      To Way2online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016. Subject :-Regarding delivery of Duplcate and damaged prouct of Reebok Brand shoes. Sir With reference to the above subject we have order a pair of shoes from your website whaaky.com on 24.03.2014 against order no-S80265861 of which copy is enclosed wih this letter of Reebok shoes & Track suit on cash on deleivery. I have received the product of your company on 07.07.2014 from JAVAS courier bearing AWB no :-HYDWOLC108154 after the payment of RS1099.00.But when I open the packet I am totally shocked to see the product, it is duplicate and damaged product of local quality in place of Branded Reebok shoes but I orderd a reebok brand shoes which is shown your website. In further process of your instruction given on your site I tried to contact to you on your provided no:-[protected] but there is no response from this no. and in another way I email on your e-mail id [protected]@whaaky.com after received of the packet but unfortunately there is no reply after two reminders which copy is enclosed. Futher I am not satisfie with your product and quality of product and ethical behavior regqrding the customer. In liew of transparency of product I am return your product to your company address (The Returns Section Whaaky No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad -500016. So you are requested to please return our full money of Rs 1099.00 as soon as possible otherwise I am able to suit a court against you and Reebok company in consumer court for fraud and mispresentation of product.           I ordered 3 fullhand shirts. after 10 days i got it. but it is halfhand shirts. i sent mail complaint to whaaky customer care .They ask me to take photo of the 3 shirts and sent to them. i did immediately. afterthat they sent reply like this...

          in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as
          that of the image. There might be slight deviations in the product

          This reply i got from whaaky. We are not wear halfhand shirts. They mentioned in that add fullhand formal shirts. But they did like this. Very bad experience for me. I want to replace 3 fullhand shirts.

            A few weeks ago I had ordered few products first time and had to request for the replacement I got email saying the replacement is dispatched on 1 July through Aramex courier but this is still not reached my address When I call the number its always engaged and when i email them, they just reply saying we are looking into this I don't know where to complaint.. I feel have been conned they have got the payment but havent got the product I ordered Is there some one who can help me with this concern The parcel number given

            As per the above complaint i had ordered two different products
            one piece of wrangler jeans which i got it replaced with Lee and other was pack of 3 jeans for 599 which is stil pending

            please check on the status for the same and if possible i want the money refunded

                  sir, this is to inform that its very disheartening that the courier delivery charges, that is charged Rs-100/- by the courier company JAVAS, they are not professional in their job. when i asked them that i will personally visit their office and collect may parcel, then the delivery charge of Rs-100/- should not be charged further, then they started faking facts that they had already visited place and returned. It is all rubbish, as my watchman informs me for every stranger visited to my building. its is number-[protected] Kindly look to this matter and clarify these things because after all these i dont think my friends and relatives would like to shop from your website. its very disheartening Regards, , arif

                        Hello,
                        I had ordered three pair of Jeans (Order Number: S[protected] from whaaky.com before a MONTH!!! DIDN'T GET IT TILL NOW!!!
                        They had to be deliver jeans of COTTON COUNTY brand.The product they delivered was of some local company and that too of wrong size.
                        After sending the product back, they didn't replace the product till now, it has been a month now.
                        They DON'T respond to CALLS.
                        They HARDLY respond to MAILS.
                        And one more important thing : they mailed me that they have couriered the consignment. After tracking the consignment number, I found the number was INVALID!!!
                        This company is FRAUD!!!
                        WE have to take ACTION against them.
                        They can't just steal customer's money this way.

                            I placed order #S80255135 on[protected]. I given the request for cancellation on 12/04/2014 as I did not receive the product. I am still waiting for refund. No communication from Whaaky.com about refund. They are not picking phone and even they are not replying to e-mail. Very bad experience. They shipped the order on 18/05/2014, but I don't need this product after 2 months as I have already given the request for cancellation on 12/04/2014. I want my money back. The product was not accepted and it was returned on 24/05/2014 from my place, now I am waiting for refund. Till 11/07/2014 I did not receive the money back. They are even not replying to my email. Very bad shopping experience.

                              Its been almost a month since I Have returned the product.

                              Going back and forth with them but money not yet refunded.

                              I have attached that they have send me replacement where as i has asked for refund and their advisor told me once we receive product we will refund.

                              I am continuously trying to go back and fourth with them but there has been no reply again.

                              You can see that i have has more than 40 conversation with them with all detials.

                              I need refund for my product, delivery charges and the gift.

                                I ordered the woodland shoes and kouton jeans from whaaky.com and they delivered not kouton jeans but cottan country jeans and i ordered mens jeans but they send all ladies jeans and size are also not proper and i got this product after three months But main thing is that, they do not want to send the other order of woodland shoes and in their website they are showing that the product delivered i have courier receipt acknowledgement .so where we get the solution or justice for this issue plz guide us.plz go through the attach file.

                                  I have ordered 3 products on March 13th and after many calls & mails, they sent me 2 products after 2 months. Remaining 1 product is still pending till date (July 10th), its almost 4 months waiting. Getting them over phone and getting their response for complaint mails really a worst experience. You have to spend some hundreds to get them over phone (waiting...)The 2 products which I got are really very very bad quality, even I have doubt whether those products are original.If anyone wants to verify my review is TRUE, can call me @[protected].Whaaky spoils the entire online shopping experience.

People they said return the product.I sent on 23rd June to their address but they are now telling product was not yet delivered.As per the consignment number it has been delivered.I am in confusion whether it has been delivered or not.

                                      i have mailed the below to whakky support and never got a response, also wasted hours and hours Hi, I have ordered Wrangler shoes and 4 trousers as seperate orders the quality, size, brand, Design everything is different from which i have seen in the online portal. Order details : S[protected]Wrangler Shoes & Cotton County Size 28 Jeans Rs.1099 S[protected] poly viscose Formal Trousers . Rs.1099 As i dont want to keep those products with me any more. Caould you please take this mail as my letter for cancellation of the orders and kindly refund the amount to my online account from with i did the payment ... Kind request...
