This is regarding the file no 85491. I filed the case in december, 2014. One of the employees named ugti scammed me and misguided me by committing that if i would get 6.5 bands with my experience and as per qualification, i am eligible for pr for canada. I was not confident, but she kept on calling to come to chandigarh. She lied me many times and was very sweet by giving me false committing that i will get pr. I kept on asking her will i get pr if i would score 6.5 overall. She guaranteed me. I spent almost one lakh putting my job on stake. I cleared the exam. I paid wwics three lakh. Once the money and i gave my all documents. No reply from wwics what is the status of my case. I would say never availed any services of this scam company. Then i asked her about the state nomination. She again asked me to pay another one lakh for state nomination. I paid that also. They kept me waiting for 4 long years. My ielts expired and my age also increased and now i m nowhere. I kept on calling but employees are so rude and ill mannered that they use to treat me as a beggar.

I'm mentally harrased my wwics and i went into depression because of this useless company. My whole career was on stake and my life has been ruined by wwics. I an on medication. I am devastated because of this company. They have ruined my future by keep on me waiting for so long.

I would like to request wwics to refund whole amount which is 4 lakh along with that pay me the interest of 4lakh. Besides this give the compensation for destroying my time and ruining my career.
Otherwise i will go on media, social media and will file a forgery case in consumer court. I know my women rights. Will try my best to get the license cancelled for wwics.

I will commit suicide in front of wwics office. That's my commitment and wwics will be responsible for my family and company has to pay huge compensation.

I want the refund by tmrw with interest and compensation.

I initiated the process fo canada visa from wwics chandigarh but was cheated by the company. They never communicated and intiated my visa process on time. Therefore, it got delayed and eventually my ielts got expired after several month, hence i changed my mind not to continue the visa process and asked the company to refund the amount paid (Rs 150000). Now the company is saying that i delayed in providing the documents but whenever they demanded any documents i have submitted it on time.
On the other hand, they kept my case officer changing very frequently, never communicated to me for the process and it was very hard to chase them on the phone and never got the email replies. I live in dehradun and cannot travel to chandigarh on regular basis.
Please help me in getting my money back from wwics group chandigarh. I have all the relevant emails as a proof.

First thing is that they are not aware of the product details. Secondly they haven't responded properly to the mistakes they have done. They promised me that they will take care of the expense charged by the university and i provided the receipt to them through mail. Now they say that they are not responsible for mistake they have done for me. Now they expect me to bear the cost. Sounds wiered.

All required documents handed over to ms hanika for filing. I was informed that documents are processed but no confirmation has been received yet.
I am bit worried about receiving of confirmation on time.

My file number 123788 which was lodged in express entry pool on 26 june 2018. From that day onwards i am requesting my counsellor as well as the file handling person to submit my case under pnp too as i have already paid for that. From that day i am getting false commitments and illogical replies from the wwics employees of mohali branch that they will lodge it today or tomorrow but every thing is in veins. I did not want to say but it is the most untrusted brand for me after facing these problems. Have wrote down to branch manager, hod's as well as other department so that someone may take action on it but, nobody is interested to take any action.
A big zero on the performance/ services of wwics.

My file number is 125530 and my name is mandeep singh bamrah. I deposited 136000 rupees to wwics mohali for processing PR of Australia on 13 February 2018. That time I showed all document to Shikha madam. She said these documents enough for my PR case. Moreover she told me if any problem occur during the process they will refund my money. i provided all documents for my case. When I deposited payment wwics executive told me they take one month to ready file and next three month for assessment. But after 6 month they did nothing. I never expect irresponsible and uncooperative service from wwics. They misguide me. I totally dissatisfied with wwics. Because of poor service from this company two week ago I closed my file and i want my money back as they not logged my file. This company hurt the sentiments of people. This company made wrong commitment and misguided me. Please help me to refund my money.

We have applied for pr (Permanent residency) through wwics, gk-ii branch (Savitri cinema complex) of new delhi on july 07, 2015.

We deposited rs.30, 000/- via receipt no. [protected]. Thereafter, on july 16, 2015, we have deposited rs.84, 000/- via receipt no. [protected]. On july 18, 2015, we have submitted the wes assessment fee (Reference no. 2831556) amounting cad 233.91 (Rs.11, 930/-). Simultaneously, we have also deposited us$ 1, 000/- (Rs.62, 000/-) towards z-axis.

