Purchased a Winter jacket from wildcraft Website in India and they send fake product which is not genuine even customer care not helping
it clearly looks Wildcraft selling fake products online through there site

      Two down jackets have patches after washing with correct instructions.
      This is with reference to a complaint regarding two down jackets purchased from MI Road, Jaipur Wildcraft store. SON- [protected]. I had informed the concerned person at the store that the jackets were perfectly fine before they were washed and were washed exactly as per the instructions on the jacket. They were both handwashed without soaking and were dried in shade as required. We have used Uniqlo down jackets and washed the same way and have never had any such issues. It is highly disappointing that the jackets got such patches after drying and even more disappointing that on complaining we are not getting any satisfactory reply with respect to this issue. I got a call today saying that this is not a manufacturing defect and that the jacket must've been mishandled so we can't help you with this. Think of it from a consumer's point of view, how two jackets washed separately will get similar sort of patches? This was just not expected from a brand like Wildcraft and I really expected a refund or an exchange with new jackets. These jackets were purchased for 5499/- each. It is unfair to an honest consumer to be just blamed for a damage that we are not responsible for. Even after continuous follow ups they are just saying that the product was mishandled.

        I wish to raise a complaint regarding wrong order delivered to me. I have been deceived as wrong parcel has been delivered to me.
        The product what ordered is SUPERMASK W95 Plus Reusable Outdoor Respirator - POPCORN BLACK - Pack of 5 size : Large
        And what I have received is
        Wildcraft W 95 Size : M Black Color. This has been given to me without invoice copy.

        I am raising the complaint as soon as I checked the parcel. The parcel was delivered in my absence to my grand mother which is why I was unaware. The moment I got the parcel I checked and raised a complaint immediately. I was out of town during the delivery of this parcel.

        Kindly, exchange the product on immediate basis. I wish the product I have received to be taken back and exchange it with the product I have ordered.

        Wildcraft has deceived me by sending low qaulity far different masks than what I have ordered. Now I am being mentally harassed. My email screenshots are the proof. First Through email I was asked to provide Product images that I gave then I was asked to give barcode images that I gave then I was asked to give address details contact details. Everything they asked for I have been providing to them. Now I have received the email sent in the beginning asking for images again. I was told replacement would be done then why this is being delayed causing me harassment...

            I bought a track pant from Wildcraft, order ID O7fba28, on sale. I requested for exchange within 7 days but now they say that discounted products are not exchangeable. If that is so they should have displayed it in such manner that it is clearly visible to the customer and one doesn't has to go about looking for it.

            This is clearly unfair and misleading on their part and a waste of customer's money. The pant costs 1080/- which is not a small sum, therefore, I would like the Wildcraft to kindly resolve this issue ASAP, if they really value their customers.

                        I order the wildcraft wn95 plus mask(×3) from their website, first it was delayed by 10 days after when it reached it was the wildcraft mask, it was Nova n95 and also quantity was one . I reached to them asking what to do, emailed them also, no reply . After 4 days, again called them no reply .so please look into this mess.

                          I had ordered wildcraft mask worth Rs 399 on 28 th September 2020.The estimate delivery was 6 th Oct. But even after more than a month, the goods are not delivered or refunded. So I requested to cancel the order but have not received any reply yet.

                            I bought 3 wildcraft masks from wildcraft app on 19th October worth Rs.400. and estimated delivery was 27th Oct 2020. on 27th Oct night, a delivery agent called me and asked to deliver the product on the next day. I agreed. from then I still did not get my product. called wildcraft nearly 6 times. every time they said you will get your product today. even I mail wildcraft India regarding my issue. they did not respond to it. I have all the proof screenshot and call records. It's simply harassment. and even mask is an essential product. and they are so careless to deliver it. and don't even refund my money. I want some serious action. attaching some proof as a screenshot.

                              Not refunding my money back

                              I had ordered men convertible pants from wildcraft app on 4th Oct and got it delivered on 7th Oct.
                              the product quality was poor so I complained and placed for a return request on the same day..The customer service ppl didn't respond to my queries properly and den asked me to send d product through courier which I did.. but it's been more than 25 days I didn't get d money back..
                              Status of the return shipment is already showing...

                                I had ordered the jacket on 30 sept 2020, and they showed that estimated delivery will be 5th oct 2020, but it is 8th oct 2020 and i can only see that product is only confirmed, is still product is not packed for shipment,
                                Forget the delivery time.

                                And on 6th oct, by mistake a customer executive received my call and only false promised me that "you will get response by tomorrow", after that i call many times, but i think either all customer executives are too busy or they are gone in hyper sleep

                                    The product is not fit for purpose, mask is too small for the face and protections, they are claiming that its mentioned on a separate page with terms and conditions that says its not returnable. I bought a total of 4 (Rs 399) without knowing the size factor.

                                    The website on the product description does not show its non returnable.

                                    Now the are not willing to take back even the rest 3 that are still not opened.

                                    The main issue here is that the product description does not show that its non returnable. Unlike other shopping websites that makes it very clear on the product details.in that case i may have bought only 1 for checking purpose.

                                      Sir,

                                      I am Guhapriyan, from Tiruppur. On 26/01/2020 I ordered for about 4nos - 4 stay tents, 7nos - 2 stay tents, 3nos - 1 stay tent, and 20 other sleeping bags. They delivered all the other products except for 2nos - 2 stay tents and 1nos - 1 stay tent. The package reached me after 3 days and I found 2 of the tents received to be damaged (my first complaint). I called Mr. Venkat at Wildcraft showroom in Anna Nagar west and informed and he asked me time and he will courier it all in one shot. Later he did not take proper remedy for any of the pending. I reached out to him a month later directly at Anna Nagar showroom and yet he didn't have it ready for me.(my second complaint).

                                      After which I have called him a couple of times and yet there is no proper response. I did not expect such irresponsible action from your team.
