Bought a wardrobe from zefo ORDER NO 122717 and within a month viewed few irregularities due to POOR QUALITY PARTICLE BOARD even PAPER used at few places. No wonder it had started giving us gaps, quirky drawers, irregular channels, pasting paper coming off, backside of the wardrobe was even falling off. Requested warranty service after lot of delay the carpenter finally was sent. He tried his best to fix the furniture but due to being of poor quality he could not fix it and it even broke by his trying to fix the drawer. Carpenter name is Abhijeet Kumar. He immediately called zefo and sent pics that the item cant be fixed now as its broken.
Zefo extended their warranty and said they will provide a replacement and a similar item. After a day come customer support guy called and told me it's not possible to be replaced as its been broken by "US". Wherei their Carpenter himself admitted that it was broken by him while he was trying to fix the drawers. THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO DECEIVE US BY SAYING WE BROKE IT AS THERE IS A CHANGE IN ADDRESS.
1stly you mislead people by wrong images, apart from the defects mentioned there are lot more defects available.
Secondly when you should replace a poor quality item you are trying to put the blame on customer and hush off your responsibility.
I have the comments of the CARPENTER ABHIJEET recorded as he himself admitted and interacted with the zefo executive KIRAN on 7th of Jan, 2017.
No wonder they have reached so many consumer complaints already.
It's a trail mail may be on the issue of order number 122717 which might have run internally and stopped. As I had re raised and brought the issue of mishandling on 7th of Jan to your notice as your Carpenter confessed over the phone that he only had broken the wardrobe and further wrote to your team on 10th on which got a reply last on 13th of Jan from Pagan that your team is working on it.

1 thing is very clear from this that guys you have a system to record and note the customer interactions and I am sure you have the record of your carpenter's confession. If not I have it.

Secondly it does not take a time span like more than 2 weeks to decide whether the customer here is at fault or the inferior quality which has given up to support the carpenter's umteenth efforts.

Thirdly if a customer begins to trust a brand and procures an item from newly budding team.. trust that the items would be useful as in we purchase it for usage. We do not expect definitely that support of a lifetime from these furniture...but "extended warranty", "replacements"are your company's USP anyone believes.
To grow you need lot of goodwill Team, or a lot of strength in the product you are marketing. C'mon you can't say you don't have either of them.
Or admit it in replying back that you are trying to fool the Customer, again as real help was not extended. I may be a customer who had purchased just 1 item from your website..but do believe each end users feedback matters. At least in other industries it matters.

Guys ADMIT you are not able to service or fulfill your sale terms made to customer and trying to drag a case by not being useful and harassing to that extent that the calls are being disconnected on this particular case and even not returned. Hope you are employing literate legitimate people and this business is neat.
Really doubt your intentions.

Need a timeline till when I will get a hearing or decision with explanation from your end.
My sofa legs are broken twice in 4 months plzz do get a permanent solution or exchange it with wheels.
Because of continuous moment it has been broken plzz do as soon as possible
I purchased google pixel paying 30000 and now the phone isnt working well, hardly been two months, the phone hangs frequently, gives slow response and sometimes after restart takes hours to be on.

    This is Khushal Jogadia here.
    I ordered VU 40" full hd led tv from Gozefo and delivered faulty tv as tv bazels are loose.
    After complaint they asked either to go for replacement or refund.
    I opt for replacement and ordered LG 32" hd ready tv.
    When I got delivery same day within hour I've send message to their Mumbai branch contact person Mr. Gurushant and ask for technician to check the tv. As there is yellow tint in fresh Unboxed tv.
    After complaint no response from mumbai branch and no response from Bangalore office either.
    And when i asked for clearification only got formal sorry mail from mumbai branch.
    And when technician visited at my place he agreed that yellow tint is there and as soon as he connect with Mr. Gurushant he changed his words and said tv is fine but customer still complaint.
    And again Gozefo forced to take refund and not ready to resolve the issue.
    As I never asked to refund all I wanted is good tv product from Gozefo.
    And on 4th Jan 2018 evening when I contact customer care for resolution then Mr. Jeffrey ( executive) was on line said there is no technical issue on tv and if I want to fight in court I can do it.
    As they have enough evidence of tv that it not faulty
    Now I am looking help from consumer forum to help me into this.

      Trying to sell them furniture is like asking to get robbed. Offer price is very low, sales people aren't friendly or even sensible and their whole profit model lies in convincing unsuspecting sellers/customers to hand over more valuable goods at wayyyy below market rates. Sell to a friend, don't sell to them.

      "there will be no negotiation, we will give price on the phone or you sell to whoever you want" - customer service rep that i spoke to (Don't recall name)

      Complete waste of time and effort.

      I was offered 7.5k for furniture purchased 6 months prior for 20k. The second hand sales store down the road offered me 10k while i'm finally selling to a friend for 12k. That's the great shape it's in!

      The same furniture (Queen size bed with storage & large computer study table with cabinets) is available second hand on zefo (Well used) for a total of 18k. Get the scam now? Might as well buy brand new!

      Resolution: i want an offer that isn't an outright insult and a friendly customer rep (In this case procurement agent) who knows what he's talking about.
      They cheated me by selling a " gently used fridge" that started leaking from day one. They came to repair occasionally but it was never fine and now when I'm tired of repairs and asked them to buy it back as promised, they refuse to take it back. It's just fancy website but their intentions were never to buy it back. Have some shame!
      They cheated me as well.