Further to this, we had been informed about an opportunity for provinces and we deposited pnp activation fees of rs.69, 000/- on may 03, 2017. So, the total amount paid to wwics is rs.2, 56, 930/-.

After 2 years of vigorous follow-ups, we had been informed that we are not eligible for express entry due to a shortage of points (Which was absolutely fine at the time we have filed and also during the registration for pnp!!!). Now, with no hope, we have consciously taken a decision of withdrawing ourselves from the case of immigration placed with wwics, since our purpose of taking pr got diluted.

We have requested for a legitimate amount of refund from the fees deposited for express entry alongside the fees paid for pnp nomination (As nothing has been done for any province after we submitted our fees!!!). But, to our utter surprise, we have been told that us$500 would be refunded to us. No explanation has been also given for the same. We are extremely disappointed with this carefree attitude of wwics on the issue of refund of our hard earned money. Wwics is showing "no bother" attitude now.

We need justice for such cheating & fraud and need our money back!

I have logged my file for canada pr in 2016 and taken 3 lakh for this process, at that time mr vikas sharma committed us they process our case within 7-8 months but till now we are just waiting. They are big fraud noone responding on calls just ignoring us. We are mentally harassed now mr vikas sharma left job and shifted dubai. We regularly contacting to mr arvinder singh but he is also not picking up our calls..

I have escalated the case that in the start you (Wwics) have confirmed that my profile is eligible for pr in australia, after making all required payment wwics started to question again on my job responsibilities and diverting the blame on me that i have not submitted required documents and whatever i have submitted are incomplete.
As soon, i escalated to management level (Col. Sandhu) i started to receive number of emails and calls to justify the activities of wwics are correct, every mistake is from my end. Post fed up with the behavior of all of these people i have requested to refund my money, as i am not interested at all to go forward with wwics, i came to understand about lot of legal clauses, which states that i cannot ask for my money back.
Vineet randhawa, rakesh sharma, balinder, vikas, puneet and so many people to whom i am interacted tried to deny the fact that wwics has not done his job well and wwics is very much eligible to eat my hard-earned money

I have once again been asked to submit the details so that my file is taken forward to next process. To which i have already denied as the behavior if wwics team is really furious and not at all supporting. It seems wwics is not a part of service industry but a group of robbers. Anyone can check about the complaint being raised on wwics.
Till now, no one has come back and i am very much sure that wwics has closed my escalation to justify the escalation closure. What can a person expect from such organisation whose leader is not even courteous enough to reply back to escalation even once?
I have stated in start to wwics team that i am very bad in follow ups and also i have recently joined a new company, hence i would not be able to follow up much and you are requested to support me in terms of executing the process without my interventions in to it. I thought a i am paying for the same ask such small favor from wwics team, but my assumptions are false. I would really go for legal in this thing now and request to my advocate to have a strong follow up with wwics team to provide me refund of my total submitted amount.
Crux: rather than giving so much of money to wwics, which wwics will use in their own interest instead of providing good service, spend 2-3 days and apply for pr on your own. Or apply with some reliable consultant. Oplentus is a good option, atleast they are truthful peoples, if you are not eligible, they will not ask for any money from you but deny to handle your case. Wwics first ask for money and then they keep on stating lot of excuses to capture that money. Theme of wwics is not to let anyone move back from their office without paying some amount of money, whether that person is eligible or not. This is something similar to organised crime to collect money from innocent peoples.

We are writing this letter to express our deep dissatisfaction of canada immigration process. We never expect this irresponsible and uncooperative support. I am an indian citizen and i applied this in kuwait. They have grabbed alot of money from us with false promises. I need to file case to all wwics employees. I closed my file and i asked them to refund my amount, but now they are not willing to do so. I have all conversations against them. They have cheated many people here. So, kindly take necessary actions.

