This company cheated us for rs 25, 000. We bought packages from them. They asked for check, which we gave. Before payment, they had told us about 3 -4 star hotels, but after payment, they gave options of 1* or unrated hotels. That was after we had booked our train tickets. We had to cancel the whole trip, including transportation. We asked for giving our rs 25000 back. Then their true colors began to unveil. Total scam! I have interacted over phone and email and i am fully conviced that they:
- are very much aware of how to cheat meaning what they did to me is not a unfortunate situation but that is their mode of operation
- they are fearless and they dont care about customer complaint (I found many many similar cases of cheating)
- they operate as a very nicely trained group, with the front end people (Before payment) behaving very nicely with you, and the back-end (The people who reserves the hotels, and subsequent communications) are total cheats, rude, completely unethical, and rude

I have had tried using it for other trips, but extreme harassment and cheating was imminent and hence given up that effort.

Right now i have considered that my hard earned rs25k is gone. These people will pay for this — karma will catch up with them. I do not have to do anything, they themselves will bring their own doom.

I just do not want anyone else to be robbed/scammed by these people. Its an extreme mental trauma in addition to loss of money (Rs25k).

    KI have purchased a hotel voucher of 5 night 6 days from this. Voucher no is Y4TRM 0273 on 30 th May.
    After purchasing voucher, I sent filled voucher with my choice hotel from list which was provided to me on promotional mail.
    I have sent them booking of hotel from 28th Aug to 31 St Aug in shilong and 31st -2 nd September 2017 in Kolkata.
    My voucher include breakfast and dinner in 3-4 star hotel accommodation and should be sent them 40 days in advance.

    Still they are not providing me confirm hotel booking voucher in hotels which I selected from list, which was attached with promotional mail.
    This company has done fraud with me. And even not refunding my money.
    Please help me

          This is to inform you that I had purchased 2 vouchers from Yatri4Travel out of which 1 is used and other 1 I want to use before it expires.
          I already sent them a duley filled form on 9 April 2017, for my trip on 14 May 2017. It has been 20 days and still the status shows pending. Also now, since 1 week, when I am trying to call them at customer care, either nobody picks up the call or it is constantly engaged.
          It is a final request to Y4T team that contact me back ASAP with a confirmed booking of hotel as I need to book train tickets, else repay me my money.

            I have pay them in advance. After they give so many commitments they never fulfill my booking.
            I have paid 18000 rs and also send relevant documents to tham. I have mailed so many times for responding me. But they never do.

            I am to frustrated for that.

              One Mr. John called me on my phone and convinced me to take their package and I have purchased 2 packages of 5N6D (Rs. 12999/- each). As per him they will book at least 3 star accommodation with breakfast and if possible with dinner and with 2 children below the age of 12 years. The said company provided a list of Hotels /resorts which are 3 and 4 star. Then as per their procedure when I request for booking accommodation in Ooty / Kodaikanal they book the hotels which are not have no star and no breakfast & dinner. And more over children were charged extra. I have paid Rs. 25998/- in total, but when I checked with the hotel for their rates and booking details - the rooms were booked through goibibo.com they were less than Rs. 1000 per night/room. They spent less than 10000 and they have collected 25998. And the service was the worst I have seen in my life. No body will answer the phone and when they answer they will never connect to the concern person and finally the phone will cut.
              It is a fraud company cheating people.

              As per your last email regarding to the hotel category, We have cross checked with all our correspondence and we did not find any written confirmation from our end that we are providing you bookings in any specified hotels. Please be informed that we work on promotional availability

              Secondly, You have purchased a promotional offer and which is not for any fixed hotel or star category. You was clearly inform that "Covered locations - Anywhere in India Up to 4 star properties" In the first email which you had received from the sales agent. Which means hotels category can be 1, 2, 3, or 4. Also the package policy clearly says that The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability & Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).

              After we had received your booking request form, we processed for the hotel bookings and whatever hotel options we received the from our travel vendor, we informed you sending the availability email.

              Further to this, We would like to inform you that We have tieups with our travel vendor having the Agent-box of Cleartrip, Goibibo, Holidday IQ, GoGlobal, RCI and many Others. We can use any of them to confirm your bookings.

              We have given you the availability option and once we received your selection for the hotel then we have booked the same hotel for you and issued you the hotel confirmation voucher.

              Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.

              PS: We would like to inform you that we have served you with all the possible arrangements that could happen from us. Now your membership has already been expired. Moreover, we do not want any further arguments on this because we are not sitting here to discuss on something which is against our terms and even if you are not having any intention to understand the same conditions.