      The inspection guy is very unprofessional and made me empty the furniture and then after discussing the product with his team left straight away saying company rejected. .. scam it is

        I had ordered a single bed on 3rd october, 2017. I was promised a delivery of the product by 6th october, 2017. But due to heavy rains that day and an odd delivery timing of around 10 pm, i had to postpone the delivery from that day to 8th october. I had received a call stating that my delivery slot will be from 1 - 3pm on 8th october. After speaking to the delivery boy at around 3 pm, i got to know that he has been assigned a slot of 3 - 6pm. I then received a totally delayed mail and an sms at 6:05 pm stating that my delivery slot is 3 - 6 pm on the same day! After speaking to the customer care, i came to know that they haven't received the product yet. I had to wait the entire day and waste my sunday just for the delivery. Then, they had promised a delivery on 10th october between 7.30 - 10pm and again, no sign of the product. Again they had rescheduled it to 11th october between 7 - 9 pm and it has again been postponed without giving a proper reason. I would not recommend anyone to buy/sell products from gozefo. They just grab your money and fool around. Disgusting service.

        I brought TV from zefo on 6th but just 3days back i have taken dish connection TV display quality is very poor please give me replacement to that product.

          I was about to sold my bed in zefo they told that they will send some one for pick up, one day the person came and told we will not be able to take it as your house is on 2nd floor when i connected to customer care this guy told that i stay in 4th floor which was not, he started arguing with me. At last the customer care told me that they will pick up my product after 2 days and again after two days when i called him he was telling he will not be able to come as he had some difficulty. I had to shift out of bangalore immediately at last after several false commitment i had to leave without selling it. I also didn't entertain many buyers as zefo committed me for the pick up. The guys name is biplab he is very arrogant and doesn't want to work he will only go to places where he had nothing to do.

          Zefo worst commitment! Dont trust at last you will be in trap if you are selling your product they will only commit and also not give any advance also.

            I bought LG 32 inch LED TV refurbished product from zefo on 5th June 17 and the order number was 80997.After 1 month suddenly the video was not coming but audio was coming so I contacted to zefo and told them about this issue so they said that the technician will come and check but when the technician came he said that there is some internal issue which would be rectified in the service center only so they took the TV with him to service center and after 2 days when they gave me my TV back it was working fine but within 4 days again the same problem occurred so I contacted again to zefo customer care and they told me the same thing the technician will come and check the TV. I would like to ask zefo if they are giving refurbished product to customer so can't they check the product properly in the service center. I am highly dissatisfied with the zefo services and I will never recommend to anyone to buy zefo product. I bought this TV on EMI and they gave me 6 months warranty but within 2 months I faced the issue twice and never know how many times I need to face issues. I asked them to give me replacement of the product but they denied and I don't know if they give me replacement then that TV is in good condition or not. I want to return this TV to zefo and want refund as soon as possible however I paid 2 EMIs to zefo but now I want my refund because I think I am not able to pay the rest EMIs due to this kind of services given by Zefo. The customer care is located in Karnataka.

            I want refund of my TV as I am not satisfied with their services. The TV is defective as I faced issues twice within 2 months.

            I want to raise the complaint against Zefo as no one is responding me against my LG TV. I contacted thrice to customer care but every time what they committed me they did not fulfill it.Everyone from customer care always told me to send the technician but the technician did not visit yet. My television is not working as audio is coming but video is not coming so once they came and took the television to service center and they repaired it but within 4 days again the same problem occurred. This is the second time in 2 months when my TV is not working so I think that they have given me defective product and services of customer care are pathetic. I want my refund back and I will not recommend to anyone to buy zefo product. I have already paid 2 EMIs honestly but they are not giving proper service. I want zefo to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
            Am Binoj one of your customer your service is Too bad in Bangalore .I bought a cot 202839 too bad and low quality welding all I told please returns that cot and refund the amount four days before but still pending.please do very fast already too late

              The product was delivered to me and post a thorough inspection it revealed that the shade was bent at many places and the holder was also broken. The same has been brought to there notice through several phone calls but all i am told is an engineer will visit to chk what can be done but no one comes and i have to explain the same story to another customer care representative on the next day...
              I want a replacement or the product should be taken back and my money refunded...

                Hi Team,

                Just had a conversation with one of your team members for the return of the product.

                As the product images and description had not any of the damages we would like this product to be returned immediately.

                I am attaching the images where the first image shows the leg is inclined and the other one shows how crack has been fixed using glue on the chair.

                As your customer representative kiran who informed that she does not have the authority to take decision and only the concerned authority would come by 11 AM. Request your response on the issue asap.

                  I am complaining about this company named zefo (Gozefo). The purcase old furnitures. Now i have been calling the for last one week. The person named amit (Ph no-[protected]) he everyday assures you that he will pick up the product, even replies at 9 pm that he is coming but doesn't come. When i called him he started abusing me and also gave personal comments. This have lead to mental harresment and also waste of time. I want zefo to be heavily fined and also be their license should be withdrawn.

                  I had similar experience..one day they called me at 10 pm when i was already asleep tbat they are not coming to deliver the product for which i was promised a 11am delivery...and what to say about my today's experience of having veen treated so rudely by their delivery team

                    I have purchased a king size bed from zefo.com, which provides furniture and some household appliances online. I booked one king size bed from this online store, i received the delivery after a week (almost) of the booking. On delivery of the bed i received only the frames and the boxes of the bed. The ply was missing. The delivery person told that company has given these parts only.
                    I gave complaint for this, and since then i have been getting the reply that we will deliver the ply today or tomorrow.
                    My order id was 48971booked on 9th February 2017.
                    and product had been delivered on 16th February 2017 incomplete.
                    I requested to cancel my order if they can't deliver the product but the reply was that sorry we can't cancel the order.
                    What will i do now neither they are completing my order nor they are taking back the product and refunding the money.
                    Kindly help
