I have ordered one pouch online on 29th march. But now it showing that the order got cancelled . I didn't do it. However i ordered online.. The order id is [protected]... When i wrote mail regarding this, they issued one ticket number on april 8.my ticket number is 1379504.Several times called to their customer care. Even now i called they are telling me to wait.. I never get such a bad experience from any online shops. Customer care executives are disconnecting the phone while i share my problem.. Very bad.

I too have a similar experience with Wildcraft. Ordered a puch worth 299 and made the payment. I was not informed about the cancellation and even after following up with customer care repeatedly, Receiving a reply to wait several times repeatedly Pathetic

    Dear Wildcraft Customer Service,

    I am writing to inform you that I recently purchased two products from your brand, the Innovati jacket, and the Rain Pro jacket, and unfortunately, both products I received were defective. I purchased the products on 25/3/23, and I noticed the defects the very next morning after I received them.

    The Innovati jacket has a small hole in the right arm where you can see the material is also shady and the fur was coming out, and the Rain Pro jacket has orange stain marks on the cap. Due to these defects, I have been unable to use the products as intended.

    I contacted the store in New Delhi the very next day when I noticed the defects, but they were not able to provide a solution to my issue or simply put the blame on me. I then returned the products to the Jodhpur store on 2 April when I returned from my trip. However, I have not yet received a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

    As a renowned brand, I trust that Wildcraft takes customer satisfaction seriously and will work with me to find a satisfactory solution. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter. Please let me know what options are available to me to resolve this issue.

    I have attached a copy of my purchase receipt and jacket images and chats with the Delhi store the very next day for your reference. Also, I am sharing the contact information of the person with whom I communicated:-

      I have ordered one pounch through wildcraft site but automatically that order got cancelled. I paid 299 Rs also. They haven't informed anything about the cancellation also they didn't refund my money. I contacted customer care several times, still they are telling me to wait.this is ridiculous.. There is no provision to contact their customer care people in their app.

        Dear Team,

        I had taken bag from the bandra Wildcraft outlet and just within a month's time the bag got spoilt, i went back to show the same at the store. I was told the spoilt part will be repaired. After 10 days i got back the bag with stitches put in the spoilt torn area. Now that repaired part looks so ugly that it doesn't even look like a new bag. It looks like a old bag.

        I didn't expect this kind of service from brand name like wild craft, is this what you provide in the name of guarantee and warranty?

        I wrote on their Circle email id which says to visit the Store as they resolve only online purchase query

                It my 6th bag of Wildcraft but this time I really received very bad quality bag in one month bag zip was broken and main handle is loose by handling bag it all happened in one month only and now from Wildcraft no one can respond and give satisfactory answers to me very bad experience shame on you Wildcraft

                  Hi,
                  I ordered one duffle bag from wildcraft and i got it on 5 th jan-2023
                  I wasnt happy with the size/quality. So that day itself i called the customer care, they asked me to wait for 24 hrs.
                  I called again and as per their i/p sent a mail about the return also.
                  After that i m not getting any proper response from them. Whenever i call them, they are asking me to wait for 2 days .
                  Sent multiple mails also no help there too

                    My family is permanent customer of your organization and this September I bought a hypawarm puffer jacket from your Patna Store. I noticed that the piece is damaged near the underarms and I have used it for 3 times. It is completely worn out at some places.

                      Hi,
                      My name is Ayush, I purchased 3 products from wildcraft with product id- OF80CA2, ticket -1263589, got under size and bad quality products, when I complain about the same with the customer care they simply deny for return and exchange because I am new to their app and used a coupon NEW10 which they are offering for their new customer. So it doesn't mean that i[censored] r providing someone a coupon for discount then you deliver them a bad and low quality products and then deny for even exchange and return. The experience was so bad with wildcraft. I also mailed them with the concern and attached the pictures of the recieved item. But after three days getting no reply on email. This is a kind of a fraud that the company is doing of dumping bad quality and used products to the customer. Please resolve this matter.

                        Wildcraft was once known for their product and i was one of their customer, but their service is obsolete and they dont provide genuine warranty on their product. I brought hugo shoes from wildcraft store Lal chowk Jammu and kashmir. After using it for two days the sole came off and de colouration of the product also took place. I contacted the wildcraft seller but they just took the shoes and from past one month they dont seem to pay any response. Really disappointed by the wildcraft service. I regret my choice of choosing wildcraft. Really disappointed.

                            I bought sack bag from Lpro mall Chinchwad Pune in wild craft shop.
                            While purchasing the PPL ther told us even if the bag is burn it will get exchange.evenif anything happens to the bag the bag will ge exchange.Mow in 2-3 months the bag is damage at one place.Yesterday when we went to exchange the shopkeeper was very rude and he refused to get the bag exchange.
                            If this is the case what is the use of 5 years warrenty given to the bag by the company.Pleaelse stop making such nonsense.Stop fooling customers.
                            I need my bag get exchanged as I have 5years warrenty card with me.

                              I had ordered a wallet on wildcraft website on 03Sep under Order ID Of26e27, which was received on 10Sep in damaged condition - the velcro on one side has partly come off the wallet. I wanted to initiate return, but the status on the website was still showing 'In Progress' despite delivery showing complete. I emailed their customer support on 11Sep informing the same and requesting them to update the status so that I can initiate return. They acknowledged my request under ticket #1148161. I followed up again on 13Sep as i did not get any response and the status was still not updated. Finally, on 14Sep, I was notified of the status update when I received an automated email confirming delivery. I immediately raised a return request the same day and received an email confirming the upcoming pick up. I got an SMS from Delhivery on 18Sep stating "Your . package with AWB[protected] will be picked today by agent [protected] - Delhivery". I hot a similar message on 22Sep as well without anyone reaching out to me for a pick up. I emailed wildcraft again on 22Sep informing the same and a ticket was raised under ID#1159396 the same day. I have followed up again on 28Sep and on 29Sep when i checked the reurn pick up status on Delhivery website I found the return in cancelled status asking me to reach out to the vendor for details. I contacted wildcraft to inform the same on 29Sep. I was asked to provide a few days time for resolution by the support team citing that they have escalated the issue internally. I have chased the team again today (07Oct). Its been a month since this order was placed and I am tired of the lax behavior on the Wildcraft side. I just keep geting emails asking for time when i reach out. Without a chaser i dont get any response. I need my refund to be initiated ASAP. One of the most pathetic customer services experienced to date...

                              I got a revert saying my location is not serviceable hence I need to self ship it to their location for the refund. This is the most ridiculous response so far. I get shipments from amazon, flipkart, myntra, delhivery, bluedart, dtdc almost every other day. I have gone out of my way and suggested that at the best I can handover the package to their dealer near me. Awaiting response.

                                I bought the raincoat just a month before the monsoon season and as i started using it i noticed leaks inside the raincoat, at first i ignored it but then after using it for a few times, it’s leaking water inside soo much that the inside clothes are all getting wet and i don’t understand how . i had visited the wildcraft store from where i purchased the product and the people there said that it’s not possible and little leaks are fine and all of those things and when i asked them for a replacement they said no! Everytime im using the product it’s like i’m not wearing a raincoat at all because i’m getting wet either ways. i need a replacement because the raincoat itself was expensive.

                                  This is in reference to the ORDER NUMBER O617f6c which was placed on 5th Aug'22 & it's prepaid. There're 2 items into the order. The status of one item is showing as delivered but it's not actually delivered to me & despite repeated complaints to wildcraft customer care they've neither shared any proof of delivery nor refunded the money till date. Instead they've cancelled the other item into the order & refunded that amount. Whereas the actual issue is still unresolved.
