I bought ₹8999 voucher for 3n4d for hotel/resort 3 to 4 star category and promised breakfast dinner and snacks. But neither was given to me they offer very cheap hotel in mahabaleshwar and also the booking was fake. They are not responding to my calls emails etc. Government should take legal action against them. Mahima madam, sara khan, ajay hooda, rahul were the person i had talked several times. Fake company fraud people should be punished and want to make them go behind the bars.

We would like to inform you that you have sent us more than 05 emails back to back under 24 hours was detected spam activity from the server side automatically and server has blocked you email for temporarily from sending us email to create more confusions.

Now Your request to unblock the email account has been forwarded immediately to our concern department. Your account ID will be refreshed within 2-4 business hours of your request and we strictly advice you to send us only single email in one day and wait for the reply before sending another email in the same day.

Moreover, Your bookings has already been confirmed and you have received the confirmation for the same. Attach image is for your reference.

PS: Make sure whenever you draft an email to any company / professional then expect a reply within 24 hours. Do not send repeated emails within 24 hours as it will lead to confusion and sometimes server may block the sender detecting the spam user. You was told that this in earlier email.

    I have given you the hard copy in august 2019. But till now i haven't received any vouchers. They are not taking my phone or replying to my email. So please refund my money. My id no. Is. Y4trm0555.in case i got connection they will tell that the vouchers will be send today itself. I think it's a fake company. They don't have any hotels which are shown in their list. A group of elite hotel names are given when they ask us to transfer money. We have given rs.13, 500 for 3 nights 4days stay for 3 adults at kumarakom.

      I have booking a 3 night 4 days hotel package with yatri 4 travel at 8999 rupees 4 mumbai stay. I have paid it 22 day before. Payment i'd is y4t1731ac. After payment they have not received my phone. Sometimes received and then told me it is process. My trip date was 7 oct 2019. And one day the fraud agency told hotel is not available that particular day and advice me to book a hotel another day. Then i am calling mahima she told me your money will not be refund. Yatri 4 travel is a totally fraud agency and all the group are fraud, specially mahima. Request u kindly refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go for legally action.

        I have been cheated by yatri4travel company, i paid 8999/- for holiday packages for 3d4n hotel booking only. Payment id y4t6674bj on[protected].
        They are not responding my call or email. One person mr. Jhon spoke to me his phone no. Is [protected]. Kindly refund my 8999/- or arrange holiday packages which i sent to noida address. Dtdc no. H89287178 dated 16.08.2019 delivered on 19.08.2019... But yet not received any information call or email from company side.

          Yatri4travel is totally fraud scam. He show you different hotel and offer some cheap hotel. Never receive call. So please never go through this. I think govt should ban the send for jail. I also complain but ans that this is only for promotion ad but they told and asked about hotel and we confirm and gave money. After 2 days he told me hotel is not available. Give me written consent. This type of cheating they do.
          So never trap for verbal confirmation.

          This is to inform you that we have received information regarding that You had posted your online complaint and Online Escalation Team has raised a concern to get the details checked after turning your case INACTIVE until our team provide you resolution. Due to this your booking request could not be processed. Hence, you have to manage this bookings from your own.

          Moreover, we have pushed this case at the higher authority for the legal proceedings & our legal team would deal with this case & will take its course of action.

          Now all the services on INACTIVE MODE of these packages until we get a solution for your online complaint.

          In terms to use your package, Solve the online complaints to ACTIVE your package and you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. On receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

          We ensure replying to each and every email we receive form the customer but if customer is not trying to understand the condition of company and keep sending repeated emails with different-2 timing on the same topic would be treated as spam emails. Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.

          Yatri 4 Travel provide fake attractive packages.List include good properties saying etc. Hotel is in very bad condition and not higenic at all. Even security was not available. Rooms smells like garbage. Premises was not cleaned at all. No good communication from staff.

            I have booked a tour package through yatri 4 travel for 5 night 6 days n payment has been transferred on 8th june( saturday ) with payment - Y4T1129AC for Rs . 12999 .
            They ( Mahima / anubhav/rahul ) told us, they ll provide all details n vouchers of tour after 24 hours .
            On monday i was waiting for mail from yatri4travel but i didn't get any mail . At afternoon after making many calls they replied that you ll get all detail till 6.30 PM but neither i get any mail nor they picked my ph / whatsapp call as well not responding on whatsapp .

