Dear all,

We have been chasing you since last 15 days for our booking confirmation for which we have already made payment way before. And now you guys are not even picking up our phone calls. Your call center is not responding or picking up our calls. We have booked hotels for gangtok & our booking i'd is y4t1990kr, y4t1991kr.
Apart from your call center we are also calling to one of your employee named karan on his mobile no ([protected]). We have madlly called him more then 100 times he is just fooling us by telling that every day that your booking will be done after 3 pm & after 3 he is not picking up our phone & not responding. He is talking each n every call because our calls are in waiting but he is not picking up our calls since last 2 days. We are reaching tomorrow morning & our hotel booking is yet not confirmed i can't imagine what kind of travel company is this.
Hope now you will be responding after this mail within next 2 hour else i will have to escalate this to social media and ministry of travel & tourisom. Mark my words in my next mail there will be more emil ids which will be in cc & you guys have to respond to them.

    The service and response is not good, there team was try convey the people and collecting the money only there AIM not to support people, i paid last year that time they was promised so many things while in package after payment done they was not responding properly even the not pick up the calls also, i last more than 45000 because of there worst service. before payment they was said everything we will take care but after payment they was just leave alone. i suggest people don't use this agency in future. below my Booking details.

    Dear Mr Vedachalam,

    We have come across you online complaint and crosschecked your previous records with the concern department. Your subscription to Yatri 4 Travel for holiday package has been expired on July 31, 2018 because you had purchase on Sep 23, 2017, and the same was valid for 10 months from the date of purchase. Moreover to this, we did not find any communication for any other validity extension provided to you from our team.

    Secondly We found that you was dishonestly making the claim for the services / refund which you knew to be false and not applicable under Yatri 4 Travel's rules, since your package has already been expired.

    Package's services must be used within the validity of the membership. Hence your complaint not considered to be respectable as you are intentionally posting this complaint to drag the reputation down of the company.

    We're always very sorry to see a member leave. You can renew your membership after paying 80% for each Payment ID, if In case you want to use the same in future.

    Note: Strict legal action will be taken against the customer, who fraudulently or dishonestly makes any claim for Service / refund, which he knows to be false and not applicable under Yatri 4 Travel's rules.

      I have booked package of special offer of 4d/3n for 4 adults, and i paid rs.17998/- for it. Yatri4travel agreed to give accomodation, breakfast, dinner, sightseeing for it. But except accommodation they didnot give anything, also even they didnot picked up any phone or email of sms. This company cheated me also caused me mental harassment very much. My package was between 05/11/18 to 08/11/18. During this period i have spent entire amount. These are very unreliable people.

      This is in regard to your Online complaint, regarding the bookings with the inclusion of the food services, we would like to inform you that we are not denying that your package doesn't includes breakfast and dinner but at that point of time we were unable to get the availability of the hotel with included of food.

      We had apologized for the same and requested to you to use the services in future because we will give the services with food included. but you did not change your dates and applied for the same dates.

        I got a call from yatri 4 travel associates i, e abhishek for the package to trip to within india. They have explained the package and i said ok and i have booked my trip through yatri 4 travel on 14th-oct 2017 by paying rs8, 999 package but yatri 4 travel not inform me about package goes expired before one month via email, sms & telephonic. After that they told that they can not confirm my booking as well as can not refund my amount because package expired. I told them at least your company should inform to cm before package goes expired via any mail or telephonic way but they said that we already inform when package by by me & can not remind the same to cm before validity of package. That means company also want that this kind of situation is coming and they are safe to refund and no need to confirm booking. Till now amount not received. Pls suggest further to proceed. Now they travel is not picking my call and all the numbers are switched off. Kindly help me with this issue. Kindly help me with this issue.

        As per your last email dated On Wed, Sep 19, 2018 at 12:54 PM, regarding the validity extension, We would like to inform you that we have spoken to the management and the response was negative because your package has already been expired on Aug 13 2018. We found your record that You placed your order against Payment ID : Y4T1930AB on Oct 13, 2017, the same package was valid for a period of 10 months from the date of purchase, These packages has already been expired on Aug 13 2018.

        Please be informed that we would have given you extra validity if you would have raised this request before expiry date. We are extremely sorry for this, but as per the Terms and conditions once package is expired then validity extension can not done on the expired packages.

        We're always very sorry to see a member leave. You can renew your membership after paying INR 7000 for Against your Payment ID, if In case you want to use the same in future.