                These people advertised in big way for 4 star hotels for 3n / 4d and meticulously followed up for booking. After booking there is no response for long time.
                Then they offered low class hotel and was not accepted. They asked me to book again and i did the same. They promised to confirm by 27th feb but nothing happened.

                There is no response when called tp the phone numbers given y them. It is a clear case of cheating people by giving big advertisement.

                  Company use to sends attractive offer and then deceives. After getting money they sends voucher which takes too much time. Mostly they never receives it at once by giving wrong address. Then they adopts delay tactics by saying indian post, professional courier not reaches. After then they remains silent... To much complaints against them but what noida crime branch is doing??. Pl see google and read complaints of people. They lures for four star hotels then after so many days and repeated request they offered guest houses or common rooms, what indias travel agency and police doing/ about online cyber crimes and brnches

                  After payment they says about sending of voucher and then resent it by fulfilling it. Thereafter they avoids response . When we sent by indian speed post and professional courier they says that, this doesn't not reaches at our end. In fact they are embarassing us by telling that that INDIAN SPEED POST not reaches at Noida, Which is near to INDIA'S capital Delhi. They conceal this facts and discloses later. But Post office and professional courier remarks that such company is not available at such address.
                  After our repeated calls they responds slowly and by seing our call nos they use to avid the calls by sending sms like " Busy in meeting". Second time they says that we had tried your call but its not reachable. How companies phone will be busy in meeting.
                  After payment and so many phones they use to sends that " It is not found in our correspondence email that we are providing you a hotel which is in list and ours add is for promotional purpose".
                  I have sent them scanned copies of original scanned voucher which they are saying they needs original. This fact was also they conceals and now saying they wants original vouchers. which courier agency and Indian post returned back by saying that such company is not at given address.

                  I have booked 5N6D package with yatri 4 travel. before booking they taken continuous follow up. But after payment(payment made on 21 jan 2017, at nerul, navi mumbai HDFC branch Ac no.[protected] ) Instead of giving booking confirmation they used to deceive by sending blank voucher and asked to fill it and send again to their address. I have written and sent twice but it returned back by saying that this company is no at given address. So I make complaint with owner of courier company who then sent personal attention and sent one special delivery boy to trace the address. The boy called on Mr Rajesh Mehta's phone who tell him that his person will come and collect but no one not responded.
                  Now they sent one mail and altered condition and saying that they need original voucher which I Have sent twice but returned due to wrong address given by Yatri 4 travel. They are adopting delaying tactics.
                  i have already sent scanned copie of original voucher along with Id proof for which they keep mums.
                  I have also seen complaints about this company at your forum which is flooded. We dont know what happened further.
                  It has also been noticed that Yatri 4 travel company persons marking by themselves that complaint resolved.
                  so pl take strict action and save Indiab travel Destination from such fraudsters.

                      I already send many Complaints but till now no one from Yatri 4 Travel call me to resolve my issue.

                        I have purchase Booking voucher from Yatri 4 Travel by their sales pesron Mr.Rajesh Mehta but after that whenever i plan to book holiday to use that voucher i never get proper information about hotel and they don't want to give me services which they offered during their promotion to buy their Voucher.
                        They offer Accommodation in star hotel with MAP (Breakfast & One Meal) and Ac Room but they don't want to p[rovide any facilities and no to response my call any time.
                        All their sales team playing with me by giving Excuses and they always try to passing calls each other but not to give proper reply.
                        I am planning to go with legal action as my family members are in Gujarat Highcourt to send them Notice if i will not get proper response from them till end of this month.
                        I have also contacted other victims from consumer forum and getting their data as well to make strong case against Yatri 4 Travel.

                          the second day was sunday ... on monday customer care didin't call... for bookoing... i callled him they refused my requested and said we have not other hotel four u ... i called him this was only 1 star property, , we want threee star property.. customer care give us HOTEL RATANIN MUSSURRIE.. i said i will take this hotel in musssoorie but u must change for nainital better hotel..

                          mr. mehata also given conformation to me with transportation all the sight seen and breakfast with dinnner and tempo travellers...all sight seen with pick up and drop free from railway station at khatgodam... all sight seen in mussorree..

                          IF mr. mehta is right person or booking officer mr sharma..

