My Name is Naveen kumar I ordered mobile through snap deal and they shipped my order through Xpressbees Snap deal committed to deliver my order on 29th but still i did't recieved when i check with Xpressbees they said its there in chennai hub. while talking with customer care person she disconnected my call, i want to send this to my home and no one is responding properly not sure. i want to know the chennai address where my order is in xpressbees office so that i can go and collect my order. Feb 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After so many chasings finally i got my product but finally i can say this as worst service, i dont prefer and i recomment to others to dont go with this service. XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
