My transaction id :[protected] date of cancellation : 24 mar 2018 cancellation id : [protected] this is my irctc account date of journey 24 mar 2018 show above my transaction status are shown but status showing defended amount had been credited but still my sbi account not required this amount so please kindly advised and credit amount to my account .i am waiting for minimum 2 weeks and the picture is taken and show to him Was this information helpful? | |

Today morning I have placed an order on jabong through mobikwik and transferred Rs.1200 from my axis bank account but not received order confirmation and wallet is also empty. This should not be happen like this. Necessary action should be taken by your team to resolve this issue asap. Kindly guide me what to do?

I cancelled ticket on irctc on 31st March. Refund id is [protected]. PNR number was [protected]. Refund amount was 4845. But i didnot received money in my account. it shows money sent to Zaakpay PG. kindly send money to my booking account
IRCTC HAS REFUNDED MY AMOUNT BUT Zaakpay.com HAS NOT CREDITED THE REFUND AMOUNT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT . SO PLEASE CREDIT MY REFUND OF RS 90 TO MY ACCOUNT
