I have sold my product to GoZefo and they have credited that money to my Zefowallet instead of transffering to Bank Account. That time Zefo people said, sir this money you can use any time and validity was showing up to March 2021. Sudenly now they have expired my balance in wallet and its suprised to see that.
This is to inform you that this wallet money is mine as i sold my product to GoZefo, how they can do like this. If it is gifted balance its fine to expiry, but its the money which i sold my bed and dinning table. How Zefo can cheat with me like this.

These Gozefo company is cheating with customer and taking product from custumer and they are not transferring the money, after taking product they are sending to zefo wallet, few days after if you will see that money has expired.

I called so many times to Zefo people and given complaint to them and they are not listing atall.

Request you to plesae take action on this and ask them to refund my 4000 rupees.

Facts of the case:

1. On 28th of April 2018, I had sold my product to GoZefo and they have credited that money to my Zefowallet instead of transferring to Bank Account. Also a mail was sent by them on the very same dat to me stating that the money is credited and can be used for placing orders in future. No validity period o[censored]sing the amount is mentioned in the email.

2. On 28th of April 2018, I connect over call to zefo customer care to know about the validity of the credit amount and was informed it is valid till 2021. I bought their statement on face value thinking its like any other e-wallet. ( The call records can be fetched from Zefo database considering they claim to record all calls for training purposes.)

3. However, on December 30, 2018, when i was trying to place an order in zefo, the wallet shows the credit points have expired. I have received no sms or email from them intimating me that the credit points are due to expire. The zefo team spams my mail and inbox with unnecessary floods of texts and mails but however never emailed me on credit points expiry from which we can get to confirm their malafide intention.

4. I am disturbed to see that Zefo is run by few very uneducated and financial norms illiterate people who do not know that credit points are like cash in the form of e-wallet. It cannot have an expiry date at the whims and fancies of the zefo .

5. This is to inform you that this wallet money is mine as I sold my product to GoZefo, how they can do like this. If it is gifted balance its fine to expiry, but not the credit points for sale. How Zefo can cheat with me like this. There is no way credit points availed in lieu of cash can expire. Does a creditor become free from liability to pay the debtor if the cheque handed over to the debtor becomes obsolete due to expiry of validity period of the cheque? No, only thing is a fresh cheque is issued instead by the creditor. Even IEPF and RBI mandates having a 7 year validity before elapsing of rights so I am sure Zefo is intentionally cheating me of my due amount.

6. These Gozefo company is cheating with customer and taking product from custumer and they are not transferring the money, after taking product they are sending to zefo wallet, few days after if you will see that money has expired.

I called so many times to Zefo people and given complaint to them and they are not listing at all.

Request you to please take action on this and ask them to refund my amount vide cash in my bank account

    I have purchased sofa cum bed online on gozefo site dtd. 03.10.2018 and paid the rs. 8898 via paytm. The sofa was too big and was not entering in my building thats why gozefo deliveryman returned with sofa on 05.10.2018 and said to me that your amount will be refunded soon in 3-4 days. But 7-8 days has been passed and i did not get any refund from gozefo. Please release my amount as soon as possible.

      Hi team,

      I have bought dining table from gazebo from brand new category by paying 1000 rs extra but i have received used/damaged product (Ref pictures). Instead of replacing i was forced to place a new order & assured they will double check the material before delivery. 2nd time again they polished same table and delivered at my home. Again they are not replacing and forcing me to place new order and there is no corporation from the company side. They rather posting wrong statements over email that i returned the product. I would love to listen the recording that i liked the product only i need a fresh item instead of new one. Their customer care manager assured everything but they never revert or call back. There carpenter team also visited house and confirmed it is a faulty product. My money is with them with no solution. And i wrote to their cofounders even they are also not interested to resolve this there is no response from them or from their ceo team.

        I purchased iron bed from zefo that product is so pathetic. This product delivered & installed by your executive mr. Rahul singh. Yesterday we purchased mattress for this bed & fixed it when we used this bed all nuts got loose & bed has flat. I do not want this kind of product. Very embarrassing moment in front of guest. I need my amount totally refund with penalty which i suffered by you.

          They first ask us to send images... Agree to a price... Asked me for my bank details beforehand.. Then the person who comes for pick up is highly unprofessional.. Rejected the product sayin it is used and cushion in sinked in a bit... Wat do u expect from a used furniture.. Then u should buy a new furniture and then sell it.. They ask you to empty and clean the product for them to come and pick up and when the seller makes all the effort in the end they reject the product. Very rude customer service.. Make u wait for hrs to talk to senior management.. Does not answer the call.. Pathetic company to buy or sell products

            Bunch of crooks! Cannot deliver but can only fool customers by showing rental partner as rentomojo. Do not understand that a customer will not suffer because neither them nor rentomojo takes ownership of the products.
            I ordered 4 items, built my cart over a period of 2 months, waited for the perfect matches for my house, waited for the prices to come down and finally placed an order. Paid advance. It has been a pain being the ping pong ball between zefo's pathetic customer service and rentomojo, both of whom ask me to call the other partner.
            I have escalated, called everyday, written emails, pinged the ceo on linkedin but of no use. Neither have the products been delivered nor do i know the status of my money.
            They should shut down if they cant pull it off. It is sad to see iitians running a #.

                This is totally ridiculous. This type of behavior is totally unexpected from a company of such a good reputation. I request u therefore please take the necessary action it.

                  These guys are so fraud.