        I am totally not satisfied with your answer.In case of customer not remember validity of package than why you guys are not inform to them via mail, SMS or telephonic way.

        Means I forgot my amount 8999 than What is the meaning of 8999.You and your company cheat the people via this kind of activities.

        Ok Not an issue I can go further but do not think that I forgot my money which i paid to you in face of package.

        Now I am going to share this whole story to social media platform so other people can know about your fraud company & never deal with you.

        I want only give me package benefit or refund my money.

          On 19/08/18, I went to Yatri ticket Subhudha Kendra -1038 and for one 3rdAC ticket -for 1 adult. I am cheated by YTSK-1038 who promised me to provide 3rd AC ticket on Train no-12394 from New Delhi to Patna and took Rs. 1900/- but gave me SL ticket of Rs.520/-. When I asked for refund my extra money, he denied me. YTSK-1038 is located near 16th Platform of New Delhi. SL ticket which he provided - PNR -[protected]. Later I found this ticket is not in my name.plz take action against him and get me back of rest of the money.

            They have cheated many people and now they are not responding on any number, i was cheated by devesh mahajan [protected], though his number is working but he is not responding on call or even whatsapp, these kind of people should be thrown into jail for lifetime, these are shameless creatures who close one venture after committing frauds and open another, wish these kind of people should spend their life behind bars.

              Worst Service from Yatri 4 Travels. Not supporting to arrange for my Tour plan for required Hotels (Listed Hotels).

              What is the status of my Travel request. I send mail on 29th June 2018 & still now no replay.

              I spoke with your Customer care Executive on 2nd May 2018 & he told that confirmation details will be shared on or before 6th May 2018. But still no replay from your side.

                You had block our e-mail and your date has been expired now we have to lodge fir with nearest police station and you may have to face the civil court in kolkata.
                Because we have send request with fill the form as per advise by you but you are sending repeatedly e-mails that w in have used abusive language for which i would like to clarify you that when you have block the my e-mail then how can we reach you.
                You had taken our money for which your company will face the problem because we have send four vouchers within your extension period though if you block my e-mail and ignore my vouchers which was recd. By you then your company may face legal action in the court.

                Hence we once again request you to kindly leave all the matter and send us the confirmation and extension the validity for 3 months as special case and redeemed our voucher.

                As per your last email dated on on tue, nov 7, 2017 at 1:10 pm, where you are planning to use the booking of you holiday package from 23-december-2017 to 25- december -2017 which is a blackout period and no bookings are entertained during the high peak seasons and black out period (Dec 20th to jan 7th). Moreover, you can not apply for the checkout date which is outside of the package validity.

                Please be informed that the validity of your membership is till nov 30 2017 and you should redeem the package / or get your vacation / holiday at resort before nov 30 2017.
                We have cross checked with all our correspondence and we did not find any written confirmation from our end that we are providing you bookings in any specified hotels. Hotels rating depends on the availability, if we get some good hotels then we definitely offer at the same price as well. Therefore, we request you to stop suggesting the resort name because we will share you only those hotels which are getting available from our travel vendor.

                By doing the registration for this offer you were agree with terms & conditions of yatri 4 travel, please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.

                Refund policy (Holiday purchased under this promotional offer is non-refundable)

                Important note: booking form can be rejected under the following circumstances
                • two dates and two destinations not provided.
                • 30 days minimum notice not given.
                • difference of 7 nights’ not given between the dates mentioned by you in the booking form.
                • customer who booked the package not traveling.
                • in case of group booking. (In case you fill up/ request more than one voucher for same dates & destinations, even in the same name, the forms will be treated as group booking & will be rejected.)

                8/9 days ago i paid my payment fully in u r account, customer care said immediate mail and send fast to ur email account. And my date is 17/08/2018 few days remaining i have not receive the hotel vouchers, so please as soon as possible to send my booking vouchers. And staff not receiving my phone calls.
                There logic is simple, charge Rs 9000 from customers and in return offer stay at 3-4 star properties, what they give is sleazy hotels which are available on websites at 800 to 1200 rupees, choice is yours, better donate your money in charity rather than giving to these bastards.

