I had a order from SNAP DEAL but Like all other people same with me they never came & called but all three times fake update in website saying mobile unreachable, customer not available. worst courier service, i don't understand why e commerce company use this kind of courier companies. Huge loss for sellers also.
At first the customer care from them replied but now i am not able to send mail also it just bounce back.

    Hi,
    This is regarding awb:[protected].
    I am writing this because, i received message stating — xpressbees couldn??? T deliver your paytm order awb:[protected], as your house/office was closed. Reattempt in 24-48hrs, for queries contact:[protected].

    1) i have not received any call from any one related to this today.

    2) yesterday one fellow call me. I was in some other work and i did not lift the call.
    In next 2 mins i called back, he responded after 15 calls and said he went to some other place because i didn't lift the call.

    3) today's no attempt done and i got msg as office closed. If some one call me i would have done something and i will collect my parcel right.

    4) i called to customer care and being in line for about 30 mins but no one responded.

    5) finally monday i will not be in hyderabad, and to whome you people deliver my product.

    Is any luck that i will receive product or else you people return the product.

    Note: need an immediate response. Else this is going to be big issue from my side and i will log/ file case in consumer court.

      Hi,

      Today i was called by a courier delivery person delivering for shopclues, i felt as if some stupid street goon was talking to me. He refused to deliver the courier to my address upon which i asked him why is your company even working if you can not deliver it to the given address upon which he said 'jab nalon mein ghar banaoge to wahan kaun aayega'?

      It was really disappointing and insulting behavior which demands a strict action from the authorities i believe. The call was recorded and is available with me.
      I can share it thru whatsapp if you want. Delivery details are attached.

      Complaint sent to shopclues also.

        They instead calls us to collect our orders from their office.

          I purchase omron blood glucose meter awb;[protected] it should be delivered by last week itself
          But i dint got on time and from 1 week iam tracking and calling non of the given service
          As there keeping words. Who ever picked my call and given wrong information...
          From last week saying same answer next day delivery...
          U don't know the pain of

Entire team who ever picked up my call make me cried how they response for such a products for The diabetics patients...Daily They Say arrange delivery for day but till now not yet recieved So many Call from my side from 1 week iam making a call for Ur team none of they given service not even courier boy called up for delivery...

            Very disappointed with your service and customer care service. I have ordered mobile cover from paytm, seller has shipped with your service - awb[protected].

            As i track with shipment id[protected], its shows product has delivered to me on 14-june-2016 at 8 pm, refer attached screenshot. Our office closed at 6 pm, delivery boy didn't called me, i didn't received the product, then how you can update the status received by 'anand kulkarni at 8 pm'?

            I contacted customer care service, executive says we don't know, whom its been delivered, we will find out. I asked delivery boy contact details, he refused to give.

            What kind of professionalism is this? I need my product otherwise i'll file complain to consumer court.

              Hi, I ordered Van Huesen Handkerchiefs priced at RS. 341/- from SnapDeal and the same was shipped via XpressBees with A/W No.[protected]
              I was supposed to receive the product on the 13th of June and received an SMS for the same. I was at home and no attempt at delivery was made nor any attempt to call me. I was available for the entire day! It has been 3 days now where I have been home and no attempt has been made to contact kr deliver the item.
              Today XpressBees has "cancelled" my order stating "customer refusal" as the excuse!! How can I refuse it when they didn't even bother contacting me or delivering the package? For 3 days! This is such a terrible shipping company! Snapdeal wake up! You are losing credibility over this! And as far as I can see I'm not the only one with this issue. They are doing it multiple times with blatant disregard to the customer.

                From 5 days daily says that your product will be pickup and iam getting sms too. but no response from xpress bees . Fake service even manager not responding xpress bees is not taking any action on branch worst service. ..3rd class service.
                requesting to take a serious action on branch. I[censored] people cant able to handle then you can say directly. Why you people are just telling LIE to paytm that number not contactble.

                    I never seen these type f — k service i didn't get any information about my item which send through the shop clues.
                    Delivery boy he not even called to me.
                    I called to your customer service center they told me that my item is going to hand to me with in one day.
                    But now i had mail that my order is returning to the shop clues.
                    What the f — k service provide by your company bad.
                    Before handing the delivery let the customer to know delivery date and delivery boy contact number that help us both to communicate if he doesn't call to the customer, customer will call to him about the product delivery information.

                      This is the second time in a week i am logging a complaint against this company which fails to meet its commitment and not delivering products in the estimated delivery period date.
                      Tern action needs to be taken against this as company. The executives are unprofessional and expert in making lame promises.
                      Ordered a baby walker when he was five months old and now he is close to 6 and a half month but still the company keeps on faulting in its delivery of a walker.

                        I had purchased one dress from First Cry on Cash on delivery on 27th May 2016 and same was delivered to me on 31st may 2016. The dress was mismatch and i had applied for refund. On completing all the formalities a airway bill no. V[protected] generated and some sms sent to me to collect the package. But till today nobody came to collect the same. on inquired from First Cry they are saying the package has been collected from me. How can it possible its very strange to hear from First Cry as your courier service inform the First Cry. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at your earliest.

                              I have ordered an item from Americanswan.com (ordered no- 112473).
                              They shipped it through Xpressbees courier (Shipment ID:[protected]. Item reached to aligarh and also returned from here with the reason that I refused to accept. Even I knew the reason when I tracked the item from their website. I am surprised, how can someone showed this reason without contacting me. I am still waiting for the item.

                                I am Shakwat Sahidan, I ordered package from snapdeal which was tend to be deliver today. As the package is out for delivery. But, now i got the message for incomplete address. What the heck? I checked thrice and the address is totally complete. So, pls tell me the solution. And the date of delivery. Please make your delivery boy to call to the customer first before telling of incomplete address.

                                    Two orders from paytm awb no[protected],[protected], and another two is from snapdeal awb no - [protected],[protected]. All product has arrived in goa, panjim on 30 may 2016, but courier company is not delivering the courier product, and i have made 6 to 7 complains in xpreebess customer care service but nobody bothering about complains and not trying to contact. Extremely poor and worst service.

                                      Everytime snapdeal tries to deliver any item through xpressbees, the courier services harass the customer and ultimately they deliver the item... Each day, they say that they will attempt delivery and then they say that delivery failed due to the address is out of their coverage... So my point is, if the address is out of the courier's coverage then why snapdeal showed that delivery available at my location... Why snapdeal accepted my order... And they don't provide me the tracking information or office address or any kind of contact also...

                                        I have purchased strontium memorycard32gb through the paytm and my AWB:[protected] is still now not received my order. Please make sure that your delivery details . Or make necessary steps to deliver the goods to other address. They have approached me too deliver the order around 9.30 pm so I asked him to hand over the product next day around 10.3 am today but still no one contacted me. I have contacted the person who call me previous day thrice but no response. Kindly make necessary steps
