The yatra genie cab has been blocked by me P.Ravindra Prasad (SBI Manager) on today(31-May-2015) at 5:30 PM. I called yatra genie at 4:30 Pm and got a confirmation from their side that the cab will be scheduled and arranged at around 5:30 Pm from Tirupati to Pellakur(near nayudupeta).. But they have not at all responded for my calls/ no driver details shared till 6:30 pm around.. Due to this i've lost a very important meeting/bussiness at Pellakur (near nayudupeta). This shows the high negligence or irresponsible behaviour towards the passengers. If there's no cabs available at the requested time, please frankly tell us that you can't arrange a cab at the requested time, so that we can go for other alternative. Please find the today's Request ID: 58189 for your Reference. This is not the first time, this is the 3rd time they have not arranged a cab on time. It's not worthy if you run this funny business all the times. Please treat this Request as critical and maintain some efficient staff to avoid the mistakes in future.. Can you please esclatte this complaint request to higher management in the Yatra Genie. Thanks, P.Ravindra Prasad

    This Is Shaik, I used to travel Bangalore to Nellore and Nellore to Bangalore regularly on KOMITLA TRAVELS. .I used to book the tickets regularly on yatragenie.com, Yesterday also i travel from Bangalore to Nellore, service number:0241 and bus number:0583.While my journey starts and inner bus light's goes off there are lot of Bed Buck's went back and my nail's work start...There was a Hellllllllllllllllllllllllllll Number of Bed Buck's i would have inform to that bus staff but they don't want to listen my word's also...My hands and my back fully wrapped with my nail's and my sleep would totally gone...


    So guys be careful about these service's and this travels...i would not recommended to you guys plz don't encourage this kind of service's...

      I have booked my ticket to and fro from bangalore to guntur in mhalasa travels but they have cheated us by sending in rajesh travels bus which is a worst service...we did asked the operator but they said this is the bus...
      This is second time it happened in a month so please take action on paxterra solutions and yatragenie.com..

        Hi, My name is shivam mishra and recently i booked ticket through yatragenie for diwakar travels. They are not just worst but i don't have words for describing their services. I booked the ticket for bangalore on 23rd jan-2015 and my departure date was 25th jan-2015. You can't believe what they did at last moment. They just changed the bus, seat number (seat in the back) and they were not happy with that also so they changed my pickup location which was 16 Kms away from my previous pickup point. Really. Well, before coming to consumer complaints i was thinking i would not be amongst thousands of people who have suffered from this kind of service. I wish i could realize it earlier. Well ultimately i cancelled the ticket and booked for another one. Let me give you one shocking surprise and that is they din't refund money in account and after calling customer care the money would be coming in next 14 days had been told by these ruthless people. Advise: - Travel by foot but never choose these yatragenie services.

          I would like to share a horrifying experience we had with Rajesh travels on 26th Nov 2014. We had booked Tirupathi Balaji Darshan on 26/11/2014(Wednesday) from Bangalore. I had booked 2 Tickets to visit Tirupathi with Rajesh travels online(Yatragenie.com). It was a Sleeper Hitech Air Bus-AC Sheegradashan. The ticket said, we have to board the bus by 8.15 pm on 26th Nov 2014. My family and I reached the travel office where we have to board the bus exactly by 8 pm. Upon inquiring, they said, the Bus will reach the office only by 9:30 and travel agent told us Sleeper Hitech Air Bus-AC will be coming after 1 am and so we have changed the bus and its a semi sleeper bus. Since we did not have option so we sat on semi sleeper bus, but bus left after 10.15pm(We had waited almost 2 hours), and also the travel agents promised, the darshan tickets will be given and we can go directly, without standing in the queue for tickets, but that didn't happen, rather we had to stand in the queue and do the darshan(more than 6 hours). So people who ever are reading this story, please do not take Rajesh travel looking at the fancy deals. They are horrible. I would rather recommend ITDC for smooth Tirupathi yatra or go by own. To be honest, when you take the responsibility of taking your family along with elders, its an embarrassment for us, that we didn't meet their expectation because of these bufoons!