                  This Company is totally fraud and does fraudulent activities to grab the money from the Customer and does not fulfil commitments given by its representatives.
                  To grab the money from the customer the company's representative commits several commitments over the calls but at the time of fulfilment of those commitments post receiving payment from the customer, they demand emails containing all the commitments in writing and does not provide services as committed and demand more money to provide services as committed. This Company's motive is to Trapp the Customers and grab money from them and does not refund the amount of Package though does not provide committed services. No one should go for any booking through this website and company as totally fraud and fake.

This company including all employees are fraud and given proper training to grab the money from the customer and make customer fool. This company harass customers by grabing money and not fulfillimg commitments given by the authorised representatives of the company.

                      I have booked my holiday trip during 4th feb 2018 to 9th feb 2018, 6n/7d package of kerala. There sales team member mr abhibhav talked me on mobile, tour package cover food, transportation for all places alleppy, munnar, thekkady and kovalam by ac car inova or desire. They will provide 3 to 4 star hotel accomodation with free breakfast n dinner. I paid 100% advance rs 17998 for 6night & 7days package (2x 3n/4d) of kerala towards two id no y4t2039ab&y4t2040ab registered me 2 month back in first week of dec 2017.
                      After payment i reminded them to forward booked hotels. They delayed intentionaly and started activity of booking 10 days before the travel date and booked ordinary hotel non ac ordinary hotel at 4 places rs 600 to 700 aprox rs 4000 for all places through other travel agency i. E clear trip based on information we stayed during travel.
                      They did not provided house boat accomodation at alleppy and delux ac room in 3to 4 star hotel with free food and transport at all places.
                      They have booked only ordinary room 4000 to 5000 at all places cost against rs 17998/- taken from me.
                      It is big cheating with me, we have communication on mobile phone before booking and after booking. Please enquire with the company travel4yatri and hotes

As we r middle class family we were very much excited to hear about a package 8999 rs where we get 3 to 5 star hotels stay with all amminities. Mr abhinav assured me that in black out days also he will provide me all the facilities as i m in promotional offer. But after payment i got one star hotel that also only stay which rated 999rs per day. Plz dont take this package they say all lies and dont waste your money, i really was fooled

                          My complain is cheating for hotel room booking. Not for any cancelation or reshedule.

                          I paid an amount of rs62900/-to your company for 4 star ranking hotel booking.

                          I have not purchased any voucher for travelling or not applied any membership of yatri 4 travel.

                          I only booked hotel.

                          You are suggested hotel name. I have

                          Not give you any confirmation.

                          Your sales team member say to me deposite the amount of 62900/-and after this he booked hotel and give me the hotel name location.

                          He said he give customer booking id for hotel.

                          You sent me hotel booking confirmation and id by email after my departure.

                          I also discuss with your sales person for family member age and medical issue.

                          Thereafter he booked hotel room in 3 floor without any service like lift.

                          If you don't take booking on black out days then your sales person have directly said no to me. But he continued called me for booking.

                          The hotel you booked for me was only of rs 1500/- per day.

                          But you charged 6 time more money from me.

                          As per discussion from your sales person who gave me 3 hotel name 1 kalinga hotel

                          2 reba beach resort

                          3 preeti villa

                          I thought all were 4 star rated hotel.

                          When i reach puri and saw the hotel then i call your person.

                          I was with 17 people in which there was old age and 1 year small children with me.

                          And that time i was unable to go and search other hotel and i also paid you rs 62900/-.

                          You inform to me by this mail you say you will give me possible arrangement.

                          I have paid you such amount for 4 star rated hotel.. But you have given me only 1 star or below 1 star hotel.

                          That hotel room cost is only rs 1500/- per day.

                          If this is your final answer by email for proceeding for legal action taken by me so its ok.

                          I also have many documents, photograph and conversation between your sales team and me.

                          I live in raipur, i paid money from my bank which is in raipur, my residential address is raipur so i will register my case in consumer rights court raipur.

                              We received a complain from one of executive mr rahul singh (Our customer care staff) stating that he received a call from mr. Manish mehta (Customer) who was looking for the bookings and our executive mr rahul singh has informed him the booking procedure that booking are subject to availability. After hearing this mr. Manish mehta started using abusive languages and slags over call. We have call record available @ quality team), even after the repeated requested from the agent, mr. Manish mehta treated him like in the same way.

                              Also, when he made the payment he was agreed to our terms and conditions but now he is not willing to follow the same.

                              Hence, we have pushed this case at the higher authority for the legal proceedings.

Moreover, You can not apply for the Checkout Date which is outside of the package validity.