                          they all my request to refused booking better hotel .. because on that day in NAINITAL HOTEL WELCOME PARK HAD SPACE AND I TALKED AT WELCOME PARK . THEY SAID WE HAVE AVALEBLE ROOM IN NAINITAL .. I told mr. sharmma we want welcome park in nainital which was suggested by rajesh mehta... at the booking time... mr. ankit didn't want to book my hotel in such hotel ????? why???? we have done our payment so early????? you not booed our packege .. whhy u taken our booking????? mr rajesh mehat didint recive my call at that time...

                          we haven't money enough.. we arrange from haridwar and rishikesh .. your officer haven't care o[censored]s...

                          By doing the registration for this offer you were agree with Terms & Conditions of Yatri 4 Travel, Please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.

                          REFUND POLICY (Refund can only be processed, if customer asking for the refund within 10 days after package subscription date.)

                            I request all that don't pay any single coin to this type of fraud company. Yatri4travel is totally fraud company.

                            Make a login then read all the complaints against this fraud company u can read all the complaints after login to consumer complaints website...

                            Above mention complaint i made before two days from my old login... You can see its not shown in there in company complaint list... The i have to made an another login id to complaint

                            Till there is no confirmation from yatri4travel... Only once company called me on mobile and discuss about hand written confirmation papers which is part of company fraud style,

                            I have't received any kind op papers at my end i haven't get any kind of terms and condition papers too.in short i have't did any kind of written paper work with yatri4travel company

                              I had been offered 3n4star resorts with all the amenities n various luxury n breakfast n dinner Deluxe room whereas I got confirmation in budget hotel semi deluxe rooms with nothing .this company is total cheater never book any offer from this company at any cost.

                                Hi. My payment id is Y4TRM4493. In my previous complaint inhad specified that my travelling dates were near. Post the complaint i received a call from the company to post that the matter was resolved and yet this matter is pending. I had specifically told him that either give me booking or refund and he tild me that my booking team will call back. And since then i have been waiting for their call. I am going to police for complaining for fraud and mental trauma. And also in consumers court for troubling in this manner. Respected sir now its high time to be quiet. I thought you were genuine but weren't getting booking.

                                  beware of the company named yatri4travel which claims to be a travel assistance company and sends spurious and fraudulant emails to gullible customers (web add http://yatri4travel.com/india.html). their modus operandi is to offer 3night/4day hotel accommodation at concessional rates in various locations across the country the payment mode is through net banking portal and once the payment is made they send a voucher which is to be filled by the customer and based on this they do the hotel booking and communicate back to the customers. however, i made a payment of rs 8999.00 to them thru their hdfc bank account; they forwarded the voucher which i duly filled and sent it back but now they are not picking up my calls either through customer care number [protected] or by the sales agent mob number [protected].
                                  i would like to spread this word of caution that company’s operation is dubious so do not fall prey to it. i am also contemplating to lodge a fir against them.

                                  To assist you, we are sending you fresh e booking form as in attachment to use it in future. Kindly fill the form according to the TnC of the package (i.e. with two different destination (Not resort name) and two different date with the gap of 7 days in each interval along with the prior notice of minimum 30 days from the booking date and send it through email so that we will check and assist you accordingly.

                                  For dates after Feb month, the reservation chart has not yet come .For dates after Feb, request you to send/ resend the form before 45 days of requested dates so that we will share you with the availability options.

                                    Rajesh Mehta who is company telecaller convinced us that 26 to 28 Dec 2016 phoenix park inn Goa will be made available by him . His initial mail did not mention of non refundable condition of rupees 8999 which he took as charges for providing the hotel. Later their Mr wahi and other support staff are saying that its not refundable . I hope that they should understand that they are in customer servicing business and should refund money once I have decided that I don't want to use their facility/ services. Hope they will appreciate and refund my money else consumer court will be my last resort.

                                    ये YATRI 4 TRAVEL वाले लोग हर्बालाईफ के लोगको फंसाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, ईनके झांसे में न आना, मेरे १२९९९/- इन्होंने खाये और अभी कोई रीस्पोन्स नहीं देते.

                                    उन्होंने कोई complaint resolved नहीं की, सब झूठे हैं.

                                      even i have't give you anything in written u have sent that papers which u called voucher is also u papered by yore self only, u can easily get blank bill of courier company and can make fake bill which shows that u sent me that papers...even u can do fake signature also. i haven' revived any voucher at my place and i have't sent you any papers...

We are calling mr rajesh from 6th december 2016 for the confirmation, but he is not answering our calls. Our travelling dates are in a week. So either confirm our booking or provide us refund.
