The pathetic WWICS organization totally wasted my time and left me helpless with no clue at all about what to do now. I went to them for my PR approval and they asked me to pay for their services, which I did on time. But the moment they got money, they started showing their true colors. WWICS delayed my PR file submission by 7 months and then ultimately I had to wait for six years for my PR work to be done. They called me for some silly training regarding my work after which they again went silent in respect to their pace to complete my work. They seem to have been inspired by snails and thus move as slowly as possible to do people’s work. After this I had to bear the waiting of another few years, making it a total of 10 years of eternal wait to get some news on my PR approval. But what I finally got after 10 years what shocking like the Sun just rose from the west. I got the news that my PR can no longer be processed now due to some policy changes.

WWICS cheated me and have cheated other people too. I m not just saying it just like that to make my point, but it is the visible truth. You can yourself go ahead and read various online reviews of people who are the victim of WWICS fraud. There are many people just like me who got cheated by WWICS. They too have shared their story about how they got scammed by WWICS. I wish I had never trusted WWICS.

WWICS has been the worst experience of my life. My trust in WWICS has been shattered into pieces. There are people who lie to other people but WWICS scams people upfront without hesitation. They wasted my hard earned money, precious time, and peace of life. They are frauds and cheats who make you wait for long and then just come up without any output. They made unnecessary delays and handled my work poorly. Because of WWICS cheats, I got fooled in their scam procedures. They took 10 long years and made my case just beat around the bush. And ultimately after a 10 year ordeal with them, I get this shocking news that my PR work can no more be completed due to some policy changes. What was my fault here? Where did I go wrong? Well! The answer is that my biggest fault was investing my time in WWICS and trusting them with my money was an absolutely wrong choice. WWICS is nothing but a vicious and dangerous trap which is set up, to scam people and make a fool out of them. I would like to request or rather warn other people to not go to WWICS for any immigration work. Once you pay them their fees, they will make you wait for long and ultimately come up with no positive output. WWICS is simple waste of energy and you would get nothing but stress on mind in return.

WWICS cheats, WWICS frauds, WWICS scams, WWICS deceives…. And I feel short of negative adjectives when I take the name WWICS. They are a bunch of tricksters working hard to make fool out of people. I went to them for getting assistance on my PR file submission and approval. However, they did not help me at all regarding this. Instead they just wasted my time, money and energy. From 2003 till 2013, for 10 long years WWICS deceived me by delaying my file submission unnecessarily and then finally I got the information that my PR cannot be processed due to policy changes. I want to ask them, that what the hell they were doing for 10 freaking long years, if at the end of the day they had to come up with no output. Sheer nonsensical and stupid procedures they have that are designed just to dupe innocent people and add stress to their peaceful lives. I am angry, frustrated, physically exhausted and emotionally hurt because of WWICS cheap tricks of getting my money. WWICS culprits should be denied operations and their offices should be sealed. They must be punished for the unethical deeds they have done and the people they have defrauded. I urge people to come out and speak if they have been a victim of WWICS fraud.

WWICS scammers have fraudulent procedures that have an intention in disguise to fool innocent people. With WWICS fraud procedures people gain nothing but only lose their precious money, time and most importantly their peace of mind. Placing your trust in this fraud company is nothing but inviting frustration and stress in your life. WWICS ruins your happiness and is an expert in breaking trusts.

I went to them for getting my PR work done, which they promised would be done once I paid them. But how would have I known that they would scam me in return. Firstly they did not submit my PR file on time because of which I missed the opportunity of my PR in 5 years as the new rule said PR in 9 years. Later it took them another 6 years to do something that looked productive, and that was a 3 day training regarding some PR procedures but that too went into dump because as usual the fraud WWICS gave no output to me. And then finally the insensitive WWICS people conveyed the shocking news that PR can no longer be processed due to some policy changes.

Therefore in totality I actually got nothing out of the poor WWICS procedures. So all now I can say is that WWICS disgusts me in every way possible and WWICS fraud procedures are something everybody should be aware of. WWICS cheats people and is a total wastage of time and money.

Sometimes one has to pay a heavy cost to trust someone and that is what happened to me when I placed my trust in WWICS. I could have never imagined that the organization that I am trusting with one of the most important decisions of my life would turn out to be a deceit in disguise and would shatter my trust into pieces. When you deal with them during the initial phase, you would never be able to guess that you are putting your foot forward in a pothole of fraud. But as and when you go through their procedures, you would come to realize that it was the big mistake to trust them.


