[Resolved]  Yatragenie & Komitla — They are canceling tickets on the day before journey

Hi,

This is venugopalnaidu chandra. I book ticket on yatragenie.com for to and from (for jan 31st 2014 bangalore to nellore and return on feb 2nd night). After booking tickets i got mail that the service is cancelled. The same thing happened to me on 15th january, that day my bus is at 11.30 PM i got call on 8.00PM and they told me the service is cancelled due to some reasons. They are cheating people.

Please take action on YatraGenie.com and Komitla bus service provider for doing these type of things.

This thing not only happend to me. so many people suffering because of these people.

Worst service and poor response. Frequently changes in boarding timing and staff behavior. Worst toll free number and don't know anything regarding boarding timing, boarding details and etc. We should tell about bus time to customer care center. Useless, worst and no proper response from staff/ driver number given in the SMS/mail.


They will not intimate regarding cancelled/shifting/postponed.This was happened to me twice. So i decided to no booking from my side and family and friend sid. Be prepare spending ur valuable time on roads for this stupid KOMITLA service. I spent almost 2 and half hours. my bus reporting time is 4:00 PM. But i didn't get any message regarding driver number and service details. I fought a lot with komitla call center regrding my bus change and driver but no use. Finally, I decided to no booking from side.

Worst service I have ever seen. I booked the ticket for diwakar tickets and they said it cancelled and gave a seat in yathra genie bus .. which is worst in seating.. no discipline.. Started at 11.30 and came to Bangalore at 8.30.

I am a regular weekend traveller in diwakar. but now it is a worst Services.. I never recommend this to any one..
Very nice service. First Time i fully satisfied with the service. I liked the bus very much, Space between is very spacious and very comfort. And timings also accurate. Reasonable fare.

Very Very worst Service Yatragenie don't book the tickets. they were cheating the public.
I have booked the ticket on 7th May 2015 for 9th May 2015. Now APSRTC bundh going on AP. So Yatragenie increase the ticket price 3 times and canceled previous bookings. when i called to customer care, they were gave the customer numbers and contact them instated of giving the proper response. So guys my suggestion in don't book the tickets in Yatragie. we put the case on this.

I am vinay, I was trying to book ticket from banglore to hyderabad. After giving all my card details, the ticket was not generated and instead amount got cut off from my account. when I tried to give complaint on this, they are not even lifting their phones.

I dont know, if they dont have capacity or ability to maintain these services, why they put up these kinds of services. Very shamefull for them.
i booked ticket hyderabad to nellore payment is debited but ticket is not conform i call to customer support but they are not given any proper response they says to me book another ticket it is the worst site they dont solve any problem. I never facing this type of worst service.This type of prombles is common in many web sites but they solve immediately redbus and paytm is best they respond immeditely

I installed yatra genie And referred 1 persOn but i did not get any amount credited in my genie wallet
Poor service and planning. I went to one day Mysore trip from Bangalore (Morning 7.30 AM to Night 11.45 PM)
The booking and e-ticket (confirmation via SMS) was done, and the bus pickup and drop
facility was good. But the problems started after boarding the bus (diwakrbus).
The seat was ok, push back quite more than required which would cause back problems seating in one position for hours.
The place where they halt for breakfast was ok (ordinary), cannot be said it's good.
The places they cover one by one are majority temples (which cause boredom among most of the travellers).
The restaurant where they halt for lunch is very ordinary (cannot be called restaurant infact, but dhaba type) and
even the food quality was below average.

[Moreover, some travellers/passengers add more to the frustration when they dont come back onto the bus on time after
visiting the temples as mentioned by the guide. This adds unnecessary delay to the upcoming places. Although this point
cannot be added to yatragenie services; not their fault in this case.]

But the BEST places for Mysore trip are just the Maharaja Palace and Brindavan Garden; which start after 3.30/4 PM.
People are tired by this time when they have to visit the best places of the trip. The order of visting these two places
should definitely be changed.
Especially, Brindavan garden the BEST place which should be alloted atleast 3 hours; which started after 6 PM (almost
sunset); so we were not able to take any good photographs in natural light. And we had to come back to bus by 7.45 PM.

Coming back to bus after visiting the brindavan garden, the bus goes back to Mysore; to drop the people who have opted
for Ooty-Koonur trip to their respective hotels; and after that journey starts all over again from Mysore to Bangalore.
For dinner, they halted the bus at 10 PM on highway; when most people had no willingness to eat (this was again a
dhaba with ordinary food quality below average.)
From this dinner place it took 2.30 hours more to reach bangalore (so overall after leaving brindavan gardens at 8 PM,
we reached bangalore at 1 AM midnight - 5 hours).
Worst service ever.

I booked from Banglore to Vijayawada, 209 service on[protected]. Bus should be start at 9 PM. But just now at 6:30 PM i got a message from Yatragenie(Komitla) stating "Bus will be delayed for 90 mins". So i called customer care, agent name called "Geetha" responed very harshly, she informed me that they are not going to do anything with this, you should wait till bus ready or go with other travels.

And she gave me other guys number called "Mani" +91 [protected], he is not picking the phone. This is the way they are responding to customers.

Guys please don't encourage this Komitla travels, they are doing business with our money and not bothering about us.

Shame on you Komital, this is my last journey with your travels.

First improve your bus service then you can go for CABS, HOSTELS etc.,

They are cancelling buses without any information as well, changing the buses frequently.
If you are going to meet some one on particular time, then Dont travel in KOMITLA buses. They will spoil your entire trip.

VERY VERY BAD AND WORST SERVICE...
I booked the ticked from Tirupati to Bangalore for 4 seats they charged 5000 Rs., but it was very very worst service. When we need help, we called the bus travels it was not much helpful. Before boarding the bus they did not call for pickup and when we called the bus driver he was very rude and he said he left the particular pickup point and said come to the next boarding point which was very far from our pickup point and also to reach next boarding point we did not get any transport facility since it was very early morning (5.45AM). We had very bad experience with this service.
So please refund our money.

Booked ticket from. Bangalore to Tirupati in make my trip, waited for 2 hours, tried calling them but no one picked, after 2 hours they picked and behaved very rudely.

Lost Rs 2364 Rs, for just one ticket from Tirupati to Bangalore .

My journey was too worst on last friday. From now onwords i never go and i never let my friends to choose the useless yatra genie service. After we reached bangalore - tirupathi highway bus front glass was broken and there were no response from the management. i have waited for more than 1 hour and choose cab to went back to my home. I dont know waht happend after . Waste of money and my time. I knew that travels was worst before booking but i didnt have any option in that time.
