Xenos Automotive — my xenos central locking is not working

I have my xenos central locknong installed in my ritz car from past 1 year it was working just fine but abruptly it stopped working one week before with both the remotes.
I need you assistance in order to fix it I shall highly obliged if you help me.
I am willing to pay if it is not within warranty.
So please send a representative asap.
