Sir,

I am Guhapriyan, from Tiruppur. On 26/01/2020 I ordered for about 4nos - 4 stay tents, 7nos - 2 stay tents, 3nos - 1 stay tent, and 20 other sleeping bags. They delivered all the other products except for 2nos - 2 stay tents and 1nos - 1 stay tent. The package reached me after 3 days and I found 2 of the tents received to be damaged (my first complaint). I called Mr. Venkat at Wildcraft showroom in Anna Nagar west and informed and he asked me time and he will courier it all in one shot. Later he did not take proper remedy for any of the pending. I reached out to him a month later directly at Anna Nagar showroom and yet he didn't have it ready for me.(my second complaint).

After which I have called him a couple of times and yet there is no proper response. I did not expect such irresponsible action from your team.

        I had ordered wild craft mask on 27th of jul 2020 e first thing it got delivered very late. When i open the package the product felt very small then what was explained in the product description page.

          I have ordered an wildcraft w95 plus masks in this pandemic and they are so hopeless that i didn't even receive mask and amount as we are already suffering with financial issue and roaming around is mandatory, it have been 20 days till now none respond and we are still waiting for the return of money.

            Hi,

            I had ordered M-size Mask (5-pack), and received the S-size Mask in the M-size pack. Wildcraft is too cleaver to deliver wrong size masks.

            I've measured it in and out as per the instruction manual given by wildcraft team, but after sending the images to them requesting for a refund, there has been response to the emails.

            What I don't understand is, I wont be able to use any of the 5 masks and it's a waste of my 750rs. I want refund immediately. I'm so tired of calling them everyday, they just pick my calls and cut it without response and they don't respond to my emails. In this lockdown every 1 rupee is important for my family. I was willing to spend this huge sum because of the brand trust I had. I've completely lost is and want REFUND!

            I've lost my patience trying to get in touch with their support team. They have the worst support which only makes me thing that Wildcraft is only behind money and bothered about their brand image. I've suggested a lot of my friends family and colleagues to fall to buy from wildcraft as it is a waste of time and money to run behind them to receive justice.

            This is the time to contribute to the society. We dont want your offers Wildcraft, we only wanted a safe & genuine product. But what kind of a brand image are you putting out to your customers this way? How can you place the s-size mask in M-size pack. This is a clear way to fool customers.

            All 5 masks are not o[censored]se as it is small, it just has to go to the dustbin. Can you please give my money back Wildcraft? When you can fiddle with Essentials products, I'm worried how ethical you must be with other products.

              Ordered a pack of masks and 1 hazmat suit online
              Received parcel which says there are 2 things inside
              Opened the parcel when i needed new mask
              Surprised to see there is no hazmat suit (Rs. 1500 worth) inside
              I had no reason to suspect earlier as the sticker on package says that the package has both the items

              They are looting customers by sending half items in the packs, and it seems they have no quality checks to ensure/trace the missing items

              They seem to be trying to chew more than they can eat and soon choke on these orders.

                Hi,

                I have order mask w 95 as per guideline give for m size 40-70 kgs but surprise to note that criteria is not feet and 3 orders @ 5 masks pkt for my family at different places to protect from covidsvirus goes in vain due to wrong information in the website. We all family member fall in below 70 kgs but mask are to short and tight that difficult to wear.

                Order was place through amazon. If you fail to response and replace i will file a complaint before consumer court for deficiency of services and wrong advertisement to lure the public and get the benefit. Amazon do not have replacement policy

                Why are the wrong advertisement given and why a legal case not filed against you to making wrong representation in public.

                  Hi wildcraft,

                  I order two combo at a time but i received only one combo of red colour. Second combo are missing and u drop the mail your both order are deliver. I already call yesterday’s to your costomer about that she will tell me i will check and confirm u on mail. But still not reaceived any mail from your hand. Please send my second combo or refund my money bcoz i really fustrated first think u deliver my order late and now this whats going on. Please check my order

                    Actually i am really frustrated now for you bad service i placed my order on 16 june till now i cant received my order from your hand almost 15 days completed already 4 time call your costomer support but he cant help properly he only give me next date.                       This was regards to my order m size of mask after receiving the order what I found it was not proper size needs to be 20 " 12 as mentioned in ur size chart but actual size so less pls find attached screenshot. Size is less what it was mentioned already product take more time to deliver really disappointed with this product. Actually I thought May be ordering product from website is useful but after receiving I found size issue. So pls look into this matter and refund my money back.