            As per your last email dated On Fri, Jun 14, 2019 at 2:31 PM, regarding the refund of your membership, We would like to inform you that we have spoken to the management and the response was negative because you have purchased the promotional deal and You was clearly informed that "Holiday purchased under this promotional offer is non-refundable." in the first email dated On Tuesday, 28 May 2019, 4:02:24 pm, before making the payment for this offer.

            Hence, This offer is non refundable at any circumstances. However, you can use the services of this offer in future following the guidelines available on the booklet as well as mentioned on fresh booking form.

            Secondly, as per your request Sales person is not answering your calls, We have already raised a callback request toward the concerns person. You will be contacted within 24-48 business hours of your request. We'll try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I had a fraud call from MAHIMA cell no [protected] giving information about their company giving 3 star 4 star hotels stay in property listed and we have to redem within 10months. I was being cheated and got seriously negociated when called.Mahima cell no is swithed off and landline no does nt respond.these guys need serious punishment.

                Dear sir,
                I have booked the 3nights 4 days package through yatri 4 travels as they have offered me this package through mail i’d [protected]@yatri4travel.com and call made by mr devesh mahajan having mobile number [protected]on 21st may. On 21st i have made the payment of rs 13499 through the payment link they have shared with me through and got the payment confirmation mail. The same is attached. As my checkin is on 25th may, still they have not allocated hotel and giving false promise. Sometimes this devesh mahajan not even receiving my call and acting arrogantly. Now i feel that they are involved in this kind of fraudulent activities. This i request you to kindly resolve my case.

                  I have purchased a package of 3N4D hotel booking package. 1st time I did request to book hotel in the month of January 2nd but they rejected my request.
                  2nd time I requested again to book hotel in the month of January 17 but they did not reply to my mail. I tried to call there executive John but this time he did not receive my call. after lot of try once he received my call and and talked arrogantly.
                  And told me all hotels are booked and ask me to booked a hotel next time.
                  3rd time again I requested to book hotel and this time he is again not replying to my mail also not answering to my call and now he blocked my number.

                  Now my package will expired after few days and at that time I will not be able to utilize the service.

                  I would like to request you please help me to get my money back.

                  Now, as per your recent conversation with our customer care team, You have changed you dates and looking froward to get the availability of Jan 17, 2018. Our customer care representative already told you that we have accepted your booking request for Jan 17 but we booking availability to be confirmed and will be issued after Dec 31, 2018.

                  Please be informed that for the dates after Jan 15, the reservation chart has not yet come. For dates after Jan 15, request you to wait till first week of Jan and we will share you with the available options.

                        I was deposited 17998 for my upcoming trip in yatri4travels account. After paying the money, the company gives information about its hidden rules.
                        When i gave money to the yatri4travel, they told the following detail which include in my package.
                        Package days: 3 nights / 4 days in 8999/- per couple.
                        Covered locations: anywhere in india up to 4 star properties.
                        Welcome drink on arrival ·
                        Accommodation for a couple in deluxe room.
                        Daily breakfast and dinner. · guided morning walk / short trekking. · tea / coffee maker in room. · mineral water in room. · packaged fruit juice in room. · traditional snacks in room. ·
                        Campfire once during stay. (Subject to climatic conditions) ·
                        10% discount on food & beverages. · 10% discount on curio shop. · complimentary usage of internet. · complimentary usage of gym, swimming pool, indoor games etc… ·
                        The voucher will be valid for a period of 10 months from the date of

                        They give me a reservation after 4 months. After taking the money, the company does not give any kind of answers. Yatri4travel talking about a 3 and 4 star hotel, but the they were give you to stay where the value of the hotel is 600 rupees in goibibo or booking.com.

                          This is totally fraud. I lost my money. Pls request to all, don't trap in to it.
                          My request to gov. Pls abandon the company as soon as possible and escape other people to become victims.
                          I book 4 star hotel on 17th april 2019 and the give me assurance that u make payment today i will provide the gold beach hotel daman. But now they refuse.

