I had just ordered a dress for my sister but the product they had shown me on there website was not same which i got . so i want to return it but there is no response from there side . the product condition was very bad even you can't imagine . colour, size and quality was totally different it was in a worst condition and even it was defected product . so please help me and there are amples of buyers who got the same response by them so it...

Respected person from past 30 days my iam contacting zipker for my refund as i had ordered dress for Rs1200 but the problem was product was not matching the original colour so i had to returned by my cost through courier my self ekta h jani order no[protected] as per ur procedure i mailed u details of receipt of courier of returned receipt and also has mailed u bank details still no response from ur side .m.[protected].and i have mailed them...

The Picture shown of the product on the website and product delivered do not match. Leave aside colour, neither fabric not dimensions nothing matches with the picture shown. I sent them a return email within 1 hour of delivery of product. This ticket generation email was sent in less than a minute but no further follow up. Return policy clearly says that, send an email and return procedure would be initiated. Photo attached for reference...

I ordered a Black Gown costed around Rs.1299 + 79 Handing Charges + 30 Services charges. I order i received was completely different from the pictures which was displayed in the website, so I requested them to process my refund.
In the website it was mentioned that they have 'EASY RETURN' policy which is practically not true. They asked to courier the product to Surat which took Rs. 375 again. i did that.
Now they are not responding...

Really worse site and worst customer support team..after paying full amount of the product we are given bad quality product...and when I emailed regarding the same I am still being put on hold..such business sites should be banned and people working should be punished. I have ordered for salwar kameez which is totally different from the product while ordering..the duppta size is too short like a scalf and torn beggars cloth types...the kurta...

I buy a suit from zipker with the name of rekha Rana from Jalandhar Punjab.this product was delivered yesterday. After receiving the suit product quality is not good and receive me a different product. So I want to return my product.I hope that you understand my situation.

After returning the order to the seller and after submitting the courier tracking details on email, i still have not recieved the refund or even a call or email from your customer care team.. I keep calling on your customer care no everyday, but I am never able to get through..

I'm order 3psc kurti and salwar suite from Zipker online shop.

after I received 2item I understand the both product are not good quality. so I decide return it. I make a call customer care of zipker and executive said both 2item send on mail address and she send a mail. As per customer executive instruction by mail I courier for return address but after 3week she said 2item send...

I had order a dress.. But dress quality is not good.. M not satisfied with the dress.. So return back money quickly.. Thank u.. And colour also different wid the image.....
