Long back i e., 29/05/2016 have ordered an item which consists of two saress in paytm, when i track the product through shipping id it shows that the customer out of station eventhough am in given address, if haven't get any call or message from the courier boy. Now how to track my product? Please send me the details of courier boy... My shipment id[protected].

    Two orders from paytm awb no[protected],[protected], and another two is from snapdeal awb no - [protected],[protected]. All product has arrived in goa, panjim on 30 may 2016, but courier company is not delivering the courier product, and i have made 6 to 7 complains in xpreebess customer care service but nobody bothering about complains and not trying to contact. Extremely poor and worst service.

      Everytime snapdeal tries to deliver any item through xpressbees, the courier services harass the customer and ultimately they deliver the item... Each day, they say that they will attempt delivery and then they say that delivery failed due to the address is out of their coverage... So my point is, if the address is out of the courier's coverage then why snapdeal showed that delivery available at my location... Why snapdeal accepted my order... And they don't provide me the tracking information or office address or any kind of contact also...

        I have purchased strontium memorycard32gb through the paytm and my AWB:[protected] is still now not received my order. Please make sure that your delivery details . Or make necessary steps to deliver the goods to other address. They have approached me too deliver the order around 9.30 pm so I asked him to hand over the product next day around 10.3 am today but still no one contacted me. I have contacted the person who call me previous day thrice but no response. Kindly make necessary steps

            The xpressbees awb number for the product i ordered through snapdeal (Order id [protected], suborder id [protected]) is[protected]. It has been in the delivery office since past 2 days, but no attempt to deliver it has been made yet. My phone was available at all times, but i did not get a single phone call, neither did anyone come to my house (Where i was available at all times). The person has simply marked me unavailable to pickup. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is almost as if it is a habit for them to mark people "unavailable" when they want to save time on delivery, probably to deliver it later. I called the customer care, but they refused to give me the phone number of the local delivery centre, and i could not contact them either. This is a very unprofessional behaviour, and i want the product to be delivered as soon as possible.

            My order attempt was "failed" for the third time in a row, and Snapdeal now shows the message "Order remains undelivered Customer Not Available. Order will now be returned to Snapdeal". On every occasion, I was available at the delivery address, and my phone (along with the alternative number) was with me and very much active. The delivery person on each occasion simply marks my name as not available because he does not want to deliver that day. I have never seen any worse delivery service than this.

              Two t shirt were ordered from snapdeal and one was delievered on 25 may 2016 yesterday. The amount was rs 320 but the boy o[censored]r company has taken rs 920 from my oldage mother as she had eyesight problem and was not wearing eyeglasses at that time.
              We thought that he might have mistaken and expected that he will refund the amount today as one more order from ur company was yet to be delievered.
              But some other guy came today and when we complained to his that he cannot come as he is injured. He also called that guy to confirm but he said he had taken and u complain about him and left after delievering the second t shirt.

                I have order a saree via paytym credit card payment the order is confirm and i got the message : hi, the seller k p stores has confirmed that your order for miraan yellow silk blend saree with order # [protected] will be serviced by it. We'll keep you posted with latest progress from time to time.
                And the stores give the item to xpress bees courier i got that message also : update: hi, miraan yellow silk blend saree from your paytm order #[protected] has been shipped by the seller via xpressbees with the tracking #[protected].
                At last the xpress bees send the message to me without calling me or giving my courier :
                Xpressbees held delivery of your paytm order awb:[protected], as you requested for future delivery, will reattempt in the next 24-48hrs.
                No courier delivery people call me yet to give my courier in registerd mobile number.
                Where is my courier?

                          My reverse pick up is not done from past 6 days. Paytm has scheduled a reverse pick up for my product on 13th may 2016 and today is 18th may.                             This is regarding my order num 916508pwl83f4449 which is lying with xpressbeea since 8th of may and since 10th of may, it is lying at their delhi hub and has not been delivered to gurgaon 122001.
                            I have been following up with first cry since 11th and with xpressbees since 12th may, but i have not received any support from them due ro which the order has still not delivered, everytime i just get an e-mail that they have escalatef the issue that too this email is sent by their customer almost by the end of day. They should understand when a customer orders something they keep in mind the delivery date and then order. There may be some plans due to which an order is made.

                                I placed an order from ShopClues.com. Order 91089989 placed on 03 May 2016. Talk to me i[censored] need on [protected]. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number:[protected]. Shipment reached in Siliguri, West Bengal on 9th May instead of my actual shipping address which is at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. It could have been delivered within the expected delivery date which was 12th May 2016. But now after 3 days on 13th May they send me the msg. that my shipping address is out of delivery area...what the hell is this? Why ShopClues is not using a good courier? Why Xpressbees courier took the responsibility to deliver a product in a place where they could not reach? ShopClues using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a local or Siliguri contact number. I want urgent delivery of my order by 19th May evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver within the expected delivery date.So compare your service ... where u stands...                                   I ordered nokia bh-222 bluetooth headset in paytm. On 6th may i received a mail from paytm that shows, they delivered the product to concern person. But still i didn't received my product...!! Even i didn't get any call from courier service. I want to know to whom they delivered the product.

                                    I take many orders everyday and i have never seen such a rude client till now. I am out of station and i was in a meeting. Later after my meeting when i called ur client who should deliver me an orderd, he was yelling about a street dog in out apartment. I have said him respectively that it might be our watchman's dog and it just does not rather than barking. I accept that our watchman wasn't available and his wife refused to take the parcel. Our watchman is arrogant and they are subjected out and its other discussion. I asked him wether he can deliver it today back to our neighbour and he said he was in near by colony. He was like i cant deliver it.. Your watchman is irresponsible and i am afraid of dogs. If you want you can come to our office and take the parcel. I pleaded him to deliver it tomorrow to my neighbour just by going through lift and dont need to talk to watchman. He yelled i will get to your appartment and call you, you talk to your watchman, ask him to tie his dog etc., i told him about everything and i pleaded to deliver to my neighbour. He again said i should come from 20 kms for your delivery and meet that dog again. Than i said cancel the order. He said yes i will cancel if you want you can complain to anyone, my name is srinivas and my number is [protected]. I am not afraid of anyone you can do what ever you want. Firstly is this the way to speak to a women? I was out too many time and many delivery clients visited 2 to 3 times and later contacted me and it was very pleasure dealing with them. Even they come from far off areas to deliver. I will surely warn my watchman but i am really very much disappointed. I shop online almost and get many parcels and this is my first bitterest experience ever. I hope you will look into this. I am just raised due to his ill manner shown towards a woman. I spoke to him very nicely and is this the way he reponds!! He was at near itself and refused to deliver stupidly because of a street dog which would be there or not. Everyday many people come and go around, is he the only one to visit our residence? Really disgusting and iam very much disappointed to get such an experience from your team. I get many deliveries from your team.

                                      I am not yet getting my phone delivery by snap deal they told me that today upto 7pm.BuT didn't get yet today is 7may2016 please cheak it out what is happening to it and give me my delivery. I am waiting for it since long hour so try to understand my situation and please deliver it as soon as possible. And please try that this type of mistake will never repeat in future