                  We count on these guys to pick up items on time. They just keep you hanging.
                  I needed to sell some items before vacating the flat.
                  Scheduled a pick up with these guys.
                  These guys keep delaying the pickup. Now i have to move but these items are still in the flat.
                  Because of gozefo i now have to move these items as well with me, which is gonna cost me extra money. And the inconvenience over the past two days is just so irritating.

                    I purchased an ac on the emi basis and the approval was done. I paid extra 300for the next day delivery but after 5 days also i dint get a message or update. The emi has already started even after 5 days the product is not delivered. They give some persons number and if we call they block our numbers. This is a totally fraud company please don’t buy any stuff

                      Purchased products from gozefo on 12/6. Called couple of times to customer care for delivery call. Since than more than 48hrs but no call yet. They are not able to resolve issue for faster delivery... Supposed to get call yesterday but again customer care representative confirmed till evening i will get call where their site confirms call within 33 hrs.

                      This is second time i purchased products and having issues with delivery.

                        Its only when you completed the full cycle of purchase with this pathetic company you will know that you have been fooled.. They promise easy return... There products are so cheap... Old repaired stuff fixed to a state that you may buy... And then when you want to use promised buy back and get the money back... They'll send some rowdys and will somehow deny to take their product back.
                        I bought so called unboxed sofa from them.. It appeared low quality but my need was only a year or two... Sofa material was so cheap that in 6 months leather started to wear off and with extremely minor (Better state than what they sell in like new category) they are denying to take back their own product in just 6 months... Be aware people... Do not buy anything from gozefo

                          Zefo team has the worst customer service, they do not reply to the email for 10-15 days, i escalated the email multiple times to there department, no one responds on it. They only reply once we tweet on twiter and that too after 3-4 days, they have stated in there email that there escalation process replies within 24-48 hours, but it is not true. They are not able to address the querry and guide the customer correctly.

                          I am not able to attach the complete thread emails for reference here. But they are not bothered to respond. They do not have the answers to the mistake done by there represetative.

                            I purchased google pixel paying 30000 and now the phone isnt working well, one day suddenly my phone freezed it started restarting on its own and sometimes it didnot get on and no calls can be picked or made neither can I hear anything in this phone hardly been 9 months since I purchased this phone and the phone hangs frequently, gives slow response and sometimes after restart takes hours to be on. And now it's even more worse it's just a piece of ### now I have to buy a new phone or get this phone repaired, it's took away my 30000 without any benefits

Non-responsive and irresponsible behaviour. Calling in to their customer care number also provides no solution. The agents are worthless and even the managers are not ready to take any action.                                 I have ordered for 1 "table" and 1 "chair".

                                The table is damaged and i am requesting for installation and repair of the table from the moment is arrived at my home. I called zefo customer care enormous number of times. Still nobody called or came for assistance, not even a call from them. All i am getting a date to resolve the issue. I request for return of the order and i do not even know if the complaint/requests were raised.
                                I feel helpless and highly frustrated.

                                  It is really unpleasant experience with zefo.
                                  I sold my samsung refrigerator to zefo and ask them to transfer my money to my bank account.in spite of raising complain and writing so many mails, these people are not responding. Till date they have not transfer money to my account.
                                  And i[censored] call to their customer care team, they simply said, "i'll call u in 30 minutes" but nobody calls.

                                    I purchased coffee table from zefo couple of months back but money has not been refunded back but it was promised that refund will not take more than a week. I have tried reaching customer care n number of time but no response at all. Somehow managed to speak to city head, instead of solving my problem his concern was to know how did i get his number. Refund service is very very bad in zefo, if you are the one who has bought product and waiting for refund then forget about it because you won't get it till you poke them. I suggest zefo to have working customer care number where customers like can make use of your services, not sure how many are facing the similar issues. When you guys are active while taking the money but no care approach while returning it back. I could have never written this big if i have received the refund at least today but failed even today. At least see this post and try for refund

                                    I have order a phone but it take almost 10 days a phone there courier company is to slow they said will deliver under 4 to 5 days but they take 10 days and I am still not getting my phone

                                      I purchased a lg 43 inch smart led tv from gozefo store at 3rd floor, a block, dlf phase 1, sector 28, jmd regent arcade, mehrauli-gurgaon road on 11th march 2018. The tv was delivered to me on 21st march. During the time of purchase the seller promised me that the tv is in fantastic condition, only there are few scratches on the body as it is a factory second. I had asked the store manager if there are any technical faults, which inturn was assured that there are none.
                                      When the tv was delivered on 21st march 2018, i was promised that if there are any issues, gozefo will be happy to assist and replace the product if it doesn't meet my expectations.

                                      After 3 days o[censored]sing the tv, there was a faulty display that was noticed and i immediately called the customer support representative at gozefo to raise my issue, to which they said a technical specialist will come and inspect the tv. It has been 10days now, the technician did not come and the company has totally refused to replace the tv. I have spent rs.30, 999 on the tv and there has been no grievance redressal from the company's side.

                                      Apart from being cheated, talking to the representatives have been a mental torture as their misbehaviour has been beyond explanation and have made me feel mentally harassed. By completely refusing to address the issue, it leaves me no option than to lodge a complaint with the lawsuit.

                                        I have to admit shooting myself in the foot. Despite reading a complaint about how bad the process of sale to gozefo by a customer few months back, i chose to ignore and went ahead placing a request and realized they are not committed to the process they mention and it is a mere eyewash and giving ridiculous explanation for quote estimation even without appropriate examination. People buying second hand from them are even worse off, thinking they are getting good products at good price. Upon escalation, the manager of customer care says things which she hardly means or has intention to. For all the credentials that the founders talk about, this is a big farce and waste of time and money interacting with gozefo.