            I had booked ticket from Nellore to Bangalore on 9th Dec 2014. Bus is expected to leave madras bus stand at 10.45 as per the timings mentioned. I got call from a bus driver ([protected]) shouting with a voice that bus has been waiting for me from 10.35. If bus is expected to leave at 10.45 and if driver comes early bus is expected to start early? and he told me that he is waiting for me only. I was on my way and was stuck on road due to power cut. I reached bus stop at 10.50 bus is still there waiting for somebody (which any ways bus drivers lies) and i got down and was about to get into bus and driver moved the bus wantedly. My brother has to stop the bus running after which i boarded driver was shouting at me if you speak rules, why should i wait. I have not uttered a word reason being i understood the way how rash that driver is. Im logging this complaint not expecting to take serious action on the driver but please teach your drivers how to behave with female. Also please remember that there are many days where we waited for bus to come more than an hour in bangalore with same travels. RULE IS RULE RULE FOR ALL, if you can guarantee whatever bus will come on time then everybody will adhere to the same or else no. MOST IMPORTANTLY TEACH UR DRIVER HOW TO BEHAVE WITH FEMALE and also remember we are paying you lot more than government buses only for the reason that you are more flexible than them. This helps your organisation to improve well. I don't know if i can point out or not, but never i have faced problem with any other travels. Everyone provide good and proper customer service including respect. Please follow at least the same.

              We had booked the ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore from yatragenie.com. Our bus ticket was transferred from Diwakar bus to Komitla Travels Bus just one hour before. We had the dropping point specified as Ananda Rao Circle. Only My aunt and her 10 year old child was travelling in the bus. Since in Diwakar Travels, we had said the drop point was Anandrao Circle, my aunt asked the ticket checking person to stop in AnandRao circle. The ticket checking guy said no, and he would stop either in madivala OR hebbal. My aunt requested him politely to stop since she was new to the city. Meanwhile she called me and I started to get in touch with people who had transferred the ticket. Later, the cleaner/helper started shouting at my aunt. My aunt was very scared and her 10 year old child started crying. Given that the Bangalore was new for her, she had a horrifying experience These people don't know how to talk to Lady passengers? Somebody should give a police complaint for these guys.

                Hi, This is Srinivas. I booked ticket on yatragenie.com from Vijayawada to Bangalore on Oct 12 2014, for NON AC and on KOMITLA Bus. But when we went, they ask to to travel on Rajesh Travel and they mentioned that both Services are same only. Services are pathetic, we started @6:30 PM at Vijayawada and finally with lots of Struggles we reached Bangalore @10:30 AM (it took 14 Hrs), Many places they stopped the bus and all... the Service like Tourist bus... Once we reached Bangalore we supposed to get down at Maharthalli... but they ask us to get down at Tin Factory.. Since Bus will not go in that way... They are cheating people, Booking the tickets for one service and they selling them to Others and Services are not yet all good. Please take action on YatraGenie.com and KOMITLA bus service provider for doing these type of things. This thing not only happened to me. so many people suffering because of these people.

                  I had booked a ticket for journey on 20th sep 7:30 pm

                  Travels - srs travels.
                  Vehicle number 1891.

                  This ticket was cancelled and another ticket is booked at 9:30pm. The driver called us at 9:20 pm. We have told them that we will be there by 9:30 pm. When we reached there by 9:30 pm, we got to know that the bus already left and it is in kolar. [behind scenes, i am the online one who have been informed that bus will be at 9:30 pm. Others not informed. So the customers had come at 7:30pm and pressurized to leave early. ] now you call us to come to kolar from k r puram which is around 60 km.

                  Do you have any senses? How can you ask us to come to kolar from kr puram. Can't you even wait for the customer to reach the point.

                  One more hilarous thing is, when i called your representative, he is repeating the same bluffing statements made by the srs travels at k r puram.

                  Is this some new trust program that you are running. How can you run a travel site when you do not have control.

                  My relative has any urgent exam. She has to loose it because of your stupid way of organization.

                  Now let me know how can i book on your site one more time? How can i suggest your site to my friends?

                  I need proper resolution for this.

