      I have taken loan in zestmoney (booked ticket, Amazon) and even I have paid all on time, they have reported as unpaid and mentioned as DPD to cibil, thereby reducing my cibil score. Hence my loan and credit card applications are rejected

        As i had bought mobile phone from zest money of 44, 000 loan id 5457014A786D i got cash back only for 5 months but after june I didn’t got my cashback and emi was paid on time every month what is this Aapne paise lene k lia too duniya bhar k message krte ho or hmaree nhi dene tabhi to abb conpany band horii h aabh ya to mera cashback do ni to aage emi ni bhrunga Cibil me bi complaint kr di hhh

          I purchased aphone via zest loan on dec 2022.this was 0 interest lian...they deduct interest every month but do not give the cashback...I have not got my interest cashback yet its been a year now only 2 cashbacks were recieved.I was promised to get the on 15 oct then your team said 15 nov and now 15 dec...nothing came

              My loan was closed, I requested for NOC, for the past 20 days you guys are not responsive, i received 100s of messages when i missed dues because of financial crisis, I will file a legal case on you, I am ok with spending some money on lawyers, this type of atrocities should been taken care of.

                Dear Zest Money Team,

                I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue with the delay in receiving my entitled cashback. I have been a diligent customer, consistently meeting all my EMIs on time. Understandably, there was a single instance where I made a payment three days after the due date and was duly charged. However, in line with regulations, I'm entitled to receive my cashback promptly once all amounts and interest on the no-cost EMI have been settled.

                I purchased a phone and am now awaiting the refund of the interest as cashback. It's disheartening that this entitlement is being delayed. I kindly request your prompt attention and action in ensuring the timely issuance of my rightful cashback. Your immediate assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

                  I am having a complaint.
                  I am having a credit limit of Rs.30000 from zest money
                  In November 2022, my account was shown as blocked and will be unblocked within 90 days.
                  Its November 2023 now
                  Have completed 1 year right now.
                  Have contacted the customer care more than 100 times now and they are giving me the same response hat is my account will get unblocked within 90 days and a year had passed by!
                  Very bad professionalism by the zestmoney team!

                    Even after timely repayment of the emi of the product purchased through zest money the company has failed fo repay the interest cashback for almost 5 months now. Talked with their customer support every month and got promised for the repayment by 15th of the month, but still didn’t received the promised amount.zest money is either fraud or bankrupt. Please look into the matter with utmost importance

                      I have a zest money account with registered mobile number [protected]. I had requested for account deletion atleast 6 times since marchout of which received email asking to proceed with deletion request 3 times but the worst part is the account is not being deleted. Evertime I call them they tell me to wait for 3 months. It is a lot of time other companies delete account within 7 days of request. When you call they ask you wit patiently. I have patiently waited for like 9 months.

                          I don't know why the company is frauding from last 8 months I am registering my complain for cashback but no result and everytime saying that in 15 days it will be resolved
                          And please refund my emi which is debited twice.
                          See now it is becoming very much bitter experience

                              Hi Zestmoney.I applied for personal LOAN on 4th of November 2023 and my LOAN was activated and I got approved mail and sanction letter mail by you.The LOAN amount was disbursed.one of your representative said that you have to wait up to Three business working days to CREDit amount.And today date 9th November 2023 still money is not CREDited in my account I pinged the CUSTOMER CARE so mANY TIMEs regarding personal LOAN Everybody is saying wait till end of the day but no use your representative said that LOAN is cancelled automatically by 12:00AM.I shocked Then why you scheduled EMI approved letter sanction letter.you guys are wasted my time please don’t believe zestmoney it is totally ### App worst maintenance.especially in personal LOAN they are very stupidity.

                                  I bring a loan amount of Rs.15000/- from January 2023.I paid last 6 month Emi on 4 th of every month.But the last month of Emi is debited Twice.I inform to call center at the time of Emi debited Twice They told 15 -20 working days.There is no revert after they said date.Still now there is no refund.Even i make a call They would not connect to Senior officer and they easily told Refund as soon as possible.If it is possible or not.Its like i m begging to you for my money

                                    I have been using Zest money for the past 3+ years now. In Feb 2023, i bought a TV using Zest money with ZERO INTEREST option. But i have been charged interest every month and i have not yet received any interest cashback from Feb'2023.
                                    Even after multiple calls and emails to the customer care, i have been given false assurance every time. Till now the issue has not been resolved.

                                      Very worst company... We closed the payment before one month... Now one month completed till we didn't get NOC form ... We alrdy mail many times... Only said wait for customer side ... Kindly don't do that ... Please do that customers request as soon as possible... Till now one month is going on we didn't recieved noc ... So delay compare to other loans ... From now on please process immediately for customer request if any...                                         I have paid 6 EMI’s but still not received cash back on any single EMI. I have taken product through Zest just because I though this is a good company. But due to this I can’t trust this company and cannot recommend others to do so.