                          This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment ID: Y4T4078AB & Membership is INACTIVE & processed for escalation team.

                          This is to inform you that we have received information regarding that You had posted your online complaint and Online Escalation Team has raised a concern to get the details checked after turning your case INACTIVE until our team provide you resolution. Due to this your booking request could not be processed. Hence, you have to manage this bookings from your own.

                          Moreover, we have pushed this case at the higher authority for the legal proceedings & our legal team would deal with this case & will take its course of action.

                          Now all the services on INACTIVE MODE of these packages until we get a solution for your online complaint.

                          In terms to use your package, Solve the online complaints to ACTIVE your package and you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. On receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

                            As per telephonic talk with mrs. Nidhi m.[protected]
                            For yatri 4 package that time she has given very good attractive talk with me regarding 3 night 4 days package and i have done payment on 27th march online transfer. Vis kotak mahindra bank after i have received his mail and after with in 3 days received voucher and i have returned to his office noida u. P
                            But after there is a no single call from his representative and or ho. After some times i have started follow up but there is no response from any person.. When i have started shouting. On call from me then the will send on friday evening 3rd may they send me available hotel it's 3rd category and no any amenities and food attached. And only one hotel available as per his list my tour date.18th may to 21st may because they have received my voucher 10th april. If they wish they will book on prior after i have replied against. Hotel available mailed i need refund. After that there is no call from any person
                            Today when i have shouting and abuse language used... Because our money is valuable. After that. Today i have received mail
                            One person they have mentioned name mr. Rahul blame to me for abuse language.
                            So kindly search the truth and somany people..

                              I complained this company yatri 4 travel and now, the company tries to intimidate me by mail. They did not have the time to answer my mail when i was mailed them. Now after i have complained they mail me the following.

                                  In april 2019 when i got call from yatri 4 travel for package i clearified about my travelling plan which in may month.. They assure that it require only 21 days notice and you are well in advance. So i buy two packages and also share details about my travel and hotel prefernce. I did the payment (Y4t0851ac and y4t0850ac) as well. Real trouble start after that now yatri team told me that we will send document which you need to filled and send back to us and after 48 hours we will confirm booking. On 18th april my all document shared with them. Again after multiple calls and mails they confirmed that i need to wait till 23rd april for confirmation. But no use even after waiting. Even call response is poor and not upto mark, also not even able to help. It was communicated stating only mails will be help and it will get updated. But no use. So raising concerns as seems to be this is fraud company. Soon i will raise a fir against this company.

                                  When i will get response. as per response from Yatri they will take legal battle as they thinking they are correct and customer who was following and he not got any response is wrong. so as per mail legal battle will take year and personal visit require 4 to 5 times. honestly i like to complaint about these people as they are not serious about business but troubleing people. my harden money they took and now they dont want to return also they are saying till case not resolve all package will stop mean my money will be waste. can some one help me here.

                                    I have purchased 3 vouchers of ₹8999 each on 8th february 2019. I have signed the hardcopy n send it to their noida office. They received my signed voucher on 13th feb 2019. But after that they doesn't any reply via mail n phone call. Even no call had been received by the office representative personal number. The two representative name were khushi n rishi. I have tried to contact them. These all are unprofessional n nonsense activities.

                                      I had purchased the holiday package in october 2018. Now i want to proceed for booking the holiday. But there is no response on phone. I had booked my package through a person named abhinav. But now that no does not receive call. Also after trying twice it says not reachable. I think it's deliberately done.
                                      Now according to package dates it expires in 10 months.
                                      Is this a kind of fraud i doubt.

                                        Rather then addressing to our complain you guys are just blaiming us for delay of complain. 1st you guys took 20 days for booking confirmation then when finally on last day when we lodge a complain you start telling that we have made a complain so our booking will not be confirmed now. And you call center executive have stopped picking up our calls and when they pickup the calls from unknown number you told us that this is not registered no & call from registered no. After that your call center executive is telling that we guys are fraud. Please don't forgot that we have made online fund transfer to your account & you are not giving us any single booking or refund confirmation. Please address the issue or urgent basis.