                  Head of operations assured me that it will be resolved asap just after 1 day of followup.
                  But nothing happened. Is this the credibility you offer? Is this the commitment you offer to your customers?

                  They are not even responding to my mails. My posts. Dont know where is
                  This head of operations? Where is your supprot team?
                  What a pathetic service?

                  Now they have blocked me on facebook. This is an official response that they are not going to solve this issue. This proves that even the HEAD OF OPERATIONS is not responsible for customers issues.

                    I have faced inconvenience twice from the buses that were run by Yatragenie.com (Komitla Services, Nellore)

                    1. I have booked a ticket at yatragenie.com to travel from Bangalore to Nellore on[protected] and below are the details.

                    Please note that yatragenie.com is running their own buses (Komitla services).
                    The bus started at Bangalore at correct time. But after reaching Thirupathi, there was something wrong with the bus and it broke down.
                    Most o[censored]s in bus waited for more than 1.5 hrs to see if they are going to arrange any alternative to reach Nellore. But they did not arrange any alternative way for us to reach Nellore and every one o[censored]s had to get down from bus to find out our own way of transportation to reach Nellore.
                    I spoke to the yatragenie.com customer care service after reaching my home (Nellore) and they have not responded in a proper way.

                    2. I have booked a ticket at yatragenie.com to travel from Nellore to Bangalore on[protected] and below are the details.

                    Issue Description:
                    Yatragenie.com has sent a message with the driver details an hour before the boarding time. But the driver no in the SMS is a wrong number and did not get connect when I tried to reach.
                    I was stuck in traffic as there were few railway works going on track and railway gate got closed.
                    Finally when I have boarding point, The bus already left the boarding point without intimating me.
                    And when I have explained the Yatragenie agent about the wrong number I have received in SMS, He started talking rude irrespective to that the mistake is from their own service.
                    They really don’t respect passengers and their main concern is always about money.

                    Kindly look in to the above two issues.

                      This is venugopalnaidu chandra. I book ticket on yatragenie.com for to and from (for jan 31st 2014 bangalore to nellore and return on feb 2nd night). After booking tickets i got mail that the service is cancelled. The same thing happened to me on 15th january, that day my bus is at 11.30 PM i got call on 8.00PM and they told me the service is cancelled due to some reasons. They are cheating people.

                      Please take action on YatraGenie.com and Komitla bus service provider for doing these type of things.

                      This thing not only happend to me. so many people suffering because of these people.

                      Worst service I have ever seen. I booked the ticket for diwakar tickets and they said it cancelled and gave a seat in yathra genie bus .. which is worst in seating.. no discipline.. Started at 11.30 and came to Bangalore at 8.30.

                      I am a regular weekend traveller in diwakar. but now it is a worst Services.. I never recommend this to any one..
                      Very nice service. First Time i fully satisfied with the service. I liked the bus very much, Space between is very spacious and very comfort. And timings also accurate. Reasonable fare.

                      Worst service and poor response. Frequently changes in boarding timing and staff behavior. Worst toll free number and don't know anything regarding boarding timing, boarding details and etc. We should tell about bus time to customer care center. Useless, worst and no proper response from staff/ driver number given in the SMS/mail.


                      They will not intimate regarding cancelled/shifting/postponed.This was happened to me twice. So i decided to no booking from my side and family and friend sid. Be prepare spending ur valuable time on roads for this stupid KOMITLA service. I spent almost 2 and half hours. my bus reporting time is 4:00 PM. But i didn't get any message regarding driver number and service details. I fought a lot with komitla call center regrding my bus change and driver but no use. Finally, I decided to no booking from side.

                      I have booked the ticket on 7th May 2015 for 9th May 2015. Now APSRTC bundh going on AP. So Yatragenie increase the ticket price 3 times and canceled previous bookings. when i called to customer care, they were gave the customer numbers and contact them instated of giving the proper response. So guys my suggestion in don't book the tickets in Yatragie. we put the case on this.

                      I am vinay, I was trying to book ticket from banglore to hyderabad. After giving all my card details, the ticket was not generated and instead amount got cut off from my account. when I tried to give complaint on this, they are not even lifting their phones.