                      But my question is why they are not provided proper measurements mask as mentioned in website as per size only I had and paid online
                      Who will be responsible it's totally wate of my money and it's costly also

                      Same thing happened with me. It's just waste of time. It's clearly a quality issue. Don't know if they do any quality checks for any of their products.

                        I had recently ordered "supermask w95 reusable outdoor respirator - pack of 12"
                        As i have selected the size as medium after comparing to my face and medium was a perfect match.
                        But the measurement of mask which i have received doesn't match with the mentioned measurements. They have given samll size
                        I need the large mask or just refund this all are useless for me

I have ordered pack of 5 but received only 3 that too irrespective colour and size. What the hell are you guys doing this to customers. No matter what you do i need it immediate replacement.                             I had ordered wildcraft mask on 6th of June 2020 e first thing it got delivered very late. When I open the package the product felt very small then what was explained in the product description page. The Mask is short on length and short on width. It's a pack of 3 open only one mask and the elastic was broken. Raise the complaint on the same day that I received delivery of the product. It's bin more than 10 days that I have register complaint but no action taken so far. Issue with product quality. I had been following up all emails and calls but there is no action buy wildcraft India team. I am really disappointed with the defective product and customer support.

                            It's been more than a month that I have raised replacement request, but no appropriate action taken by WildCraft team. The only thing they are saying is we apologize for the inconvenience and we will deliver the product as soon as possible. There are 10 plus calls being made to WildCraft team and email chain is going on. But it seems they are interested in new orders not in resolving the issues of customer who already purchased something from wildcraft.

                                I ordered three set of mask at 13th june 2020 in prepaid mode. Still now i cannot received the product. The process is under going on. Already 10 days gone. My native is hosur. (Near bangalore). I was contact the customer care they told "pls wait sir you will receive soon".
                                I waiting last 10 days.
                                This is very essential product for this situation but they have not responsible.

                                  I bought 1 pairs of shoes on dated 19/09/19 by reliance store, haldwani distt nainital. By the very next month of purchase the shoes lost its pasting and day by day its increases... Now its not in condition to wear it... I very much heard the name of wild craft and using its other product also but i am very much disaapointed this time. Now onwards i am not going to use it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had purchased "terra 2.0 red shoes" on sale for rs. 1, 000/- when i did purchase 2 wallets worth rs. 1, 300/- i have attached the copy of the bill for your reference.

                                    Purchased at bangalore jayanagar store on 20/feb/2020 and requested for exchange due to small size on 22/feb/2020 wherein i was denied for exchange. Whereas i am given an alternative to buy any other shoes at regular price in exchange of the shoe.

                                    I had called the customer on 22/feb and was told to write an email to customer care. I wrote the email and after 10 - 12 days of time, i received a response stating the 'exchange cant be done'.

                                    I had requested them since nobody else can use the shoe at my home and the shoe has been kept unused till now. Kindly assist in this regard. I have been disappointed inspite of being a regular customer to wildcraft all these years. Moreover, this is the first time i have come for an exchange till date and the 1st time i have purchased a shoe from wildcraft.

                                      I had purchased men down jacket, bt within 1 month o[censored]se it's down feather is coming out, stiching so poor that a roadside jacket would had given better result,
                                      They charge such high price and provide so cheap material.all threads are torn now, it is not at all warm

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had bought waterproof trekking shoe for my himalayan trekking in the month of may'19. However from the second day (Trekking was in first week of june'19) in the snow there was ice water entering the shoe which made my trek extremely difficult. After the completion of trek i was traveling oversees on work. Immediately after coming back i returned the shoe to the show (Jp nagar, bangalore) where i had bought it. I explained him what happened and said if it cannot last even one trek then this must be returned or replaced. The gentleman at the store took over a month to revert. Couple of days ago i got a call from store saying they cannot replace or return since it's out of warranty (6 months). Firstly, i was not communicated about the warranty and for tough trekking shoe we would expect warranty to be longer than committed.
                                        If the such an expensive shoe doesn't even last for one trek and has the problem for the same purpose it has been purchased, what is the point in buying such a shoe.in fact we would expect it to last for years.
                                        The water marks on the shoe was also shown to the store manager where the leakage had happened and the marks were very much visible even after so months of trek.
                                        Why should we pay for such a sub standard quality of shoes. There was no wear & tear on the shoe or over usage it was purely because of low quality or stitched on the shoe getting loose. All we are asking either replace it or accept the return.
                                        Currently shoe is the custody of jp nagar store.