                              Please be informed that the validity of your Membership is till Nov 30 2017 and you should redeem the package / or get your vacation / holiday at resort before Nov 30 2017.
                              We have cross checked with all our correspondence and we did not find any written confirmation from our end that we are providing you bookings in any specified hotels. Hotels rating depends on the availability, if we get some good hotels then we definitely offer at the same price as well. Therefore, We request you to stop suggesting the resort name because we will share you only those hotels which are getting available from our travel vendor.

                              As per as they have hotels ranging from 1-4star across various cities. However when u ask for any good hotel, it's never available which puts a doubt that they don't have any tie up with good hotels. It's just a cheating ploy to fool people and entice them into buying their package. I asked for any dates of availability for next 10 months, they could not which further strengthens my view that good hotels are not there.. They just fooling people

                                As per this mail, i booked a holiday package of goa through yatri4travel for the period of 01.10.2017 to 4.10.2017 for 2 couples. I made payment on 12.09.2017 of rs.17998/- for 2 couple. After completion of that procedure, they mailed me on 27.09.2017 that choose 1 hotel out of 4 hotels and mentioned inclusion of accommodation only.

                                Whatever they offered me in this package they not provided. I cancelled the both booking. I requested to refund the amount. Now they deny to refund the money. They informed me its a promotional package so we cant refund. Please help me to get my money back. Due to their failure commitments i cancelled the booking. It is not my fault. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                  Today was the checking date and the driver who was coming to pick up was asking for money from the customer and we have been told that you have to pay nothing all the things are inclusive in the package of 18000 for 6nights and 7 days.
                                  One of your agent named devesh has booked package and now the payment for the
                                  Pickup and drop he has not arranged and now the family has to wait for 2 hrs on road and the customer has to pay to the driver
                                  Is this your services on the first day of the tour very bad services and the agent names deveah is also not answering the calls

                                    Sir i had booked a package worth 12999/ in their offer. But till date i have not received any formal reply or have been contacted with regards to my complaints. Just one general mail that ur problem will be solved. However it has been more than 10 days,.. No one from the company has bother to get back. And the worst thing is that the person mr devesh who used to be in touch prior purchase of package is not replying back to my calls or sms. It give impression that since money is with them now.. They can play around with customers.
                                    They neither refund nor attend to our complaints. Is this not deficiency in service?? Now i feel that my 13 k has gone down the drain. Anyways others please don't get fooled. I have learnt the hard way not to buy offers from unknown entities

