2 mounts before i went to pune office of wwics and the lady name SHIRSHA told me and my friends( 4 person) she can help us to go to Canada under a program ( SPP) ,i told her that this program is just for Indian and we are not Indian citizen.she assured us she can help us but after 2 mounts they inform that they cant help us and we better to cancel the contract.i had paid them 10000 rupee and we asked it back.i wrote a letter ( as she said) and unfortunately i didn't mentioned the true reason because she told me that it is better to not complain.now i get an email that they will just give me back 5000
rupee.this is completely inappropriate,they lied to us and now they don't accept their responsibility , act like it is my problem.they
wasted my time
please help me to get my money back and solve the problem.

WWICS Chennai branch going to close before august and who are registered with them and cheated by them this is a right time to catch i[censored] fail to catch you can't get your single penny of money from them.already many complaints registered in t.nagar police station.many staff are relived from that company.don't delay hurry....................

Dear Sir,
I had applied for immigration to Canada(file no:BO[protected] through WWICS - Pune Branch.
But now according to them canadian immigartion rules have been changed and all the cases filed during 2003 have been put on hold.
After discussing with them I took my case back and asked for refund.
According to them it will take 4 months for the refund, but now it has been more than 6 months still I have not got refund, Also now they are not replying to my mails and attending my calls.
Looking forward for a positive response.

I am a registered customer of WWICS since Sept 2003. I paid them for the services of Canadian immigration. The head office is still ok but there Branches at the time of retaining services are very good but after sales service when the customer/client has paid money are pathetic.

my case is at the Bangalore branch right now and I have been calling them from last 3 months either I get a response that they will call me back or that there Branch manager will call me back with details but I never get a call back with details. The people at their Bangalore Barnch office do not share a contact number for the head office which is in working order.

My case with CHC was filed in Sept 2004 and those cases are not being processed from CHC now. WWICS is just looking for more money for such cases with coming up with new schemes, rather than talking to their customers/clients and giving some correct information or help for filing these cases again.

The money that has been paid 8 years back is long gone and they will definitely not pay it back, I am sure... though they need to mend there ways and start doing better after sales service.

I need better service and proper responses from the WWICS guys rather than the run around they seem to give at this point.

i am writing in utmost agony and frustation about the services offered by WWICS in lieu of 65000 rs taken from me

to provide consultancy for Australian immigration . My file no # ( FSN 66534)

I have sent all my documents in oct 2011 and untill now i am following up with their lousy and non responsible

staff . i am getting vague and nonsense comments from the staff (Nisha and bidhan) and they are making me wait from

oct 2011 and regular following up with them did not yield any results .

i have sent 100's of mails and escalations but as per their office culture none of the Manager took intersts in my

I am CCIE and 8 years of exp in networking and i know what i have sent to them. Not to mention that i have done every effort that i could .

This is to in connection with my earlier blog on above said company but right now my case is subjudice so I drow back all my words ( hence there is no facility of removing the blog) and I suggest all who watch this site that don't go by my word but you take the decision by your own.I regret for my words if the company hurt by that but my intention was not to hurt any body.

who so ever around you is using this , please suggest to stop using the services , as you as you are done with money part, they will kick you out.
there are 2% sucess in their cases.
Please Please do not suggest anyone for the same.

Have paid a Registration Fees towards WWICS, of Rs. 25,000/- at Phagwara Branch, but thereafter the company never responded to my immigration & upon sending them Reminders to REFUND my fees, till date no one has bothered to respond & refund back my money. It claims it has a renowned group globally, but as a consumer, i feel they are CHEATERS & FRAUD TO CHEAT OUR OWN INDIAN FELLOWS. Dear Sir , I had been here to share my bitter experience an year ago , But till date my problem has not been solved .
My complain was against WWICS bangalore branch where i had applied for immigration servicesin the year 2008 , And after a long wait i had been told to submit all my Original Work certificates ( also my Spouse's ). Initally i was reluctant saying why do you need the originals ? And they say it is not needed by wwics but the Government of Canada needs it !!!!! After several arguments they promised that i would receive back all the documents in tact .

After several contacts regarding the status of my application and long wit , i was so frustrated that i wanted to end all this and demended to return back all the submitted documents , but they never respond properly ,

I hope every one is aware about the importance of Original Work certificates , Can someone please help me get them back .

We have made a payments of $4500 by a draft and Rs.70000/- by cheque regarding consultancy payments. more then 1 year has spent and our immigration or otherr any processes are still pending. We never got satisfactory rep from the other side. Now we need our money back in immediate basis. What can we do for refund our payments? please give right answers. We are in big trouble.