                      I dont know, if they dont have capacity or ability to maintain these services, why they put up these kinds of services. Very shamefull for them.
                      i booked ticket hyderabad to nellore payment is debited but ticket is not conform i call to customer support but they are not given any proper response they says to me book another ticket it is the worst site they dont solve any problem. I never facing this type of worst service.This type of prombles is common in many web sites but they solve immediately redbus and paytm is best they respond immeditely

                      I installed yatra genie And referred 1 persOn but i did not get any amount credited in my genie wallet
                      Poor service and planning. I went to one day Mysore trip from Bangalore (Morning 7.30 AM to Night 11.45 PM)
                      The booking and e-ticket (confirmation via SMS) was done, and the bus pickup and drop
                      facility was good. But the problems started after boarding the bus (diwakrbus).
                      The seat was ok, push back quite more than required which would cause back problems seating in one position for hours.
                      The place where they halt for breakfast was ok (ordinary), cannot be said it's good.
                      The places they cover one by one are majority temples (which cause boredom among most of the travellers).
                      The restaurant where they halt for lunch is very ordinary (cannot be called restaurant infact, but dhaba type) and
                      even the food quality was below average.

                      [Moreover, some travellers/passengers add more to the frustration when they dont come back onto the bus on time after
                      visiting the temples as mentioned by the guide. This adds unnecessary delay to the upcoming places. Although this point
                      cannot be added to yatragenie services; not their fault in this case.]

                      But the BEST places for Mysore trip are just the Maharaja Palace and Brindavan Garden; which start after 3.30/4 PM.
                      People are tired by this time when they have to visit the best places of the trip. The order of visting these two places
                      should definitely be changed.
                      Especially, Brindavan garden the BEST place which should be alloted atleast 3 hours; which started after 6 PM (almost
                      sunset); so we were not able to take any good photographs in natural light. And we had to come back to bus by 7.45 PM.

                      Coming back to bus after visiting the brindavan garden, the bus goes back to Mysore; to drop the people who have opted
                      for Ooty-Koonur trip to their respective hotels; and after that journey starts all over again from Mysore to Bangalore.
                      For dinner, they halted the bus at 10 PM on highway; when most people had no willingness to eat (this was again a
                      dhaba with ordinary food quality below average.)
                      From this dinner place it took 2.30 hours more to reach bangalore (so overall after leaving brindavan gardens at 8 PM,
                      we reached bangalore at 1 AM midnight - 5 hours).
                      Worst service ever.

                      I booked from Banglore to Vijayawada, 209 service on[protected]. Bus should be start at 9 PM. But just now at 6:30 PM i got a message from Yatragenie(Komitla) stating "Bus will be delayed for 90 mins". So i called customer care, agent name called "Geetha" responed very harshly, she informed me that they are not going to do anything with this, you should wait till bus ready or go with other travels.

                      And she gave me other guys number called "Mani" +91 [protected], he is not picking the phone. This is the way they are responding to customers.

                      Guys please don't encourage this Komitla travels, they are doing business with our money and not bothering about us.

                      Shame on you Komital, this is my last journey with your travels.

                      First improve your bus service then you can go for CABS, HOSTELS etc.,

                      If you are going to meet some one on particular time, then Dont travel in KOMITLA buses. They will spoil your entire trip.

                      I booked the ticked from Tirupati to Bangalore for 4 seats they charged 5000 Rs., but it was very very worst service. When we need help, we called the bus travels it was not much helpful. Before boarding the bus they did not call for pickup and when we called the bus driver he was very rude and he said he left the particular pickup point and said come to the next boarding point which was very far from our pickup point and also to reach next boarding point we did not get any transport facility since it was very early morning (5.45AM). We had very bad experience with this service.
                      So please refund our money.

                      My journey was too worst on last friday. From now onwords i never go and i never let my friends to choose the useless yatra genie service. After we reached bangalore - tirupathi highway bus front glass was broken and there were no response from the management. i have waited for more than 1 hour and choose cab to went back to my home. I dont know waht happend after . Waste of money and my time. I knew that travels was worst before booking but i didnt have any option in that time.