                                      After u book, u only get 1star or just lodges to stay. The 4 star are only for fooling u. Please mail me i[censored] have any questions. Please do not..                                         On 9th may, 2017, while searching availability of hotel accommodation during may, 2017 through tripadvisor at darjeeling in the internet, i got phone call from one mr. Rajesh mehata who posed as if calling from tripadvisor and assured packages 5n/6d at star hotel/resort naming resort mayfare and hotel elgin at a special price of rs. 12, 999/-. Mr. Mehata's mobile no. [protected]. Being senior citizens and ailing health condition, decided to pay to ensure assured accommodation at the peak tourist season at darjeeling. As our vacation was planned for 11 days, we arranged payment through credit card on line as suggested by him. On 10 may, i received payment requests from mr. Mehata vide email from yatri4travel, mentioning payment link from yatri4travel, yatri4travel sent invoice for inr 12, 999 (Two mails seperately), yatri4travel c-18 shanti nagar razorpay.
                                        I checked my earlier mail box wherein i found mr. Rajesh mehata sent mails from yatri4travel offering lucratlve hotel accommodation packages for same 5n6d for inr. 12, 999 attaching the names of hotels and resorts having 3 to 4 star category located at darjeeling as well as many other tourist places including a grade cities in india. The names mentioned by him the earlier day were included in the list. As the date of our journey was approaching fast, and mr. Mehata insisted for immediate payment so that yatri4travel could immediately book the named hotel / resort before they were booked by others, i made the payment arrangement. When i tried to pay on line through my citibank credit card, system refused to accept. Mr. Mehata suggested to pay through my sbidebit card. He guided me to on line payment over phone. Payments were effected through mobiquik wallet (Transaction date - may, 10 tr i. D. 54f2a3795e13d for amount rs. 12, 999 and another one transaction i. D. - 7owcizj8en6wbf for rs. 12, 999.
                                        Confirmation (Payment receipts) were sent by them immediately.
                                        Now, i was asked to send the scaned copy of the travel voucher which were sent by them through courior service, mentioning the receipt nos. And dates of stay in the hotel/resort and place of the stay i. E. Darjeeling, and scanned copy of identity proof (Driving licence or voters i. D. Card or passport). I sent promptly. They sent mail suggesting a name of the hotel for my perusal and confirmation. I was astonished to see that the mentioned hotel was of low graded one. On search through internet i could see that the hotel was offering discounts and their normal rates were below rs. 900 per day. I told them that it was a total breach of their assurance and it was not acceptable to me. Being an old senior citizen it was not possible to bear the pressure and their torture, i asked mr. Mehta to refund the money. As mr. Mehata told over phone that it was not possible to arrange promised hotel of that standard, i immediately cancelled our railway booking to avoid heavy penalty after discussion with mehata. Mr. Mehata assured me refund of the money and asked me to send him the a/c details so that he could electronically transfer the money. I sent him the details through sms. Then certain gentlemen from yatri4travel started sending emails denying their telephonic offers and commitments. They started mentioning their standard t&c and refused to refund. At the same time mr. Mehata was communicating with me and giving his assurance to do his best for refund. He afterwards suggested that i should make one more attempt for a holiday when he would try for better accommodation so that my money was not wasted. We are old people with ailing health condition. As he was insisting i purchased railway ticket for puri and asked for accommodation as mentioned and named in their earlier mails. Mr. Mehata told me that their booking team would contact me and arrange. They contacted, i also contacted over phone. They sent me a list of hotels for selection. I found not a single hotel was upto the standard as assured and promoted. Those named in their suggested list were available through online bookings at a rates ranging from rs.500 to rs. 900, and located not on the seashore. I refused to accept and asked them for better accommodation. They sent again a few names and that too of the same standard. Their cheating business was totally exposed. I cancelled my vacation and railway reservation. I asked them to refund the money. They started pointing out their t&c, no provision of refund etc.. Even they stated that they won't reply to my mails and my mails would be dumped as spam. Mr. Mehata stopped answering my phone calls.
                                        This is their business to cheat people. I found many many coplaints in the internet against them. Unfortunately i did not check their credentials and about their cheating methods and people's experiences aired out in the internet.
                                        Now, i want my money refunded and expect the authorities to take stern action against this company so that common citizens are not cheated and defrauded their hard earned money by this type of cheaters.

                                        I can send all the email communications as documents. Hope to receive acknowledgement and updates on this matter in my mail.

                                        This is regarding to your online complaint, we would like to inform you that there is no point to argue on single topic where we are continuously asking you to abide our conditions and you keep on arguing that you have taken this package for the particular hotel as You have already been clearly informed the below mentioned points in the first email that has been sent to you over Mon, May 8, 2017 at 12:17 PM. Please go through the email:

                                        1. Covered locations: Anywhere in India Up to 4 star properties.
                                        Which Means Hotels category May be 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star (No Fix Category).
                                        2. Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.
                                        Customer must have to check the terms and conditions before making the payment. Its available on website :http://www.yatri4travel.com/privacy-policy.html
                                        3. The attached list of resorts is examples and used for promotional purposes only.
                                        Any availability is subject to live booking and hence, the availability will keep changing & Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).
                                        4. Transportation can be arranged at an extra cost.
                                        Sometimes we arrange the Vehicle for our customer but that services is chargeable. If customer can pay for the cab he will be getting those services included.

                                        How can you expect a particular hotel when the email says that list are just for the example purpose and Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).

                                        If you still not agree to follow the terms and conditions the we can not help you or serve you as we do not want to stretch this matter further anymore. Further to this if you are willing to take a legal step then you may proceed we are having enough communication to show as documents if required. Also Please Note: Consumer escalations and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of Gautam Budh Nagar Courts only.

                                        Now coming to the main point, in terms to use your package, you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. On receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

                                        We ensure replying to each and every email we receive form the customer but if customer is not trying to understand the condition of company and keep sending repeated emails with different-2 timing on the same topic would be treated as spam emails. Please note that TnC mentioned on Website / Booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.

                                        It is a clear case of cyber fraud. Justification as given by yatri4travel is not acceptable.
                                        They are now trying to harass us by asking us to go to the consumer court at Noida.
                                        I am not going to follow their advise and will take appropriate action to ensure refund my hard earned money.
                                        I expect Indian consumer complaints forum to let me know about their intending action in this matter.