I have Given my paper"s for Canadian PR to WWICS company off in Baroda, Alkapuri Branch on 25/08/2008. Then they said me that your file no will come after 2 to 3 three months. But after I submitted my paper"s on Nov 2008 they said me they will give me my file no and after 9 Months I will get Visa for Canada. But on January 2009 they said That Rules have Changed so you are now not eligible for Canadian PR. So I said okay give me money of 30,000 Rs. Back. Then Mrs. Krishna Pareekh who was Marketing Executive over their said Okay we will give it to you with in 6 Months. But till today I havent Received my Money Back. I have been in Constant Touch with them to get my money back by many followup through mail on by Registered Post. Still I am suffering from that.
Kindly help me because in am in need of hard earned money.

I Ajay Gulati & My Wife Have filed PR Under 1122 Knock Via WWICS To Canada , But Due to My Health Concerns I Was Not Able To Appear For The ILETS Examination &So Didnt Qualify For PR , We Visited WWICS Head office at Mohali for Enhancement Request towards My Case File No 65570 In 1122 Knock Leading to PR In CANADA , As We Came To Know That Only 25000 /- Rs Has Been Approved for Refund In Our Case Towards Humanitarian Grounds ,Where in We Paid Rs 65000 To WWICS As One Time Charges , We Have Given All Doctors Documentary Proof Asked & Demanded By WWICS

I Need To State that We Choose The One Time Payment Plan As there Were Part Payment Plans Available , Secondly Paid The ILETS Fees But I Was Not Able To Appear Due To My Right Hand issue As You Are Already Aware , We Had Taken The JD From My Last Employer Which Was A Important case In Filing PR , We Had Arranged All the Documents Photocopies Attested & We Were Ready To Fly To Canada As Per Our Call From the Canadian High Commission , But They Say Man Proposes God Disposes , Due To Pain In My Hand I was Not Able To Appear For The Examination So Knock Got Filled & Now I Will Not be Able To File My Case This Year ,Moreover I Am aware 1122 Knock May Not Be Avialable For PR Next Year .

My Humble Request To The Management is That I Was Keen to Fly To CANADA So I Choosed WWICS But Things Were Not In My Hands , So I was Not Able To Appear For The ILETS Examination , Hence Cannot File My Case For PR This Year , Request You To Re Consider My Case For Enhancement , I Know If Management Decides On Humanitarian Grounds There Can be 100 % Refund As Well If My Case To Be taken As A special & You Agree It Is Genuine As well .

I have applied for canada PR at WWICS - Ahmedabad branch ( Naranpura ) in 2008.

At the time of joining staff of WWICS constatnly calliing on my cell numbr some executives visited my place also for putting my file for canada PR.

At the time joining my points for Canada PR was sufficient & they had taken extreme follow up & made my life miserable.

after some days i decided to put my file for immegration at canada. & submitted all required documents at WWICS - Ahmedabad branch.

At the time of submission of all documents they told me that i will get PR withing 12 to 18 monhts. as i qualified for that.

I paid Registration fee of Rs.30,000/- to WWICS for processing my Canada immegration in 2008.

After 6 i havent received any feedback from the company then i decided to contact them & i come know that they has not processed my file till time.

Its very painful after giving registration fee of Rs. 30,000/- they has not processed my file till time.

Then they are asking for other documents & that also submitted since 2009 but till date my file is not processed & again i visited his office at naranpura - Ahmedabad & discussed the case but they are just giving excuses for processing my file....................

they are not cleared about my file then i requested to refund my money if they cant process my file in 2010.

i have mailed to his branch manager & at his legal department but they are not reverting on my refund of money.

All Company staff are irresponsible, & nobody has reverted me on my request till date. its very high time its 3 years & i am claming my principle money as well as interest of 3 years from the company.

I just want my money back with interest of 3 years.

Rs. 30,000/- is not small amount for middle class person,..........

Dear Sirs,

This is company is the worst to deal with in my whole life.

They are terrible and dont know the concept of customer service.

I rendered thier service to apply for the canadian immigration.

I paid them the fees in full and in advance 1700 US dollars. It ended up they lost my documents after a follow up from side for months.

This company is a fraud !!! Please dont deal with them, and tell all who you knows not to deal with them.

Terrible company and terrible staff.