WWICS proved to be the worst nightmare of my life. I have never seen such people in my life who have not even one bit shame in what they have done to me. They cheated me with my money and time by not delivering what was promised by them and then not refunding me the amount I legally deserve. WWICS charged me big amount, made me wait for 10 long years and in the end gave me nothing productive. From 2003 till 2013 I spent time waiting for them to help me with my PR but all I got was the shocking news that PR can no longer be processed because of policy changes .

It is my request to all that please be aware of such scam companies who waste your precious time and make a fool out of you. I am shattered after being a victim of this scam company and thus I wish that others take into account my and other people’s reviews before doing any business with WWICS.

I have heard about lot of scams in my life but WWICS gave me a lifetime and unforgettable disgusting experience of their pathetic services. At the time of receiving money from people they have a smile on their face and when they have to refund money to the same people, their courtesy just vanishes in thin air. They are like the lord of scammers, fraudulently scamming thousands and lakhs of rupees from innocent people. And I am not just saying these things just like that but because this is what has happened to me and to other people whose complaints against WWICS I have read on the internet. WWICS took huge amount of money from me initially as a down payment. Subsequently I paid them in full in a month’s time, so that they do not face any problem in submitting my PR file. But to my shock and disgust, they took 7 more months to submit the file during which a new rule came up which said that PR file submission of 5 years has now been extended to 9 years. After that they had a mild interaction with me regarding a 3 days training for the PR following which again there was no positive output. And finally after waiting for 10 long years I received the news that PR can no longer be processed because of policy changes. I was completely shattered and asked WWICS for a refund. But, it seemed that WWICS was not done fooling me because when I asked for a refund the amount they offered to refund was even less than what I originally paid, let alone giving me compensation or damages for the non productive experience I had with their organization. WWICS are scammers who have fraudulent procedures to fool innocent people. With WWICS people lose their hard earned money, precious time and peace of life. I placed my trust in this fraud company and all I got in return was frustration, stress and loss of money & time.

My experience with WWICS has been pathetic. They are just a scam company who is trying to steal money from people by luring them into their immigration trap. They did not get my PR work done as promised by them and even did not refund me in full my money that I paid them even after 10 years. WWICS cannot be trusted. They are simply no good and cheat people for money. They did not help me with my PR which they earlier promised to get approved in 5 years. They made a fool out of me with their fraudulent procedures and scammed me by not even refunding my money in full. Never ever go to WWICS for any kind of immigration or PR related services. They will make you wait for a long time and then just leave you without any productive output. They waste a lot of time and investing in their services in a big mistake. They scammed me too and did not even refund my money. WWICS is fraudulent trap. Do not fall prey to their scam. They have useless work procedures that would not be helpful in any way to you. They promised me PR approval but did not get the work done. Today I stand shattered and frustrated with no option but to curse myself for trusting in WWICS. Long long long wait and no result!!! That is all you get from WWICS in return for your trust in their services. I paid them my hard earned money and in return I got stress and frustration. They promised me a PR approval in 5 years but instead they made me wait for 10 years with no PR approval. They are a scam as they kept all my hardened earn money. I am writing to you with regards to my case FSN: 62375, the contract of agreement for Skilled Worker Category (Gold package) which I entered on 27 Nov 2010. I wish to file a complaint with respect to failure on part of WWICS, branch Bangalore to provide me the requested information on time, pertaining to my case and as requested over and over again. Moreover, the unprofessional and callous attitude that is depicted by some senior members in Bangalore branch (Mr Suresh, Branch Manager) towards my case has caused me to take this extreme step, which is one last step before I make way for legal action. I'd like to familiarize you with the reason why I am so furious and outraged with the treatment that is provided to a client. Find below the history of my case for you to take appropriate action for my case and to fix the 'homely' mindset attitude prevailing at Bangalore WWICS branch. WWICS Bangalore branch recruits FRAUDS. PLEASE stop everyone from going to these folks.

wwics immigartion company based on chandigarh head office is totally fraud scam organisation.in the year of 2004 april i had applied for immigration but after five years of time my application got cancelled by high commission. with out proper reason.the wwics immigartion company is basically cheat and misguide the ordinady people on all india basis.my file number is 26723/cal.the company took from me 129000 rupees as fees.the wwics company only returned me 1400 u.s dollar after my hard effort in the year of 2010.after my complain at kolkata police head office and pulished article in press name"bartaman patrika"during the year feb 2010 and "khabar365 din"in august2012

WWICS is very good in PRE LANDING SERVICES like they assess your case and update you periodically regarding your progress and they assure you in the beginning itself whether you will qualify or not. we also got the visa and the processing time took three years as we can understand these may vary from the country you are applying, we applied from gulf. their staff in india and gulf are very good and efficient.

