Dear Sir/Madam,
I have complained(#650946) regarding the leakage in the pant. And i have sent the pant 6 months before to their service centre on 2nd sept 2021. They said they will solve the issue in 10 working days after repeated mails they have been telling that the issue is forwarded, concerned team is working on it. Till now issue is not solved nor the product is returned. I have paid 1995rs for the product and not able to use it coz of their fault in the product and now its been 6 months i sent the product. i have raised complaint through National Consumer Helpline. Even from there i got the same reply. I’m worried tat they have damaged my product. They have my original invoice as well. I want my refund for the product. Very worst customer service.
Kindly solve the issue at the earliest and help me to get my refund.

      I bought trekking shoes from Wildcraft outlet Trivandrum today evening for my husband (Hypagrip RuNX TR Hugo Trekking And Hiking Shoes - Black).
      I asked the salesman about the water proof because we are going to Himachal Pradesh he said yes and we picked our shoes. Later we realised that the shoes aren't water proof its only dust proof. The shoe cost around 4000 rupees and our date of trip is 15th. Is it possible to return the shoes.

          Bag not accepted for service at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Reason quoted as saying that a worn out outer bag material along side the zip kind of repairs may not be possible

                Laptop bag color fading issue

                The color of the Laptop bag getting faded from down side and its covering every side of the bag. Clearly we can see one part is dark which is its original color and second part color getting faded....

                I ordered a product which I claimed to return on very next day which is 30Nov 2021 but today is 15Dec2021 and no measure has been taken infact I regularly called on customer support they always be like (ma'am bs 2 business days Mai ho jayega) but nothing has happened.. Please work with your service criteria this is more than enough. I am really disappointed from your service.

                  Bought a jacket last month worth Rs.6000 and it got wet in rain and now not usable.

                  At the time of purchase seller told me if anything happens the jacket is under warranty for one year and they gonna replace it. I trusted them and bought it without worrying.

                  But now Wildcraft denying the replacement or refund and behaving rude. I have taken this issue to social media as well. Even after complaining to the company haven't got any resolution. I have posted google review as well and not surprised to see there are many other customers have been cheated by the store.

                    I ordered 3 iteams from this company one came damaged and another in a wrong colour. It's now been 20days and they still can't solve it. Every day I call in and they say please give us more time. It's so sad that their customers sevice is really bad and they are very useless. Will never buy again from Wildcraft and there is no way I would recomend this shop to others.

                        I have purchased a (Volga NX Hiking & Trekking Shoes For Men (Black)) Shoes in Flipkart its not even 2 month and hardly i used 10 times for office use only, was planning for trekking next month but today i noticed that in my shoes there is an issue with the stitches, Attached a invoice and a pick of my shoe for your reference.

                          I have purchased online rain suit in month of may of last week.but aftr use of 3to 4 days in rain i realized its leaking from jacket and pant. I mail to wildcraft for replacement.
                          Wildcraft revert that take replacement from any near by store i visited Wildcraft Viviyana thane store for replacement and receive replacement but replacement suit was also leak again i mail to wildcraft for replacement they said that handover product to near by store for replacement but i haven't received aby feeadback nor replacement.                                   Bought below bag from one of the dealers in Nagpur ( Ashutosh) who sold the below bag to me saying it is "cabin bag". Please stop selling this bag as it is way too big( 1.5cm in length, 2cm in width) for hand carry. I already had to pay 8k( twice the cost of your bag within 2 days of buying the bag) in excess luggage as your bag doesn't confirm to any cabin bag dimensions.
                                  A company as big as wildcraft not adhering to industry standards is shocking and customer ends up in misery at the airport.
                                  I probably have to throw the bag away requesting you to do better by others.

                                    I bought wildcraft jacket from their mobile app. But after receiving i found it to be of incorrect size and checked with customer service for exchange but they said I can’t exchange products which had discounts.
                                    This is really unfair. They mentioned that returns are not applicable for exchanged product but i can exchange.Please see attached image.
                                    If i get wrong size then i should be able to get right size thats i think basic right of customer irrespective of the product is discounted or not.

                                      We were ask to pay and book the shoes as it was supposed to be delivered from Nagpur. I was always told that the product will be given in 2 days, but I am waiting since 1 week, I haven't received it. I am frustrated not at all Happy with the service.