Dear All,
Had applied for a Canadian PR visa under the Gold package in 2004.At the time of sign up ,WWICS presented a rosy picture saying that they have influence in CHC & experience /expertise to get the visa within 2-3 years.I was told that fees are refundable in case visa can’t be obtained.After I paid the fees.Then,I was told to sign the contracts.When I objected to certain clauses like arbitration,the clause saying fees are non-refundable & WWICS will not be responsible for delay in obtaining visa,I was told that all clients sign the same contract & there is no need to worry as many clients have signed the same & already got their visa.Based on this assurance & as I had already paid the fees,I signed the contracts.Now,7 years later I still have not got the visa.I am being told for the past 3 years that I will get a call for medical soon.Now I have realized that WWICS has abused my trust.The contracts have the following things written:
1.WWICS is not responsible for any delay in getting the visa.Time is not of essence.This means that WWICS can collect fees from you & keep you waiting forever.
2.Fees paid to WWICS are non-refundable.
3.Interest clause says that if you owe WWICS money,then you have to pay it along with 1.5% cumulative monthly interest.But if they owe you money they will not give any interest.
4.Arbitration clause states that arbitration will be done at Chandigarh & by an arbitrator appointed by WWICS.This means you will never get justice.You must insist on a clause that states that arbitration will be done at the place where the contracts are signed & done by court of law.
5.There is a clause that allows WWICS to give your personal data to third parties.Canadian Society Of Immigration Consultants(CSIC) says that you can’t force a client to agree to this.It also says that the immigration process must be transparent & properly explained.But WWICS will hide many things from you.The fact that they have put so many anti-client clauses shows their intent to cheat.
6.Other consultants tell you to get IELTS score first & then apply but WWICS will tell you to apply first & get IELTS score later.if you donot get good score,you will lose all money paid to WWICS.Even if they assure you of a job,make an agreement with them on stamp paper & put a clause that states that they will pay you back the fees with atleast 10 % interest if they fail to get a job within a time period of say 1 year.
If you are a victim of WWICS fraud,please do not keep quiet.Spread awareness about WWICS being a fraud so that people do not get duped.Whenever WWICS organizes seminars(see advertisements in newspapers),go to the venue & ask WWICS to explain about the points mentioned above in front of the entire crowd.Also please lodge a complaint with CSIC(check their website for more details). Complaint to CSIC by filling their form& mailing to [protected]@csic-scci.ca along with evidence(copies of your fee receipts,contract & correspondence to resolve the conflict with WWICS).Simultaneously lodge a complaint with the police,ICRPC(INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL).ICRPC will help you fight your case in consumer court at a nominal fee irrespective of your location.They have an office in Mumbai & can be reached at [protected]@consumergrievance.com. Or log on to www.ccccore.nic.in for lodging a complaint with national consumer help line.Also,send one copy of your complaint to the Canadian Ambassador at the Canadian High Commmision where your papers were filed.Please check the contracts before signing &paying them.Dealing with WWICS will guarantee disappointment.

on 25th Dec 2007 there was a seminar at desh bhagat yaadgar hall. after that they people were forcing me to file case before ending of this year. after 10 - 15 days they again called me and said to sign a deal first amount is 30,000
i filed on 12th jan 2008. but in their records they have filed 2 or 3 days later. after 10 or 15 days i was being said to submit the second inst lament of rs 20,000/-. i arranged money and give the cheque to them. and few days after giving the 50,000 as i m being trapped they ask for $500 for their services and 22340 for canada high commission fee.

so my file no came in april 2008.but the rules chngd in november 2008. there was no communication from their side. so they called persons who filled before/ after jan 2008. so they said me u don't fall in the given categories. so canada govt, is refunding the money. the money from canada high commission came in sept 2009. that also they also not informed that ur cheque has come. i had to visit their office regarding wht can be done next. as the person who filled my case in starting give me full assurance that u will reach by 2010/2011. after few months when my file no has come he was shifted to amritsar,.


so when ever i used to go regarding my case the concerned person is on leave or she has left/ she is busy.
now please friends help me to take out money as they are saying we will only refund 500$ and the 50,000.

when ever i used to meet manager regarding refund no not at all. i told him that i wil go to consumer court if you not returned my whole payment. and earlier manager told me u will get money now they are changing their statements.

please help me to take out money. i m not able to understand wht to do.

WWICS always misguide me for my immigration documents.they had prepared insufficient file even taking big amount of money as their sevice fee.ang not attending even my calls ther never follow my case their self and not provide infomation on time .they have told me in starting that if my file is not accepted for canada Govt they will sent file with originals ,but now they are telling that my all original cant be back .they are not showing...
