On 15th Jan 2016, I have booked a ticket from Nellore to Bangalore. I have got transaction successful message and payment successful mail also from the website. After 3 days, when I haven't received the SMS of the driver details about the bus, I had called the call-center of the company and asked them that I have got neither ticket details nor the driver details, then the call center folks told me that my payment was successful, but ticket is not booked. When I told them that I am not responsible for the mistake and asked them to provide me alternate option to travel for the same day, they failed to provide the same. I was supposed to a very important business meeting the next day. Because of the failure to travel to my work place, there is a loss of work productivity.

3 days back[protected] my wallet balance turns to 0(zero) before the balance was 2193 ruppes what the reason behind this i have no idea. As it was a huge amount please rectify the issue as early as possible and i contacted the customer care number many times but it is not working.

Yatra genie was deducted my wallet money why it was deducted money with out any notification...and i want my money back..

Yes same thing with me i had 5100rs in my wallet and they have removed all my money lets move to consumer court as they think they can do anything, we promoted there app for 2 months and at the end what we got

Today morning iam shocked in my yg wallet money is 0.Y.U.cut the money total money debited.I can't book any ticket.Please refund my money, u can't I Will complaint to consumer court.customer care call receiving and answering very wrost some members.

Dear sir my freind anand was offered of 4400 rs for refering his freinds to install the yatragenie app, for every one referel he got 200 rs, but suddenly on 29 dec 2015 the genie wallet in the app becomes zero rupees, they are cheating the consumer sir, so please take an action and tell them to refund the amount, its not the matter talking about one person all my freinds got zero rupee balance in their genie wallet so please take the action on them... thanking you

Cab booking no: 416051 I booked a cab from narayana medical college to bus stand today at 8:30pm. he kept me waiting for a long while and then told me that he cant make it as he has some other work. he cancelled my booking and he did not blame himself for doing that. he told the company that i cancelled the cab when it was not me but it was him who did that. i think some kind of action has to be taken on him. i request you to look into the matter and solve the complaint given for the welfare of yatragenie.

I did not receive my money my friend referred me to join yatragenie after registration I did not received otp after closing the app I got otp now what to do

I don't received money.I refer to 10 of my friends, I am not get money.after completion of register we notget otp, then we back to home we get otp.it is not useful to us.my refer code lwakwz, number [protected].

I made the journey from HYD to BBS on 1st Oct. this year and I got a 169/- cashback discount coupon with a validity of 6 months for my next booking. However, I have been trying to book 3-4 times on multiple occasions using the coupon. But why it says the coupon is not valid?? Everytime I got the reply from their customer care executive that the coupon is activated, whereas it is not

Poor service and planning. I went to one day Mysore trip from Bangalore (Morning 7.30 AM to Night 11.45 PM) The booking and e-ticket (confirmation via SMS) was done, and the bus pickup and drop facility was good. But the problems started after boarding the bus (diwakrbus). The seat was ok, push back quite more than required which would cause back problems seating in one position for hours. The place where they halt for breakfast was ok (ordinary), cannot be said it's good. The places they cover one by one are majority temples (which cause boredom among most of the travellers). The restaurant where they halt for lunch is very ordinary (cannot be called restaurant infact, but dhaba type) and even the food quality was below average. [Moreover, some travellers/passengers add more to the frustration when they dont come back onto the bus on time after visiting the temples as mentioned by the guide. This adds unnecessary delay to the upcoming places. Although this point cannot be added to yatragenie services; not their fault in this case.] But the BEST places for Mysore trip are just the Maharaja Palace and Brindavan Garden; which start after 3.30/4 PM. People are tired by this time when they have to visit the best places of the trip. The order of visting these two places should definitely be changed. Especially, Brindavan garden the BEST place which should be alloted atleast 3 hours; which started after 6 PM (almost sunset); so we were not able to take any good photographs in natural light. And we had to come back to bus by 7.45 PM. Coming back to bus after visiting the brindavan garden, the bus goes back to Mysore; to drop the people who have opted for Ooty-Koonur trip to their respective hotels; and after that journey starts all over again from Mysore to Bangalore. For dinner, they halted the bus at 10 PM on highway; when most people had no willingness to eat (this was again a dhaba with ordinary food quality below average.) From this dinner place it took 2.30 hours more to reach bangalore (so overall after leaving brindavan gardens at 8 PM, we reached bangalore at 1 AM midnight - 5 hours).

Sir, My name is Pandu Ranga Rao and im travelling from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on Bus service number 400 and ticket number YGT[protected]. I have been asked to go back to last row even though my seat number is R10. I have argued and showed my ticket and they used very abusive language and tried to handle me. I have no choice and went back and sit in last seat. I have never faced any problem of such till now. Its a worst travells and with worst staff ever. Strict laws has to be made against them. poeple please dont travel in this company. I have called to yatragenie customer support and complained against same and nothing has happend. I want an appology from them.

I have started from I dont come by komitla service on the day[protected] by komitla yatra genie with bus

service 400 and seat no -20 with bus service ni 4626. Iam picked by the bus KA .01 AC .9461.

I was told on phone the bus willl be changed at rajahmundry but the above bus is continued and said to sit at last row which gives rear engine heat to the passenger I argued with drivers and travelled in bus with standind for more than 40 minutes finally my seat is not arranged but being lady from last second seat provided. Though i have invested Rs2000/- MY time is extended at this moment to correct yourself.
I could not travel with satisfaction this information is by extending my time and not to give trouble to passengers and

Yesterday, I experienced one of the terrible bus services, courtesy: YatraGenie. I could not digest that one service provider's people could be so un-apathetic, careless & ignorant. I had to board your bus at 4.15 PM from NAD junction in Vizag, I called your guys at 3.00 PM to change the boarding point. And all unfortunate news were waiting for me. 1. Call center lady told me that your ticket is not reserved. 2. She told me that nobody has booked ticket. And bus is now cancelled, you make other arrangements. Holy !!! 3. She told me call the Yatragenie Vizag operator. That person picked up phone after several attempts. And told me I don't know anything. Call the conductor. 4. Mr Conductor only understands Telugu, and told my friend (who can speak/understand Telugu) that No bus today. My question to you Mr YatraGenie... 1. Why you don't inform customers to make alternate arrangements beforehand? 2. If you think, SMS/calls are still expensive in India, Ask the customers to pay some extra money. 3. I don't understand, why you cannot keep a single point of contact to address customer's problems, who is familiar in Hindi/English. End Result: I had to book last minute flight to Bangalore paying more than 12k and 3k with other travel cost for me and my wife. And nobody can take the mental agony. Today, "YatraGenie" lady called me again to inform that it's indeed their problem(some system issue, which they cannot avoid) and money will be refunded to my account.
