3 days back[protected] my wallet balance turns to 0(zero) before the balance was 2193 ruppes what the reason behind this i have no idea. As it was a huge amount please rectify the issue as early as possible and i contacted the customer care number many times but it is not working....

Yes same thing with me i had 5100rs in my wallet and they have removed all my money lets move to consumer court as they think they can do anything, we promoted there app for 2 months and at the end what we got...

Poor service and planning. I went to one day Mysore trip from Bangalore (Morning 7.30 AM to Night 11.45 PM) The booking and e-ticket (confirmation via SMS) was done, and the bus pickup and drop facility was good.