Dear sir/madam, i was deposited payment to wwics (Consultant)-mohali for processing pr for canada (Quebec) on 12-july-2016 (Against cheque no. 002236), amount[protected]+taxes). Now more than 20 months (One & half year) have crossed but still there is no clarity from them. I put my refund request for my total payment due to non-providing service after waiting one & half year/huge delay, but they are agreed to provide only 40 thousand in out of total payment 115000. They gave me wrong information & wasted my huge time as well as money. Pls help to refund my total payment 115000/-. Since i have been waiting for your answer or any updates from last 4 months which commited that within four months will be in pool category but we believe wwics services have worst services i have ever seen so please apart from any hassel please refund my money back in full amount 100300/- as per agreement... Now might be we are fool that we trust to wwics. Every body stopped us not go for wwics now we are relised that we are wrong

Comitment is comitment if you said that with in 15 to 18 month got the result then why you extend the same if you are not sure you have no rights to take the amount and you have also confirm before taking payment that it depends on interview or it will take 2 to 3 years

The details are as follows :

1. Case no 28625 filed on may 2005 which is detained by you in which you are also fail to provide hrdc where my uncle provide hrdc from his friend s company garry construction comp situated in canada (Salary 5000 cad + incentive) in 2007/2008

2. Case no 84953 sinp under express entry filed on nov 2014 deal by tajinder singh in chandigarh he assure that in 6 months you will get job letter and you will be in canada after 18 months. Marketing and good salemanship is good but it should not be fraud

We need written statement for further process and plz avoid us for fake interviews it will spoil your company image and you have take time to know the review by market that what people think about your company

Iam sure after this recent interview you will take trap us for more 2 or 3 years but little hope that might be i am wrong and its none of our business that you didnt have employers for civil engineering field

In this case total harassment to me and my husband and my 4 years baby. I have put cc to all and also attached my tourist which is issued with in my comitment period its mandatory because case is based on commitment

I was visited wwics jalandhar branch for canada trv inquiry on 08/09/2017 and meet with mr. Varun kumar. I express my interest for visit canada by 08/10/17. After discussion he told me to deposit 23600/- for process my trv (Canada) application. I was made a payment through my credit card & deposit required all documents after assuring time limit. He made a internal agreement and give it to me for next level of process.

I visited again for update status of my trv on 11/09/17, i was surprised because he demand more 5000/- or provide me two reference for visa process.
I agree to pay 5000/- amount because of i want to process my application without any delay.
He ask me to came office on sep. 12 for meeting with centre head (Mr. Aswani). He discuss my case and ask me for withdraw and take refund trv application amount within a week. * region provided 1. "we are unable to complete the trv process in given time frame". 2. "case not approved by ho".

Next week i visited for taken my refund cheque but mr. Varun ask me for visit agin next week on 28/09/17.
I visited office again but he made the same excuse and taken 5 days more. Again i visited office but he made a same excuse. He ask me for came on 04/09/2017. I visited again but he made same excuse and request me to give one week more.
This cycle happen with me every week till today. Today morning mr. Balram call me and ask "your cheque will be made and available in mohali office". We will give you by saturday.

I express the interest for collect my cheque form mohali office because i am available in mohali. He tell me to update within half hour. I will call for update but they people ignore my call, given me excuses till evening.

When i call on evening the clarify my check was not made till now.

I want to lounge a legal complaint against mr. Varun kumar (Manager) wwics jalandhar branch for made a fraud with me and taken rs. 23600/- (Twenty-three thousand six hundred).

I also want to clam for mental harassment, ignorance within trv process and refund time.

Hi team,

I have been cheated by wwis group. I paid more than 3000 $ (2, 00, 000 + indian rupees) for getting no services at all. All false assurance by wwics, no reply after receiving the money.

I deserve all my money back. I have been scammed by rajourie garden delhi branch.

I requested for refund in april, 2016 for the payment i made for canada express entry system.

As per the company i was eligible for express entry and was assured to get the pr with particulars.

But unfortunately, the calculations done by wwics rajourie branch was far away from real situation.

I request for refund and it was accepted for some amount which was to be paid as a fees to the canadian high commission.

Its already been 10 months not but i do not received any refund nor any update.

Please look into the matter and process this as soon as possible as its already been too late.

Hi am ravnit kaur i apply for futher study in canada through wwics in kpu university tell today i not recivied my offer latter i apply in april last week for offer latter but tell toady i not recivied my offer latter wwics giving me 3 to 4 weeks time
They are playing with my future i request to u please look into this matter because they not play with other students future like me