what i want to share is about their post-landing services. That is horrendous and very very unprofessional. especially their staff their so called consultants and director, are very sly characters. in the name of orientation, they will share some basic relevant information and very imp in a group they will talk as they are the best behaved ones, but when the session on one to one happens, they will show their true colors. The staff in GPS canada are the most arrogant and misbehaved staff, esp the ones who are holding the positions as Directors/Asst Director and Customer care manager or some like that. all are garbage. their head office is taking the money under called gold package depending on these crappy staff here that they will offer good post landing services, including sending you for interviews, but nothing of that sort happens. if you follow up them, they have twisted excuses. Like if you are over qualified, they will say that "oh you know you are too qualified just to get a canadian experience i dont want to put you through some sort of small job so wait for two weeks, i will let you know, but that two weeks will never come and if you are a normal graduate, oh you know these canadian companies they care damn about qualifications, you need to upgrade your skills little more then may be we can try.

The irony is the same office in India, or anywhere from where you applied, seeing your CV / Resume assessed favorably with the so called points to qualify and got you the landing papers. And the divisional office GPS (Global Placement services, I doubt whether they have really placed anyone even in a super market job) says that you dont qualify even to get a normal job. I just request WWICS please review your post landing services, esp in the name of workshops, some crap is happening in your office in Canada and try to improve your services by appointing the right people not the ones who keep discouraging the new immigrants that they dont have canadian qualification and exp, because everyone knows including your wwics staff, we dont have any while appliyng and after landing the next day no one can have canadian experience, i guess this much logic they should have while doing their workshop, which they think of very highly.

I paid Rupees 90000 as initial amount to WWICS Mohali and 76000 as the immigration fee and was told that it would take around 2 months for immigration process to get finalized. They told to me that I will receiving my medical test call in within 1 week, which i waited eagerly for. After waiting till May 2013, I called WWICS Chandigarh office again and they told me to wait for a few more weeks and I will be receiving a medical test call very soon. Since there was no call till June, I contacted their office again and found that they had no information regarding my immigration case and told me that they might have misplaced it in their office. This came as a shock to me and I told them to locate it as soon as possible as it was just not only a transcript but my hard work on which I have spent my money and time.

If these sort of companies exist In the country, it might be surely at the will of some politician who are supporting them.
They never would understand the debts people undergo in dreaming of making a career in other countries when people don't get an opportunity in their very own country.
Wwics is a company taking advantage of such people. They are the most irresponsible and unorganised company that is still existing.
God know how the countries like Canada, Australia etc have approved them as recognised immigration agents.
Like I was reading the above complaints made by other customers, it seems all the customers are facing the same problem.
This company has spoilt cases, delayed and has never paid any attention to its customer satisfaction and still they exist.
Take action..... Raise hand and close them down

I am Mrs. Shyla Thomas, i filled for immigration to Canada through WWICS Bangalore Branch (My File No. F-31796) during the Month of August 2005 by taing their product called "Gold Package". I paid them Rs. 1,04,000/- in one shot, they gave me 4 receipts for the payment made by me. I received my Canadian High Commission file No. during the Month of December 2005. They asked me to take IELTS 5.0 & i got IELTS 5.5. Whenever i contact them through online chating & visiting their office in Bangalore on various occassions they gave me full cooperation & guidance.

On March 30, 2012 the Canadian Immigration introduced a new Bill No. C-13 where they decided to drop all the files filled before February 2008 and i got a complete refund cheque from the Canadian high Commission during the Month of March 2013 towards the payment paid to them as processing fees for myself and my spouse. When i approached WWICS for the refund of Rs. 1,04,000/- they are offering me Rs. 35,000/-.

Will you kindly guide me how i can get my complete payment refunded.

(Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata-700020, West Bengal, ph- [protected]), on 13.04.2012 by paying (RS.15,000) to move Canada on education visa. I am really been fed up with their class of services and the way the organization cheated me. All the information’s provided to me by the consultant regarding service was been incorrect and the purpose was only to Fraud me out. For example- when I asked Mr. Subhendu Halder (counselling manager for education class visa, wwics) about my desired institutions like George brown college, Humber college, Georgian college, he replied that we are well associated with them and assuring you to get through by this September intake, rather than this. He said the deadline for document submission in their Kolkata office is 10’Th of July 2012, and he filled up the application form of George brown college, Seneca college and Humber college for more than two times and ask me to wait for some time, because it takes some days to arrive. I was got my wwics registration receipt on 30’th April 2012, while I was paid it on 13’Th April 2012. At the same time after the registration he moves through Chandigarh for training. And due to which I was paid Rs- 7900 to Mr.Samrat (Assistant Branch Manager) for I.E.L.T.S exam which he used for more than twenty days and after harassing a lot. He refunded it to me due to which my I.E.L.T.S exam was delayed. I was submitted my all the documents for more than Four times which they lost or else, I don’t know. But after all they assured that we have applied for your conditional offer letter and you will get it within June and you can proceed further and till that time as I haven’t received it and my time was been spoiled, I was asked the Branch Manager Mr.Ratan Jyoti Mishra for refund because Mr. Subhendu Halder was making absent since a long time and was misguiding me. He defends him by saying about his bad health status. I was also addressed a letter to the Branch Manager against Mr.Subhendu Halder for avoiding my work and absentism. And he said that now onwards don’t ask anybody for process and don’t withdraw the service. Now onwards come to me directly and I will carry out process. I trusted him and started to look for the January 2013 intake. He said to book IELTS date and give the original receipt to the office for generating conditional offer letter. Which I does on the same day, But again he fails to get my college conditional offer letter, after the exam, I was got my score card in which i was successful with overall 6.5 band. And I was given him at the same Time. When I ask him about the conditional offer letter. He said that now you will get through because all the documentation is being completed. I was asked him for more than twenty days for the information’s required for the preparation of Demand Draft or the method of payment to the college for application. Along with filling up the application form. And he replied I have already informed the head office to send the forms…on the day of filling up the application, i will tell you about the payment method. And in this way he started misguiding me…and I was really gone fed-up and was sure that, I will not get through as the date of deadline for application was coming near by. Certainly I decided to apply through another consultancy in three colleges. And I was got my offer letter within ten days.
Because of these peoples I lost my six months and finally when I reach there to withdraw the service he assaulted me inside the office by saying you will not get anything. Do whatever you want to do. I am asking for refund since three months and they are replying that we have sent the letter to our head office, when I am asking the head office they are saying to consult branch office. But as I haven’t received any reply so I am proceeding by my own. Please enquire the whole case; WWICS has not done anything for me. They haven’t preceded anything at all. After making a lots of pressure, I was got a call from head office, that your (RS.5000/-) has been approved by the management which will take six months to process and even more. But my concern is I was detained the service on 10th September 2012, and on the same day, it was said that within two to three months I will get my refund with a deduction of service tax. And now they are refusing to pay. And stretching the deadline.
I belong to a very weak family, which can’t afford that much of loss. As I have already wasted my six expensive months only because of them. And I have requested both the offices and the concerned people a lot, and as they have still not turned. I am looking for your support and co-operation.
I would like to request you to kindly make an enquiry to find out the truth. If you will find any thing against me. Then I am ready to leave this money and assuring to pay another RS.15000. Please do something for recovery of my full amount without any deduction of fund at all. As my family is asking for money and I am misguiding them since a long time…I am requesting you to kindly look into my case and do something as soon as possible.

I wrote to many emails here and WWICS main office .instead of helping me and solving my problem .they threatened me by an email that they are gonna sue against me if i keep writing in this site or in Facebook.i m am really sorry for them .they know that i m right.but because of just 40000 rupee they are blowing their reputation.I dont believe any more that i can get my money back.nobody care:( not here not in main office.the manager of Pune branch she really behaved ugly with us and I m gutted.please some one reply me and tell me what to do?I m foreigner and i cant do anything and they know it.but SWEAR TO GOD they lied to me.other wise i would have not signed that contract.

i wrote to many letter to this site and even WWICS site too.nobody care~!!so why is your site is here??WWICS pune keeps telling me that i made a contract with them and i cant do any thing to get back whole my money.But i made the contract based on the lies they told me.
this is how WWICS workd :1: they give you2 weeks wrong information 2 : you make a contract and pay money 3: after a while they tell you ,they are not able to do that and you better cancel your contract ,4: they say because of that contract they dont pay you all the money.just half. 5 : so they dont even male a call and they have earned the money!!!!! EASY!
now not you not police no one listen to me.i m really disappointed. the lady in office told me go to police. here is india you cant do any thing as a foreigner :)))))

please somebody tell me how this site is suppose to work??i have wrote my complain but nobody care.!!!! WWICS pune has kept my money and did nothing .they lied to me and my friends.even themselves suggest to me to cancel the contract , they assured us to give the money back in 1 mount completely.
now they say after 4 mount they will give back just the half.if the problem was from my side this was fair but the person lied to us and she was aware of what she was doing.she assured us SPP program is for foreigner too and she promised to find us a loan.now she claim that this is impossible what exactly i told her in first place.i dont know what to do???
