facebook page. they blocked me. Its truly fake site.Finally when i posted complaint on consumercomplaint site they called me back and said reverse our product.

Now I have returned the product on 16/7/2014 and received the confirmation email that they received the product. But now they are not responding my email and not processing my money to my account.Please help me to get my money back.Truly fake site i have ever seen.

i order for a I-Bal mobile(Order No.S[protected] i receive the parcel when i open the parcel it is not a seal pack and it is already used by the others(Means second hand mobile), one of executive called me before order he said me it touch phone, wi-fi, memory card option and so many futures having i-ball mobiles send to you, so that i order for a i-ball mobile but they sending worst mobile without any futures and i already send the photographs to [protected]@whaaky.com and i call the customer care several times nobody responding.finally i send a complaint to you.

I placed an order for denim jeans, for 3 pcs size-28, but when i received i found that it was totally mismatch, size is 30 & 32, which is useless for me. and also denim was in torn condition. colour is also faded. this site is totally fake.. please don't buy anything from this site. it placed totally rejected goods.

I had ordered to whaaky.com for Order No: S80500412 Product: 3 Ladies Jeans – Cotton County Brand, size 30, but they have delivered size 28 and 36 and quality is very very BAD.its not at all good so dont want this product I contact and mail for same discrepancy. I have called so many times to customer care but there is no response.
Please help to us .I don't want this items kindly refund the amount.

But that product was not as per order so we return it to dealer, but now that dealer is no deliver our new order, after received our old products.So pls let me know the status if this order.

Whaaky online shopping is one of the fraud company which never can fulfill any ones order on time and with desire products. Stupid quality. not according to order. Charge first then send. Beware from such a fraud.

Sucking the customer every time.

Whaaky company is cheater compani..they show another product in add but send some other different ..they make people fool nothing else. Please don't go with whaaky. its harassment of money and time also, i purchased the shoe on line but they sent me some other product. They totality cheat me .when i got the product there is some different size and cheap quality . for more information go to the attachment.

I had ordered Cotton brand ladies jeans but I received boys jeans its not a brand and size is 32 but I ordered 28 size. Now I send this order returned but I don't want any replacement I need money because I have no trust on this Company. Replacement ordered is okay with my choice. Because I have paid money for replace courier for refund ordered.

just now i got the order, the order placed on 3 July now 25, 23 day later the they deliver the order, for this lot of calls i made, wrote lot of mails after only i got this order.During the purchase they mention it will take 10 days max, this makes me hurt after getting the order i open the packing i order the shirt of size 40 but they dispatch the size 44 even that size 44 fits me then see how the product is, and i order 2 pants size 34 the dispatch 30 just see their service very worst, please don't allow this type of people, user please don't use this site for purchase, if some one know how to block this site please block,

Sir, i am k.Anil kumar, government employee from mahabubnagar district, telangana state. I have booked an iball mobile on 22.07.2014. Through whaaky.com on online.With an agree of cash on delivary and the order has been confirmed by whaaky.com. Order no.S80501501. And whaaky.com has dispatched my item to worldfirst courier, mahabubnagar. And the person of worldfirst courier has informed regarding my item on 25.07.2014. Then i personally went to collect my item from worldfirst courier.Their i paid the amount and received the item, and to check the item i opened the box with in the presence of worldfirst courier person and then i did not find the mobile in the box which has been sent by whaaky.com. In this i find only. 1.Mobile charger 2.Mobile ear phones 3.One cd 4.Mobile battery.5. User mannual with this i am not understand what happen, then the courier person advised to call costumer service of whaaky.com. And i contact to you. By total episode i want to say is i have not received a mobile sent from whaaky.com. So, please send me the mobile which i have not received from you. For your kind consideration i have been attaching the photos of the box which i received from whaaky.com, with in the presence of worldfirst courier manager. I have ordered 5 jeans Size 34, pencil cutBut I received 5 jeans today, no pencil cut jeans find below the sizes of jeans which i got.
Size 34 - 1 Jean
Size 36 - 2 Jeans
Size 26 - 1 Jean
Size 30 - 1 Jean..

Its totally mismatched.Kindly help me to replace all jeans.

My friend Prem kumar bought this I ball mobile for me, but seems like used & battery is bulged, SD Slot doesn't have slot lock hence when I insert my SD card, this is disconnecting often.

I am very disappointed with this, kindly request you to replace the product & do the need.

I had order blue loafer's shoes for Rs. 499 in the month of July. I got my order delivered on 21 July 2014. BUT I am not satisfied with the product delivered to me by this company.
